HpqtBx01.exe runs in background after printing a doc

every time I print a doc this pgm continues to run, causing the fan on my HP dv9005 to run at high speed.  The only way to fix it is to log off and manually shut the pgm down when the error message pops up.  I've removed and re-installed my s/w several times and it keeps happening.  I run windows XP with an HP 0fficejet 4315

Hi
I observing the exactly similar situation for my laptop with HP Officejet 6300 series printer attached. I wonder if you ever got it resolved ?
If so, what was the cure ?
Thanks in advance

  • CS6 Bridge Running in Background after connecting to a networked drive?

    I have been having a problem with Bridge running in the background after connecting to a networked drive on a server. I can open and use the program fine, but when I close it still is running in the background until closed via Task Manager. Once the process is removed I can once again open Bridge. I found that holding Ctrl and clicking the Bridge icon and resetting my preferences allows me to open and close bridge once again, until I connect to a networked drive. Anything local on the computer things work fine, but as soon as I head over to a server Bridge wants to continue running in the background. I am assuming it is having trouble closing its connection to the networked drive and stays open.  I do have other computers on the network with CS5 and they do not have this issue.
    Any ideas on how to correct this?
    Computer is a Windows 7 64 bit platform.

    They were using the little red "x", file > quit allowed her to reopen the program etc. I find it weird that it wont close with the "x" but if I right click the icon on the task bar, it wont allow me to reopen or do anything with it so I was under the assumption it was stuck open.

  • Acrord32.exe is not disposing after print

    Hi I am using object of AxAcroPDFLib.AxAcroPDF to print a pdf file from windows form application. My problem is the Acrord32 is still running in the taskbar after print while my form is still running.
    AxAcroPDFLib.AxAcroPDF axAcroPDF2 = new AxAcroPDFLib.AxAcroPDF();
                        ((System.ComponentModel.ISupportInitialize)(axAcroPDF2)).BeginInit();
                        axAcroPDF2.Name = "axAcroPDF2";
                        axAcroPDF2.OcxState = ((System.Windows.Forms.AxHost.State)(resources.GetObject("axAcroPDF2.OcxState")));
                        frm1.FormBorderStyle = System.Windows.Forms.FormBorderStyle.None;
                        frm1.ShowInTaskbar = false;
                        frm1.Size = new Size(0, 0);
                        frm1.Show();
                        frm1.Controls.Add(axAcroPDF2);
                        ((System.ComponentModel.ISupportInitialize)(axAcroPDF2)).EndInit();
                        frm1.Hide();
                        axAcroPDF2.src = filepath;
                        axAcroPDF2.printAllFit(true);
    It should close immediately after print right ?
    Thanks

    I think that is as designed. Just ignore it. The next print will use the same copy.

  • PhotoshopElementsAnalyzer.exe Running in Background

    I'm new to Premier Elements 8.0 and was experimenting with my first video edits.  I closed the program down, but the PhotoshopElementsAnalyzer.exe continues to run in the background and it is consuming quite a bit of system resources.
    Q1.  Is this process supposed to run after closing the program?
    Q2.  Is there a recommended method for terminating this process or preventing it from running in the background except when PE8 is open?
    Thanks in advance from the new guy.

  • Transparent PSD image in Illustrator changes color of vector background after print.

    Hello, I really don't know how to explain this so I'll just upload my files which are located here: http://rapidshare.com/files/4040672260/Green%20circle.rar
    I have a green vector background in illustrator and then I placed psd image over it and created PDF for press and under Color bitmap images I selected no compression.
    After viewing image in Acrobat all seems ok, I even checked with picker, but after I send this to printer (xerox in thsi case) I end up with this: .
    Both .psd and .ai are in CMYK color space. For this particular case I could use mask to cover up that transparent space but my original project has shadows which I cannot mask by vector :S.
    Can someone plz explain to me what I am doing whrong or how to set color profiles or whatever is neccessary to avoid this issue. One thing I was using was, opening PDF in Photoshop and flatening all. Problem is that sometimes I need vector files and cut lines for cutter. Don't want to have bitmap, if I can have a vector? Also when I flaten image I do get same CMYK values in photoshop (with picker) than I have in Illustrator on vector object, but when I print this they don't match at all.
    Does someone know a solution?
    THANKS in advance and sry for my bad english.
    Stefan

    Nothing worng with your .ai or .psd file, prints fine here. Problem is with your tranparency flattening.
    Most likely you can fix that by print >>  Advanced >> Custom >.> Move slider all the way towards rasters.
    If you need more help, let us knwo your printere, and screenshtos of your print settings can help.

    Probably some security setting or a firewall interfere with your process handling. Really nothing to do with Adobe. You need to figure out what is going on on your system.

  • Running TCODE (AFAB) - Depreciation Run in Background - Error: Printer name

    Hi SAP experts,
    This is actually a basis technical question.
    But the error occurred in the Depreciation Run.
    When one of our users run this process in Background, she encountered an error 'Printer name not defined'.
    But when I use my account, I was able to successfully run it with no errors.
    I have checked SU01 and the default name of the printer (LP01) is both assigned to the users.
    We are using SAP 4.6 (4.0B). I hope we could find solutions for this.
    Thanks!

    Hi,
    Could you please check note 1292602.

  • HOW TO DELETE DUNNING RUN AFTER PRINT OUT?

    Dear all,
    does anybody know if it's possible to cancel a dunning run after the notices have been printed (except manually by changing all documents and all master data)
    WITH ADVANCE THANKS
    KRISHNA KUMAR

    Hi Krishna,
    Why do you want to re-run the Dunning run after printing them out?
    Anyway there is a program SAPF150D2 that enables you to re-edit the Dunning run. However whilst a Dunning letter is not a legal letter it is binding and so to add some control to SAP I am sure there is not a way where you can cancel the run and start again. What is to say that you send the wrong letters out.
    You can create a simple program to go to FB09 to delete the Dunning level and the date of the last Dunning run.

    A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
    Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

  • Dedicated Client leaves iexplore.exe running after shutdown / Windows 7 IE8

    Hi All,
    Recently I have noticed an annoying behaviour of the Siebel Dedicated/Developer Client on Windows 7 with IE8.
    Everytime it is being shut down, it leaves the iexplore.exe running. This is especially annoying when developing on Win7 because everytime you compile some changes to your SRF, a new instance of iexplore.exe will be started, while the old one is not killed. So after 2-3 hours of development I have like 30 iexplore.exe processes running and finally Siebel starts to do strange things (compiled changes are not reflected in the client, old objects are shown etc)
    I know there is already a CR on MOS: 1226854.1 but I was wondering whether someone has found a way to stop this? I assume there could be some registry parameter or IE setting to make it behave like before?

     Not sure where to look now.
    That's normal.  The 64-bit process is called a "chrome task" and the 32-bit processes are called "tab tasks".  You can use  WMIC  to check them:
    wmic.exe  Process  where  Name="iexplore.exe"  Get  CommandLine, ProcessId
    you will notice that they are correlated by  SCODEF:  being equal to the chrome task's PID.

  • Webcam runs in background even after the netstream is closed

    Hi All,
    We are having an application for capturing live video from presenter and broadcasting to a viewer. We have coded this using flex as3 and the server is Adobe Media Server. When a broadcasting happens and suddenly the presenter stops the video, the video display becomes blank as i have given the code and also i have closed the netstream by giving
    videoDisplay.visible = false;
    videoDisplay.attachCamera(null);
    _ns.close();
    _video.attachCamera(null);
    _ns.attachCamera(null);
    _ns.attachAudio(null);
    _video = null;
    But still the webcam runs in background and capturing the video. I can see the increase in size of video in the server. Is there any possible way to stop webcam from capturing the video when it si set to off?
    Thanks in advance
    Arasakumar.

    Possibly the Camera object is still attached to the NetStream.
    Add this to a NetStream.Status.Closed event handler:
    netSream.attachCamera(null);
    I hope this helps.

  • PowerPoint using macro to delete text boxes after printing

    Hi,

    Hi hlolrich,
    According to the description, you want to remove the shapes which created after you print the presentaion.
    I suggest that you name the shape you added with some rule, then we can delete thease shapes via the name rule.
    And here is a sample that you delete the shapes which name contains the
    myShape words on the first slide for your reference:
    Sub deleteShapes()
    For Each aShape In Application.ActivePresentation.Slides(1).Shapes
    If InStr(aShape.Name, "myShape") Then
    aShape.Delete
    End If
    Next aShape
    End Sub
