HR_FORMS_TIM_GET_B2_RESULTS

Hi All,
Can any one tell me why the FM HR_FORMS_TIM_GET_B2_RESULTS is used..
i'm trying to read attendances from tables ANWES with a particular wage type from above FM...
Is the above FM used to get pay roll results like RT,CRT tables etc...
Is there any std report for above fm

B2 cluster is used for Time Quotas. if any employee has taken leave for LWP then system will deduct that related amount. if you would like to see the B2 Cluster you can view through
pc00_m99_clstr.

For calculating overtime we have use 'HR_FORMS_TIM_GET_B2_RESULTS' function module. But for some employees,it is not fetching values in FT_ZES. Please help me if any changes to be done in master data of those employees.

I would suggest please ask Functional to check ZES table using PT66, does data is stored in ZES.
As structure has ZES, it should be store based on time type config.

FMs not returning ZES table values

Hi Experts,
I am an ABAPer, so the solution to this may be very simple but not to me.
while fetching cluster B2 data via various FMs the entries of ZES table aren't coming.
I have used HR_FORMS_TIM_GET_B2_RESULTS and HR_TIME_RESULTS_IN_INTERVAL.
While using the second FM I have observed it calls HR_TIME_RESULTS_GET and returns the ZES table data
but they get deleted based on few conditions which are dependent on T549Q payroll periods (obtained from HR_PAYROLL_PERIODS_GET).
So I need to know what configurational mistakes or time evaluations flaws lead to these kind of cases.

HR- Attendance Problem related to payroll program

Hello Experts,
I have created the zreport from attendance in HR-payroll ( Tcode: PT91_ATT ). Actually I have copy the whole satandard report code (with Tcode: PT91_ATT ) to my zreport for the customized requirement. Report is executing fine with dispalying the employee code(PERNR), name of employee (BNAME), and the date wise display like 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31.
My requirement is to add the three fields more in the same printing logic i.e. Total no of Present(P), Total no of Leaves(L), Total no of Absents(A) with in the same report. I have done some changes but they are not executing. Can you please suggest how it can be done. If possible do suggest with code of program please.

Unfortunately, I don't believe in spoon feeding and hence not be posting the source code here.
I believe I have given enough information as to what can be used to get the report developed.
Further to this, let me explain you the logic to be followed in detail -
Steps to be followed -
1. Use Logical DB PNP & node PERNR of it.
2. Loop through all the personnel numbers between GET PERNR... END-OF-SELECTION
3. Query time data for each employee using the function module HR_FORMS_TIM_GET_B2_RESULTS. First, loop through the internal table FT_PSP to get the "SHIFT" and "Weekly off" here and fill the day slots.
4. Now that you have got the weekly off's of the employee check for other possible entries such as PRESENCE, ABSENCE(CL,SL,PL et al.) which can be found in the internal table FT_TP of B2 cluster.
5.Finally, when you have data for entire month count the related PRESENCE & ABSENCE and any other things that you would like to have in your output.
Let me know, if you need anything else. Perhaps, not the source code.

Best Option for extracting B2 cluster data

Hello Experts,
I need your expert opinions for one of my extraction needs. The need is to extract data from B2 cluster. My doubts are on the best possible way for implementing this generic extractor. Below are my thoughts:
1. Build a generic extractor and write a user exit that calls FM 'HR_FORMS_TIM_GET_B2_RESULTS'. Somehow pass the DATE ranges and PERNR as parameters to the FM and later build my extraction logic. But, what would really be the source for this generic extractor. An extract structure is just not sufficient.
2. Other approach is to use FM based extractor (using copy of RSAX_BIW_GET_DATA_SIMPLE) and have copy of 'PTDW_QUOT' extract structure as E_T_DATA parameter. This can get complex.
Please share any thoughts on the above approaches. Looking forward to the best possible way of doing this...

I am calling function 'HR_FORMS_TIM_GET_B2_RESULTS' in the program , its input parameter is BEGDA, I transfer a date variable to BEGDA, but does not work. can not get any data. but if I run this function in SE37, I input date '20140807', successfully get result. please tell me how to set this DATS parameter?

Hi,
You might be passing the date in '12.12.2014' or '12/12/2014' format. Please
use the function module 'CONVERSION_EXIT_BEGDA_INPUT' to convert the date
to internal format and then pass it to the function module.
