having problem printing wireless we went on the web page and got the following code [edited by Moderator]

Hi normnan,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand that you are trying to setup the ePrint feature of your Envy 4500 printer. I asked the Moderator to remove your printer’s claim code for privacy protection.
Since you have been able to get the printer’s web services information sheet, that tells me the printer already has a wireless connection and is able to communicate with the HP servers.
If you meant that you are unable to print from your computer to the printer wirelessly, have you already installed the full feature software and drivers? If not please follow the steps for your operating system in the Installing the Printer Software for a Wireless Network Connection document. If you have already installed the full feature driver with a USB cable, there are steps in the same document on how to switch from the USB cable connection to a wireless connection.
If you have already done the installation and are still unable to print wirelessly please follow the steps for your operating system in the Print Jobs are Stuck in the Print Queue document. If have are using a Windows based operating system please Try the HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows. You can always download the HP PSDr from hp.com/go/tools.
If you were trying to use the claim code on HP ePrintCenter or HP Connected and it isn’t working please use the Getting the Printer Claim Code document. It has a section titled “What if my printer claim code doesn’t work?”.
If I haven’t understood please post back and let me know. In that post can you please provide the following information:
Please confirm whether the printer is connected by a USB cable or connected wirelessly?
Are you able to make a copy?
If you used the Print and Scan Doctor mentioned above, at what step did it give you an error message? What did the error message say?
Is the printer plugged directly into a wall outlet?
What operating system are you using on your computer?
If you are trying to print from a mobile device, is it an Android or an Apple device?
Is it only one program that you are unable to print from?

I don't know this app, but I did look it up in the iTunes Store, thinking I would suggest you could visit the developer's (vendor's) site and seek assistance there.
But when I found the app and went to the vendor's site, I found garbage (nothing useful).

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

Cannot get PhotoStream to work on the Mac

Any ideas on this?
I'm running Lion latest build, latest iphoto but PhotoStream will not enable. Its on in the iCloud preferences, but for the life of me i cannot get it to work.

Came across the same odity.
Remdey for me was:
1. quit iPhoto
2. open System Preferences and go into the iCloud prefs
3. enable Photo Stream
4. open iPhoto
It didn't seem to work instantly with these steps, I have switched it off once and back on again, but I think iPhoto was open somewhere in the procedure.
No restart was required.

I can't get my printer to print out the claim code. HP7520-e All in one

Whenever I press the web icon on my printer, it gives me the printers email address, but there is no place to press to get it to print out a claim code.

I can't get my HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One to print out the claim code, either. I have had problems ever since they switched from ePrintCenter to HP Connected.
This is my second HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One, the first one quit printing and they said I would have to buy a new Printhead Assembly ($73.30), and throw away my partially used ink cartridges and buy new ones ($104 to replace my 5 HP 564XL High Yield Original Ink Cartridges!) It made more sense to buy whole a new printer for $200!

If you lose your printer code before registering your printer, you can print a new information page to secure a new printer code. Use the following steps to disable and re-enable Web Services to print a new information page.
On the printer control panel, touch the Web Services icon (). The Web Services window opens.
Touch Settings, touch Remove Web Services, and then touch Yes.
Touch the Web Services icon () again. The Web Services window opens.
Touch Settings, and then touch Enable Web Services.
Touch Yes to accept the terms of use. The printer prints an information page.
If the printer does not print an information page, touch Print Report.
NOTE:The information page contains the printer claim code that you use to register your printer.

Yet another one that cannot get video to work (most of the time)

Hi all,
I have been reviewing as many questions in this general forum to see if I could answer my own question, but I quickly found out that there is a lot of stuff out there that is a little over my head. So, I feel I need some help and you may need to "dumb it down" for me, as I am not versed in routers & such. I can tell you all that I was able to do a 3-way video chat when another Tiger user from Cali who called me while he had my brother already on iChat (also lives in Cali). I live in Washington state. My brother is using Leopard and he is the one I want to iChat with, but we cannot get it to work directly between us. The only way we can do video iChat is if his friend calls me while he is already on the line. So this is not the ideal situation. So I use Comcast broadband & we have a Linksys wireless-G broadband router hooked up to the Comcast modem (says RCA on it). Quicktime settings are now set to 1.5mbps and also set up ichat preferences (bandwidth limit) to 500kbps. Here is my error log also. Your expert help is appreciated in advance,

It depends on what iMac you have. If it is an old PPC (G4 orG5) iMac then no further upgrades are possible. If it an Intel iMac:
Start by checking if you can run Snow Leopard:

If you have an old ID in Settings>iCloud as a result of updating to iOS 7, to change it you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change (you should need to verify the old account). Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

It sounds like you are wanting to update the Apps that were synced over from your computer to your new iPhone 5s. If you are clicking Updates in the App Store in the bottom right corner, would you mind clarifying what happens when you are trying to update them?

I just went through this same process.... I changed my credit card, double checked billing info, changed my password, I restored my phone, but the misake I made was I kept restoring it from my back up.... Finally I went to Apple Store.. and sad to say that you have to do a restore, and DO NOT restore from back up.
I used Gmail so I didnt loose contacts or email.. but I did loose all my text messages and history of that.
So, I had the EXACT same problem and it was a software issue.. you have to restore your phone to factory settings and start all over.. BLOWS I know!

DVI interface does't allow audio. Is there optical IN from your Panasonic TV? By then you can connect your ATV to Panasonic using optical together. It will work.

I tried to update my iphone 4 to i07 but it's now just stuck at half way on the loading screen and I cannot get it to do anything

So like a moron, I made the mistake of finally updating my Iphone 4's OS to the new one that Apple has been bugging the crap out of me about for months now. The problem is, my phone is now stuck on the loading screen and I cannot get it to do *ANYTHING*. It won't connect to my PC, Itunes won't let me get on it without the pin lock being entered on the phone which I CANNOT do because the phone is stuck on the update screen.. and Apple won't talk to me for help because I cannot get them the serial number which I CANNOT do because my phone is stuck on the update screen!
Is there no way to just take the battery out or something? I looked for screws but they seem to be proprietary (because of course they are, because Apple) How do I force it to get off the update screen?!

If you open it to take out the battery from the iPhone then you forfeit all service for whatever reason from Apple in the future.
Have you attempt to connect it to your computer and then restore it from iTunes on your computer?
