HPConnected HomePage - access / log in problem

Hi,
I have successfully entered the page once, but this was from laptop using explorer. Normally I am using my iPad and every time I enter e-mail and password I am told that I have upgraded to HP Connected and that I should go to HP Connected. I have followed the link and all that happened as that I was re-directed to the login page for the ePrintCenter.
Is it not possible to access the HP Connected from iPad?

Hi there, try this link https://www.hpconnected.com/us/en/
Best.

  • Problem changing Access Log Configuration

    Hi,
    I want to change the default configuration for creating access log files in the "http-web-site.xml".
    After I inserted any additional attributes to the <access-log>-Tag (for example 'split' or 'format') and restarted the server, the server doesn't generate log files any more.
    Does anyone know about this bug ?
    I'm running oc4j 9.0.2 (stand-alone without Apache).
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Oliver

    Great! Thanks! It worked. I modified server.xml with the following:
    <access-log>
       <file>../logs/access</file>
       <format>%Ses->client.ip% - %Req->vars.auth-user% [%SYSDATE%] "%Req->reqpb.clf-request%" %Req->srvhdrs.clf-status% %Req->srvhdrs.content-length% "%Req->headers.referer%" "%Req->headers.user-agent%"</format>
    </access-log>Then I stopped and restarted the Web server (/bin/stopserv, /bin/startserv). The access log now shows the additional data.
    Thanks for the reply!

  • Weird error message I got after changing my Access Log Settings

    "Try to refresh the view (localhost/Web). Report the problem to the administrator if it persists. (NILRESPONSEERR (* -[NSCFArray objectAtIndex:]: index (0) beyond bounds (0)))"
    I can't seem to get into server admin to change back what I did. I copied access log settings from a known good working server and after hitting save I get this. Tried restarting with no luck.
    Anyone know where to start looking at? Ever encountered this before?

  • Authenticated User not showing up in access log

    Hello all,
    I am trying to get authenticated users to show up in the access log of SunOne Web Server 6.1 SP4 and it doesn't work. It is a default paramter to show up in the access log but doesn't show in the log. In fact, when I set the log to only show the authenticated user in the log, the log is empty and only shows dashes. As you can in the part of the log file below, after the IP address the log should show the authenticated user but doesn't
    Any help? Do I need to modify something else in a configuration file?
    Thanks
    Richard

    You didn't say how the server is authenticating the user. Is it succesful? ACLs or Java?
    6.1sp4 is obsolete, update to the latest 6.1 service pack first. If you're using Java, I believe there was a bug years ago that was along the lines of your description. Update to the latest 6.1 service pack and if that doesn't solve the problem, provide more details on how the authentication is configured.

  • Strange entries in lighttpd access log -- help!

    Hi,
    I run a lighttpd server at home. I just use it for working with some scripts, and sharing stuff with my friends. I have a dynamic IP address, so I use dyndns for getting a hostname.
    Today I noticed some strange entries in the lighttpd access log:

    What is going on here? Some kind of spambot? Note that I don't have the sendmail service installed, and port 25 is not forwarded on my router. Is this a threat and how do I deal with this?
    Thanks.

    Yes, I did some more searching and apparently its a known problem.
    This thing is trying to send a POST action to another site. Is there any way I can restrict POST actions to my own domain?

  • Thousands of entries in Apache access logs for a single IP

    We are seeing thousands of connections in our Apache access logs coming from the same IP address connecting to the
    same pages with in a short period of time (~5-20 minutes). We see this in Firefox 27, 28, 29, and 30. Below is an example of the entries, and how they loop continuously. I have not been able to reproduce the problem manually, but this happens several times a week, and I see evidence in our logs, and by monitoring the session count in our database, which increase when this happens.
    Why is this happening? Is this a bug? I see a bug report filed at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=976878, but I do not see any replies.

  • Script to pull all connections from one IP out of DPS access logs...

    I need an efficient script to pull all of the connections for 2 IP's (or match the first two octets of the IP will cover both addresses also) from multiple DPS access logs out and write them to a file.
    The current one-liner I've been using doesn't work well with multiple access log files. So I tried combining multiple logs into one access log, and then trying to parse that large log file (around . The problem is, I am now getting the error: "bash: /usr/bin/egrep: Arg list too long", which is because it takes all of the connection numbers and builds a grep with them.
    Here is the one-liner I've been using:
    FILTER='client=192.168.1.1|client=192.168.2.1'; FILE='access.*'; for j in $FILE; do unset CONN; for i in `egrep -h "$FILTER" $j | awk '{print $8}'`; do CONN="$CONN|$i"; done; if [ -n "${CONN+x}" ]; then egrep -h $CONN $j; fi; done | sort -t '/' -k2,2M -k1n
    Is there a faster and more efficient way to pull out all of the connections from one or more IP's in access logs? I would think someone out there would have written something to do this?
    Thanks everyone!!!

    It could be as simple as
    lgrep -O conn <IP> access
    If you have more logs you can cat them and pipe the output to lgrep in a pipeline, like:
    cat access.1 access.2 ... access.n | lgrep -O conn <IP>
    Just make sure that the logs are listed in sequence. The script won't produce reliable results if the log is non-sequential.

  • Missing protocol in access logs

    Hello.
    I'm running iPlanet 4.1 on an HP UX box.
    My site in configured to use a WebLogic proxy plugin for JSPs..
    The problem I'm having right now is that iPlanet seems to have trouble writting my access logs.
    My current log format is:
    "%Ses->client.ip% - %Req->vars.auth-user% [%SYSDATE%] \"%Req->reqpb.clf-request%\" %Req->srvhdrs.clf-status% %Req->srvhdrs.content-length% \"%Req->headers.referer%\"
    Sometimes, it logs the HTTP protocol (with %Req->reqpb.clf-request%), sometimes it just ommits it!
    (the server is used ONLY with the WL proxy right now, and I haven't found anything on WebLogic's side!)
    This causes me problems when I try to compile statisttics for the site. Each line with NO PROTOCOL, seems to be like a corrupted line for the analyser, therfor makes my stats invalid! This is true with Analog and Awstats!
    Here's an example of request WITHOUT the protocol:
    64.230.121.24 - - [29/Jun/2003:00:00:12 -0400] "GET /psr/applicant/applicant.LoginMenu;PsrSessionID=22jy9aECcAhKZN61qH10RjccuUKg!-604367722!natux33!8010!-1?action=AcademicQualifications" 302 - "http://psjobs-emploisfp.psc-cfp.gc.ca/psr/applicant/applicant.LoginMenu;PsrSessionID=22jy9aECcAhKZN61qH10RjccuUKg!-604367722!natux33!8010!-1"
    Has anyone else had this problem or a similar one?
    Any help is greatly appreciated!
    Patrick.

    The only other way I found would be to use :
    %Req->reqpb.method% %Req->reqpb.uri% instead of %Req->reqpb.clf-request%, that way the protocol just wouldn't be logged! My log analyser (Awstats 5.6) would then be able to crunch them by NOT checking for a protocol with the %methodurlnoproto parameter in awstats.
    This is causing me yet another problem. With only the URI, I don't have the querystring. Of course, it is possible to use %Req->reqpb.query%, but this isn't linked to the URI in the log. I need to hardcode a '?' between the two. Therefor, I would also get requests such as '/foo.htm?' logged.
    Another problem I seem to be having when using just the URI is that iPlanet seems to get only the first 128 caracteres from the request. After that numbers, it cuts off the URI.
    I'm a bit confused here on what's the best solution...
    Pat.

  • Malformed HTTP request in access.log

    Hi,
    we're running a quite standard web application on a weblogic server 9.1, clients are using Internet Explorer 6, and lately, I checked the access.log, and sometimes, logged HTTP requests look malformed, for example:
    access.log00575:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - - [25/Aug/2006:13:47:01 +0200] "ntent-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded HTTP/0.9" 501 990
    access.log00568:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - - [25/Aug/2006:10:32:30 +0200] "&GET /img/console/entete.gif HTTP/1.1" 501 990
    access.log00639:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - - [27/Nov/2006:12:38:00 +0100] "&POST /ajax/heartbeat HTTP/1.1" 501 80
    access.log00460:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - - [21/Aug/2006:16:51:01 +0200] "OST /ajax/daily_commission HTTP/1.1" 501 78
    I once was successful in reproducing the problem, and during this test, I was sniffing the network, and apparently, the sent HTTP requests looked fine, whereas it appeared as a corrupted request in access.log.
    Have anyone seen something like this before ?
    Thanks.

    I wish that were true. I've disconnected Server Admin from the server and then quit the application. The log entries are still comin'.

  • WLS http access logs not written to when starting WLS instance using nodemanager

    When starting managed WLS instances using node manager the HTTP access logs are
    not written to (the WLS log in the same directory is written to). All other functionality
    of the WLS instances seem to operate just fine when started using node manager.
    When we start the same managed WLS instances using a start-up script the HTTP
    access logs are written to.
    ===
    How can we get HTTP access logs to be written to when starting a WLS instance
    using node manager?

    I think I know the answer to this one!
    I got bitten by the same bug (at least I think it is a bug). Check the location
    specified for the HTTP-access log for your server instance. It is probably a relative
    location, right?
    According to the docs, relative paths should start from the Root Directory (see
    your Remote Start config), but it seems like the BEA-programmers forgot to retrieve
    the Root Directory and instead blindly writes to the process' current working
    directory (CWD).
    And when started by the Node Managet, the CWD = WL_HOME/common/nodemanager.
    If you are as paronoid as I am (and you should be too), that directory should
    not be writeable by anyone. Because my BEA installation was owned by 'bin', and
    the processes run by 'beawls', I got an error message in my NM-logs pointing to
    the problem. In your case, you are probably running NM as a user that has write-access
    to your NM-home, and all your missing HTTP-access logs are deep, down there.

    I've got the same problem with Sun Java System Web Proxy Server 4.02 for Linux.
