HR Employee relationship report

Hi,
We have a requirement to create HR--> Employee relationship report, which will display the employee details and his reporting officer details.
Please let me know if we have a standard report for this.

I dont think there would be any direct report available for this.
The only way i could think of achieving this is as below:
(1) If you have data in BI for employee manager, that is in the format employee and its manager.
Just load it to the cube and get all needed attributes populated from reading master data table of employee.
(2) For Creating extractor at ECC
Use following function module to get manager details:
HRCM_ORGUNIT_MANAGER_GET

I think you have got problems with BUT050, BUT052 and ADCP tables.

BW Employee Hierarchy report to be specific for the users.

Hi *,
My BW system contains the data from HR. There is a report which displays the list of all employees in a strict hierarchial manner with the topmost position being assigned to the highest designation.
Now the change to this report should be done in such a way that the user who logs in should be able to see only his/her group. That is all the employees who report to him should be displayed with this user at the top.
Is it possible ? I can create a new report also if required.
Please suggest so that I can assign points.

First u need to make that Info Object as Auth Relevant.
InfoObject > BusinessExplorer tab > Auth Relevant
In RSSM u need to generate the Auth Object for that.

OM - Issue with Employee Headcount Report

Hi All
While making a selection of org units in Employee Headcount Report its been noticed that some org units and getting selected and some are not and during selection of required org units there are few org units which are appearing as related object index and some as non related object index
Could someone let me know what is a Related and Non Related Index of a Org Unit

I checked the report, and it certainly returns incorrect data, I found exactly what you say regarding active/inactive persons.
What is SAP's reason for not looking into this? It would be interesting to hear their argumentation for this not being a bug.
It may be that SAP expects RHSTRU00 to be called only for active persons? This would require running another report first to get the input for RHSTRU00. This seems like a strange prerequisite for the program, and I do not understand why SAP don't see this as a bug. The error seems rather obvious and reproducable.
I often find that I have to push to get passed first line of support to have SAP see the problem. It is tiring, but I have found this to be the fact far too often.
PS - we never use the program like this, so we do not face the problem ourselves.

Cannot View the Employee Salary Report in BI Publisher

Hi, everyone,
I have installed the Standalone version of bi publisher for windows (bipublisher_windows_x86_101341).
I have logged in as administrator, I have connected to my oracle database 11g thru jdbc succesfully. i cannot view the Employee Salary report. It gives me the error
Paramter name: dept Io exception: Invalid number format for port number.
The sample schemas are also installed on my database.
Could anyone guide me as i am very new to bi publisher.

Flexible Employee Data report

Hi,
I'm trying to use flexible employee data report and in the output,
the report is showing the text of the fields, like Employee subgroup text instead of the codes we've given.
Is there any way of having the report generate the codes instead of the text? Pls let me know.

I am not sure whether we can make changes in the standard reports setting. I hope you can use SAP Infoset Query to solve your issue.
Please follow the following steps for creating a simple report
FIRST STEP
SQ03
Create user group
SAVE
SQ02
Create Infoset
ZHCM_PD
Now select the required infotypes from the screen given
Then generate the infoset
Go back to infoset screen and you can see your infoset appearing in the initial screen
Now assign the infoset to the particular user group using role/user group assignment and Save
SQ01
Select Infoset Query
Open the ZHCM_PD and the following screen will be displayed showing the selection and output screen
********When you select output screen, the same will be displayed down. Just select one field and right click and select Only value**************
Select the required infotypes selection and output field and give the hit list to see the number of documents present
To see the output click on output screen
Please note that when you create the reports, you can select the output either by Only Value/Only Text/ value and text.
I hope this will resolve your issue.

Please let us know are you create the new EBP purchasing org copying from any other existing EBP purchase org, if yes, could you please delete the new EBP org assignment and create the new EBP org by using the Create icon and select u201CIs Line Supervisor ofu201D option. It will be resolve your issue.

Nakisa embedded org chart-Team view, employees under Reporting line is empty

I am trying to enable Nakisa embedded org chart, but when i go to Team view, employees under Reporting line is empty. And also i am not able to view the employees under Org.Unit.

activate the NAKISA in SICF and chk once in portal the settings and kindly configure OADP settings in MSS u can get the structure in the Team view of MANAGER heirarchy , and chk the HCM_PD_UI_1 is active in SFW5

Generate Manager Wise employee absence report

Dear All,
How to generate manager wise -> employee absence report?
Currently Generating Attendance/Absence reports Org Unit -wise is time consuming. I would like to generate a report by selecting the field " Manager" so that I can generate an absence report of employees under one particular manager.
Can you please let me know how to get this done?

Hi Monu,
First get the position of Manager Employee. Then get all the subordinate Positions using relation ship 002 (Reports to) then ,
for all the subordinate positions get the employees for that positions. And for that employees get the absence details. This logic will gives the employees who will directly reports to Manager. To get all the employees we need to loop until all the subordinates reached or you can use RH_STRUC_GET to get hierarchy

BP - Employee relationships to an org unit and changes

Dear Colleagues of CRM,
The scenario pertains to an employee and its relationship to an org unit to which it is assigned. Once an employee is assigned to an org unit, a relationship too gets created with the Employee as BP. This relationship has the contact info that was available in the BP master data at that point of time.
Later on, if the employee is transferred and hence assigned to another org unit, the assignment in the org unit is changed to the new org unit. On the new org unit assignment, a new relationship gets created with the BP. However, the earlier relationship doesn't get deleted when the earlier assignment to the org unit was deleted. If I attempt to delete the relationship in the BP, it doesn't allow and prompts to u201Cu2026.Change through the HR mastersu201D. The HR master though has nothing of the contact details vis-à-vis this relationship.
The existence of this initial relationship is causing error in all my dependent programs / activities which pick up the contact details of this employee and hence trigger emails etc.
Request solution as to how do I remove this u2018oldu2019 and irrelevant relationship from the BP. It may be noted that the subsequent changes of assignment u2013 deletions in particular u2013 are deleting the relationship too but the initial one exists all throughout.
Seek your kind advise to resolve the matter .

Sales employee wise report

Hi,
I need a report to see total sales by sales employee wise. We are using HR module and I am able to select sales employee in my sales order from the HR master. However when I run the report MCTI, I am not able to select the sales employee (no drop down available). I guess the issue is with sales employee data from sales order not getting updated in LIS. Can any one tell me the settings to update sales employee data in LIS.

If you run MCTI without sales employee selection (use just sales org, distr. channel or whatever), what's the result? Do you see a bunch of zeros 00000000 under the sales employee column?
In VPE3, are you able to find the sales ppl list under Personnel no. (with restriction to the relevant sales area)?

T-code for repor "Employee Action Report"

Dear Guru,
There is a report for getting "employee Actions List". The program name is RPLACTJ0 (standard report) but i dont find the Tcode for this report.
I cheked the T.Code through SYSTEM---STATUS. (its saying SA38.) which is ABAP program execution.
How to find the T.code for this report. if not, can i assign the T.code for the standard program?

Tcode : se16n ---TSTC = No value found.

se11 : its table dictionary. I think here we cant execute any program.

Employee relationship to org unit contains a wrong email id replica from HR

We have an issue with HR employee replication from ECC to CRM.
Employee1 and its assignment to Organization is replicated to CRM from ECC system through the standard process.
Than for that employee, a relationship is created as u201Dis employee ofu201D for the same organization. Till here every thing is working fine.
But when we open the relationship, it contains an email id which is of another, employee2 and no way related to this employee1.
And in General data address tab of employee1 it contains the correct mail id of employee1.
Now the problem is whenever a mail is triggered to the employee1,it goes to the email id of employee2 as this is present in the relationship of employee1.When trying to click on change button, it is showing the warning message that u201Demployee is changeable only in the HR systemu201D.
When I run PFAL in ECC and BD87 in CRM again it is not updating.
Could any body help me how to remove this second email id.

Hi,
Since your HR Active Replication is ON, you cannot change it in CRM unless you deactive this settings, whic I dont think appropriate.
However, you mentioned that in relationship tab you find a different email id of employee 2. It is worthwhile, to check the master data again for that employee in HR system, whether some fields might be wrongly updated.
Or you can re-enter the email-id in HR system and run the PFAL.
