ACPI\HPQ6007
*HPQ6007
i already tried HP 3D driver guard software but it didnt work
please help.
Thanks

When you installed Windows 7 did you also install the Intel chipset  and IMEI driver?
Have you looked in the device manager to ensure that all other devices have drivers installed?
Why did you choose the 32-bit version of Windows 7? It has far less support than the 64-bit version.
Try the Intel driver update utility.

  • HP Pavilion g6-1270si Notebook PC Windows 10 Drivers

Hi, Is there any word on when windows 10 drivers will be made available on the website for my laptop? My HP Pavilion g6-1270si Notebook currently has no drivers for windows 10 and I am unbale to use the wireless features of this laptop. Windows live update does not return any results for the wireless lan driver update either. The windows 7 and 8 wireless lan drivers do not work in Windows 10 (as to be expected). I have waited through the whole windows 10 insider program until now for the windows 10 drivers but as of yet there is absolutley no trace of them. Any help would be appreciated.

I've been told by Microsoft tech support that HP and other manufacturers are currently try to get their drivers up to speed with Windows 10 requirements as it appears the most troublesome drivers are the graphics drivers that they have customized from the original Intel versions. This is incredibly annoying and inconsiderate of HP to have left so many of its drivers out of date while Intel has been upgrading the originals all along for years. I was having RAM crashes due to my HD Graphics 4000 for a couple of years now, with no ability to fix the problem because HP had not done any updates. My hope was that the combination of the Windows 10 upgrade along with its own driver replacements would solve the problem. Well, it didn't. It just highlighted the problem for many more users to experience. HP is going to lose a lot of customers if they don't get on the ball with this.

  • HP G60-630US Notebook - Webcam is unknown device + USB device not recognized pop ups [update]

My webcam and everything was working fine last night. I even used my webcam on the new yahoo I had installed a few days before. When I got up this morning and turned on my laptop, I kept getting pop ups every 3 minutes stating USB device not recognized despite not having anything plugged. I check out device manager and see an unknown device and Imaging Devices missing. When I try to go into youcam, it tells me that the cam isn't detected.
My laptop is  HP G60-630US Notebook PC, Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit.
There were no changes made last night. Although after all this I tried removing all of the usb and rebooting, but nothing worked. I am still getting the frequent pop ups. PLEASE any help would be appreciated.
Update: I just ran the Bios update and instead of unknown device, it says USB composite device

    Try this
Use device manager to manually install the webcam driver, Open Device Manager, right click on the unknown image device and select "Update Driver" then "Browse my computer for driver software", then "let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer" then click the "Have Disk" button, then click the "browse" button, browse to "C:\Windows\inf" folder and find "usbvideo.inf" and select it , then hit OK, drivers should load.

  • Unable to find HP 15-r022TX Notebook Windows 7 32bit drivers

I have installed windows 7 32bit on  HP 15-r022TX Notebook. Unable to find any drivers.
Please help to get all drivers.

    Hi:
See if this works for the graphics:
    1. Install the Intel chipset driver and reboot.
    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=20775&lang=eng&ProdId=816
    2. Install the Intel HD graphics driver and reboot.
    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=24246
    3. Install the nvidia graphics driver and reboot.
    http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/80914/en-us
For the rest of the drivers, try the ones from the HP Probook 450 G2.  Do not use any BIOS or firmware files from this model.

  • Notebook HP DV4-2014BR drivers

I'd like to know if I really have to download the drivers for this notebook from the HP official website, or I can just get the northbridge and southbridge chipset models and surf the internet for them instead?
It's the first time I ever had a notebook.

It is recommended to use the HP drivers. They will be the simplest to locate.
If you know which chipset  (i.e. Intel or AMD) is installed you do have the option of going to the chipset manufacturer's website and using their chipset drivers for the specific chipset instead.
The drivers for the other functions (multimedia buttons) of the laptop will need to come from HP.
You can get the wireless driver from Atheros / Broadcom from the manufacturer driver website. The same applies with bluetooth.
    regards,
    erico

  • I cann't find drivers of pavilion 15-n245se notebook ?

Hello this is my first post   I just purchased hp pavilion 15-n245se laptop and cann't find its drivers, any help ?

Hello. It appears HP website is having some issues with drivers section for dozen notebooks, including yours. I recommend you contact support directly and wait patiently until this issue is resolved.
If you don't want to wait, you can download a program such as AIDA 64 and check your notebook components and download drivers from manufacturers website (e.g. from Intel, MediaTek etc..).

  • GX720 Firewire Chipset type & 64 bit drivers

Hello all you MSI tech Guru's
I have a couple o quick questions about the FireWire port in my GX720.
    my story is this:
I have had to install Win 7 64 bit on my GX720, as some of the applications i work with require a 64 bit OS for them to function correctly (not for the extra ram, they will not install in a 32 bit OS)
I realize that there is no official support for Win 7 64bit on this model of notebook, but using generic drivers, I have gotten 90% of it working (only the intel mass storage, TV cards and 1 "unknown device" are missing drivers).
pretty much everything is working exactly how I'd expect it to in the 64bit environment (including basic use of my FireWire port), however.....
I also run a high('ish) end FireWire audio card (A MOTU Ultralite MK3 for those keen on sound) and am having some unusual issues with it (freezing of audio playback in multiple applications every couple of seconds ), after chatting to some audio experts, they have indicated that the issue may be with the FireWire chipset on the notebooks main board or the FireWire driver for the notebooks Chipset (I am exploring the audio cards role in this error too and an email has been sent to MOTU tech support).
    Can anyone tell me:
a.) what the firewire controller chipset make (eg. Texas Instruments, Ricoh, Intel, ect....) & model is ?
b.) is there a generic win7 64bit driver that can be installed for it (instead of the default one that windows uses) ?
    Thanks in advance, Kind regards

Windows already includes a generic FireWire (IEEE1394) controller driver. There is nothing else to install or update.

  • [DRIVERS] Satellite C660/01M PSC1GA-01E01M

    Hi,
If anybody can find a download link to Windows 7 x64 drivers for this notebook, or similar; I'll be extremely grateful. If not, could anybody inform me of the specific devices used in this notebook, I have "Unknown Device" in Device Manager, no driver for my LAN card (I don't know what it is) and my GPU Driver isn't installed.
    Thanks.
EDIT: I had to buy a new HDD for this notebook, so there is no recovery partition.

I see what you mean on the Toshiba Australia download site for your model, there is only a BIOS update.  I'd be contacting Toshiba Australia about that if I was you.
But, as you have no recovery partition and, apparently, did not make a set of recovery disks, I'd recommend this ordering a set of recovery disks from Toshiba Australia. Check this post, read the part on ordering recovery disks, click on link there.
    http://forums.toshiba.com/t5/System-Recovery-and-Recovery/Recovery-Issue/m-p/168598#M7128
Or you could try the Toshiba European site, they have a Satellite C660-PSCG1E, with the E being for Europe. Yours is the C660-PSCG1A, with the A being for Australia. I think they're basically the same model, though there's no gurantee.
    Toshiba Europe Downloads
Also, for a quick & dirty possible fix you could try Toshiba USA's - Toshiba Software Installer (for Windows 7 32-64). Worked for me on my Canadian model and for someone else from another country. If it runs, it runs, if doesn't, it doesn't, I don't think it will hurt anything.
    Toshiba Software Installer
But, ordering the recovery disks is your best overall solution. Good luck.

  • Problem with GPU Drivers!! :/

    Hey guy,
I currently installed windows 8.1 x64 OS on a previous windows 7 OS laptop. Problem is that neither of my cards (AMD/ATI Radeon HD5470 & Intel HD graphics) are recognized  correctly by system! Whenever i try to install AMD drivers from external links and not HP nothing happens.. Same goes for Intel drivers. Whenever i install drivers from official HP site.. AMD catalyst center works but gpu itself seems not to respond as display stays at 1024x768 and League of Legends game drops to 4 fps (i use it asa pointer of problem). As for when i try to install Intel driver from HP... i get black screen and then at restart blue screen that prompts me to either restart again the machine or try to fix the problem as an advanced user... Hopefully i got a restore system point as i knew that may happen! Any suggestions???
P.S have tried this over 4 times still same result with intel driver. As for the AMD hope is lost.. I dont even expect to have a valid driver not ever by AMD for the current gpu...

    Hi there @Johnianos
Welcome to the HP Support Forums! It is a great place to find the help you need, both from other users, HP experts and other support personnel.
I understand that you are having trouble with the video drivers after installing Windows 8.1 on your notebook. I am happy to assist with this. After doing some searching, it appears that Windows 8.1 is not a supported operating system for this notebook. HP customized drivers are only available for the Windows 7 operating system.

  • SCCM Driver Injection : What am I missing? Need help with getting drivers installing correctly in my environment.

    Everyone,
I'm not new to using SCCM, but i'm VERY new to setting up and managing it.  I have just laid it down for the school district that I manage, and i'm loving it.  Imaging is going great, all but one thing now...drivers installing.
Let me tell you what I've been doing, so hopefully a kind soul out there can tell me where my logic of the driver "injection" process is lacking and might can fill in some gaps.
I downloaded all drivers pertaining to the 7-8 series of computers we have in our environment currently, and imported them based on a criteria such as this:
    x86.LenovoEdge71.Desktop
    x86.DellOpti755.Desktop
    so forth and so on
I created packages based on the same exact naming scheme.  I update my distribution point at the end of the import, and all the drivers/packages/categories are in place.  When I go to Monitoring/Distribution Status/Content Status, all of my packages
show up , but under targeted it says 0.
My thoughts from reading online, is I upload all these drivers and during my task sequence where it says it's "applying device drivers" it's set to "install only the best matched compatible drivers" and "consider drivers from all
categories".  I also checked "do unattended installation of unsigned drivers no versions of Windows where this is allowed".
so correct me if my thinking is incorrect, it should search through all series of the computers we have in our environment and grab the best drivers from the overall database.  Is this not right?
The reason I ask this, is we have a few hundred HP 6000 Pro desktops.  WHen I image them, it comes up with 2 unknown devices.  OF these, I can manually point them at the folder from which I uploaded the drivers for this series/category and it installs
    100% successfully...MANUALLY.  What's the reasoning behind this?
I can't help but think there's something missing in my process / logic and I need to be set straight.
Can someone out there tell me what i'm doing wrong?  We're planning a district-wide re-imaging before summer's over, and the clock's ticking...but the drivers being installed are all that's keeping us from starting our migrations.
Any help on this is GREATLY appreciated, thank you very much!

You have setup everything correct, but for your desired result you need to use "Apply Driver Package" Task rather than "Auto Apply Drivers".
Auto Apply drivers will install the best matched/compatible drivers for only the PNP devices. For more info on this:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb680990.aspx
Whereas "Apply Driver Package" would install all drivers you have in the package and hence you don't see the unknown drivers in device manager. For more info on this: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb680403.aspx
If you have multiple models, create this task for each model individually and then associate with a WMI query condition under Options tab to check the manufacturer/model
Example: Select * from Win32_ComputerSystem where Manufacturer = "HP" and Model Like "6000%"
