Hpw to get user exit triggered for PCP0?

HI
I've a situation here...where i'm suppose to use the user exit for transaction PCP0....but tried putting the break-point ther in all the includes (PCP00001-----CUSTOMER EXIT FOR POSTING PAYROLL RESULT) but of no use it doesnt stop anywhere ther!!
can someone tell me how to use this exit..if u have already used it before!!

Hi gunjan,
1. This user exit PCP0001
   is for program RPCIPE00
2. The tcode PCP0
   is just for DISPLAYING.
3. But RPCIPE00 is for processing.
   ie Creating Posting Run.
   (i think u want to do posting, and not just display)
4. So use this exit in RPCIPE00.
   (if u find CALL CUSTOMER-FUNCTION
    in the above (MAIN) program,
   u will get the calls and u can also
   debug and do break-point )
   (but first u must create a project for
   enhancement and activate it and then
   put break-point in the include)

To find out appropriate user exit/ badi for transaction VT01n

Hi,
   I have the following requirement.
Cass shipment type (VTTK-ADD03) field needs to be required and should be automatically populated upon creation of the shipment document. The rules for populating the value (SO, ST, PO and RA) are as follows:
If any of the orders on the shipment are customer order types, then the CASS shipment type should be a SO,
If all of the orders are STO orders, then the Cass shipment type should be "ST",
If all of the orders are PO orders, then the Cass shipment type should be "PO" , and
If all of the orders are customer return orders, then the Cass shipment type should be "RA".
I have to find out proper user exit / badi to do this.I have tried with many userexit but it won't work.

It is difficult to understand your requirement,but I suggest you please refer document on mobile data entry screen. Also to develop screen you have to use standard RF screen. Please consult with technical person who has worked on development of RFscreen.

User Exit MIGO for Purchase Orders

I need to check a purchase order during the Migo process.
I tried the User Exit EXIT_SAPLEINR_001, but the break-point has no effect. The user- exit is useful for schedule agrmts but it seems that there is a different handling.
Do you have an idea where I can check the MIGO date?

User Exit Mv45afZZ for Promotional BOM

I am adding custom code to the user exit MV45AFZZ for Promotional BOM. The aim is to add a new entry in the Line tiems details with the BOM header data.
Say if the initial order is like this:                                       It should like this after user exit execution:

We assume that in the configuration, we have configured so, such that, BOM Item M3 comprises of Items (M2, M1) with 10 Qty each.
For this purpose, we are adding a new row to the XVBAP table at runtime. But, when we post the order, finally the quantity field for item M3 is automatically getting changed to 10.
Please help and revert back. Let me know if i have to clarify more on my doubt.

The userexit save_document_prepare will directly hit the tables like vbak and vbap. So, as i can see that you would like to change at the pricing conditions so it is better to user the user exit:userexit_pricing_prepare_tkomk...
All the pricing conditions will be stored in the tkomp and tkomk tables.
The changes can be happnd at this level also.

follow the steps.......
For User Exit's
goto to tcode->status->program name->double click on that,
then goto to-> attribute take the package name and
Goto SMOD tcode ->Utilities->give the package name and F8
then a list of exits will display for that tcode as well as that package.
u can check the table MODSAP
For BADI's,
1)goto to tcode SE24 give the CL_EXITHANDLER and display and then double click on the GET_INSTANCE
keep Break point at this location 'call method cl_exithandler=>get_class_name_by_interface'
then the tcode it will trigger there and we can debugg there we can find badi'for that tcode and then remove the break point.
2)Goto to tcode->status->program name->double click on that program will display's
then press crtl+F then cl_exithandler

I seem to have some difficulty in knowing how to use these....
I need to basically be able to influence a calling date for next PMorder to be opened but documentation is not explanatory and, even if I do know what these exit/badi are used for, i do not understand how to use the parameters provided.

I dont think you would be able to test the exit if you dont implement them for the user exits simply passing the parameters wont help,actually there is a process of implementing a USER-EXIT i suppose u would already be familiar to it, I order to activate the exit you have to create a project in CMOD transaction and assign the enhancement to that and then also create the include that is avaliable inside the FM and there you would be able to put your code.
For the BAPIs ,yes the control should go inside the BADI once you put a breakd point inside the right method but there to you need to implement the BADI and then you can put your code in the method for the effects to take place and you can test.
The detail process of implementation are already avaliable on SCN, It seems that you dont have developer authorizations so i would suggest to take help from some one who has, Best of Luck:).
