HR administrator in RPTARQEMAIL
The documentation for RPTARQEMAIL ( Leave Request Email ) says that HR adminstrator is determined through the Badi PT_GEN_REQ.
Yesterday some errors in the posting happened and the program RPTARQEMAIL send out the email to few people in the organisation conveying the same. After checking the system it was found that Badi was not implemented.
Could anyone explain me incase of Badi not being implemented, what will be the behaviour of the program.
Hey ,
its not system error ,,,,,,,,,its a trasaction data error ...............
have check that in the back end that in SE11 there is data maitain for the HR admin in infotype 001

Automate RPTARQPOST error monitoring
Dear all,
I would like to know if it is possible to monitor the error RPTARQPOST generated, because it setup as schedule job and no one know it have problem posting.
And I find that there a session "E-mail text for HR administrator" in RPTARQEMAIL, would like to know if this will do the trick.
Regards
BillThanks for the reply, would like to know can I automate the report for checking?
+ZL: No the report last mentioned is not meant to be ''automated'' to run every day.
the onus is on the Time Administrator to access the report periodically and monitor for erroenous entries.+
For example, can I create a schedule job to run the report, if the result contains error, send a email to admin?
ZL: The standard ESS leave workflow (WS012300111) is designed such that for erroenous leave requests, the Time Administrator will be notified by workflow. You may consider to set up your leave WF such that your time administrator will receive such notifications accessible from UWL in the enterprise portal or POWL (in Netweaver business client) or the business workplace in R/3. -

</Event>Hi Tracy,
Have you changed something on your SharePoint 2007 environment recently before this issue occurred?
This issue may be related to Alternate Access Mappings settings like the following similar post, if you have configured AAM, you can check if this issue happened to some URLs, if it's the case, please add the problematic URLs as a Publish URLs for the default
zone for your web application, and also add these URLs as trusted locations, then check results again.
If above doesn't work, please enable ULS log on verbose level to get more useful log errors which time are corresponding to the errors occur.

I am trying to download iTunes on my new desktop computer (Windows 7, 64 bit). It starts installing, and then stops with the message- "The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation." This is a stand alone computer and I am the sole user. Please help.
This is a Microsoft Windows Issue.
From a MS Support Engineer:
"Hi,
· Is the computer on a domain?
· Is the issue isolated to only this software or you get the same error message with other software’s as well?
Try the steps below and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Run the software setup file as an administrator and check if it helps.
a. Right click on the setup file of the software that you are trying to install.
b. Select “Run as administrator”.
Step 2:
Temporarily disable the antivirus software running on the computer and check if you are able to install the software.
Disable antivirus software
Warning:
Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
Step 3:
a. Click Start, type "Local Security Policy" (without quotes) and press enter.
b. Click on Software Restriction Policies.
c. In the right pane, double click on the "enforcement".
d. Select “All users except local administrators”.
e. Click Ok and restart the computer and check if the issue is fixed." -
Can not see the administration tab in EM
Hi, I installed Oracle 10g EE Release 2. However, when I log in to EM and I want to see the Administration tab, I have to enter again the user and password I gave them and I got this error: Database error I/O Exception: Unknown host specified
I check on metalink and said that is due to the TZ zone so I modified the file emd-properties and run emctl resetTZ agent without success
Someone knows about a patch that solve this.
Thank youHi,

What I've tried:
Installing Windows Installer Cleanup (which is, btw, no longer approved by Microsoft), but the installation of this tool failed
Removing Adobe AIR with CCleaner
Cleaning up the registry with CCleaner
Running the Adobe CS5 Clean script - but AIR is not among the options available
Adding a "-uninstall" suffix in a shortcut as suggested here: http://www.sevenforums.com/software/68987-cant-install-adobe-air-2.html#post749619
Using Ninite installer: http://ninite.com/air/ (as suggested here: http://www.sevenforums.com/software/68987-cant-install-adobe-air-3.html#post1318156). I got the error: "Install failed - Could not verify installation (1), 7 - 1329"
In the registry, under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/Installer/Products/, manually removing the entry with .air-files (which is of course risky business)
Installing an older version of AIR (2.0.2)
Trying to uninstall - and remove AIR components with Revo Uninstaller Pro. This actually looked quite promising since it appearingly found a lot of "abandoned" AIR files. Unfortunately this didn't help either
None of the above has helped, since when trying to install AIR I keep getting the administrator error:
"An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator."
As far as I can tell from googling various sites, this is a pretty common error, but none of the solution proposals seem to work for me.
Any suggestions on what else to try??? -
Administração de boletos em Localização Brasil
Prezados,
Att,
Lucidio Gandra AlvesDear,
SAP Business One must adapt to the location Brazil referred to the Administration of billet.
Two points I noticed:
1 - Change the due date, when the billet is in the status sent generated or deposited. (I posted this first in SAP Business One Product Development Collaboration), because here in Brazil is very common to change the due date for delay in delivery of goods for example. how is the B1 has to cancel the ticket, change the date and then regenerate it causing him to lose the reference of the billet.
2 - Give a discount or interest in the slip with the slip in status filed viabilza therefore do not need lançameto manual accounting for accounts more or less as it is very common in Brazil discounts to maturity, but not the way the SAP B1 is (provided that payment in Brazil does not work).
If SAP makes it easy issoficará, agile and interesting in reporting as the commission for example.
If I cancel the slip and create it again as the discount I lose my reference and delay the process.
These two suggestions would be permitted to use only authorized user.

Unable to download object schema from Web services administration
Hi,
When I try to download generic/custom schema for Account/Contact/Campaign/Opportunity from Admin->web services administration , I get the following error:
Schema file generation for the requested object in Web Services v2.0 is not currently supported in CRM On Demand.
Why? I tried for some other objects as well, with the same result. How can I get the custom/generic schema for objects and how can I get the object model diagram for Oracle CRM OnDemand?
Regards,Please post this question in the CRM On Demand Integration Development forum.

Accounts being created with administrative group rights
Hello,
The server is a Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise fully patched used for Shared Hosting purposes. It runs Hsphere control panel. I am trying to identify how the following hack is happening.
1) There are users being created with Administrative group rights. Below is the EventViewer log for the user creation:
User Account Created:
New Account Name: username
New Domain: PCNAME
New Account ID: PCNAME\username
Caller User Name: PCNAME$
Caller Domain: DOMAINNAME
Caller Logon ID: (0x0,0x3E7)

Password Last Set: <never>

New UAC Value: 0x2DAB2B0
User Account Control: -
User Parameters: <value not set>
Sid History: -
Logon Hours: <value changed, but not displayed>
There exists entries as well where the primary group ID is changed to the Administrative group, but I am omitting such.
2) I tried to identify what Caller Logon ID: (0x0,0x3E7) means. I found out from here:
http://blog.joeware.net/2013/01/14/2667/ that I can use LogonSessions.exe to identify it.
Output from LogonSessions.exe is pasted below (snippet):

3) I also learned from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/243330/en-us that Sid: S-1-5-18 means:
SID: S-1-5-18
Name: Local System
Description: A service account that is used by the operating system
That is all great info, but I am not sure I can put together what I have learned to attempt and get closer towards identifying how in the world users are being created and then being assigned administrative group rights.
I am a Linux person mostly, but I am comfortable following a properly explained thread regarding windows 2003 R2 Enterprise issues.
The server is fully patched and it is running Lumension security product. What's more, Norman Malware tracker, tdskiller.exe (Kaspersky) and McAfee rootkitremover.exe have been run without any apparent Malware/Virus infection
Hope someone with advanced admin skills can advise.
Thank youHi,
You mentioned that, “I am trying to identify how the following hack is happening”, would you please tell us that why did you think the event represent a hacking behavior?
In a Shared Server Hosting environment, the underlying hosting control panel tool (Hsphere in this case) should be creating only virtual FTP users with a specific group. So no users with Administrative group should be ever created. If this happens,
it constitutes a breach of server security=positive hacking attempt.
>how in the world users are being created and then being assigned administrative group rights.
In addition, would you please be more specific about this question? Did you find the event message on a domain joined machine?
I want to be able to understand in full how/what process is allowing users to be created with Admin rights. In other words, I want to know what IP was used to issue the command, if ASP.net was used (abused in this case), or anything else related to
it so that we can patch this particular hole.
Best Regards,
