Hr forms workplace

Hi,
I am learning tools for HR Forms in help.sap.com by own. In hr forms workplace i hav transfered Required things in MetaNet to InfoNet.when i click Layout smartform opened.I created one text under window.But i cant drag and drop fields from field list as like in smartforms transaction.
If anybody have solution please help me.

HR Forms is the new HR tool that allows to create flexible reports with an attractive layout for HR master data, payroll results, and time evaluation data. One can design, create, check, print, send, or archive the form using graphics tools.
It is therefore a user friendly tool that can be used to develop Remuneration statements and Time statements with modern form designs using different formats or graphical elements (ex: company logos or pictures).
*Data Selection is separated from Form design helps to make changes in each separately without affecting another.
Integrats with the graphics tool Adobe Life cycle designer, it allows to create form in the .pdf format

HR Forms
The Layout Editor can be used is Adobe Designing tool or Smart form Tool.
The HR Forms Workplace (which will be called the Forms Workplace from now
on) will enable you in future to create flexible reports with an attractive layout for HR master data,

SMARTFORMS as the SAPScript successor tool is also used to generate formatted documents which can contain logos, tables and other formatting objects. Hi,
To change the Salary Statement you must create a copy of standard salary statement using HRFORMS transaction. You can do any changes in this copy. (Select your country gruop or molga)
After you do that you must configure the decision feature to show your own Salary Statement
Go to the SPRO transaction and navigate to:
Personnel Management -> Employee Self-Service -> Service-Spacific Settings -> Benefits and Payments -> Salary Statement -> Form Using HR Forms Workplace (HRFORMS) ->Enter HR Form Name
Expand HRFOR -> RCLAS -> C -> Molga (select you country or include new one) and enter the HRFORM name that you created in the previous step.
To enable or disable links
Go to the se24 transaction
create a new class that implements IF_XSS_SER_PROXY_SERVICE
You need to implement the three methods to enable or disable the service according your needs. You can see the CL_BENEFITS_AREAPAGE standard implementation to get more information.
After you created your class you need go to:
Cross-Application Components -> Homepage Framework ->
Services -> Define Services -> Define Services (Add entries)
And enter your class name in the Proxy Class.

ICal crashes when attempting to find google calendars

My iCal was set up when I used my MacBook Pro at a former workplace. Now, every time I attempt to open iCal ver 4.0.4, it attempts to connect to a series of 4-6 google calendars, who which I'm no longer a participant. After clicking ok to the server error message that can't find the calendars, iCal crashes.

I'm back up & running. Posting this question led me to a discussion from 3 years ago, Jan 27, 2010 4:15 PM, which solved my problem. Thanks all!

HH5 has gone faulty, trying to use another router ...

so the worst has happened, and our Home Hub 5 has died. After speaking with BT Support, we've been told that it'll be 2-3 working days till we get a replacement -CRISIS! It's Friday and we have family coming this weekend, and I have a big much of work to do...
However I have a brand new router provided by my former workplace which I'm attempting to use. It's a Plusnet TG582n. Seems to have switched on and we now have wifi, but it isn't connecting to the internet. In the Connection Info menu in the hub management pages, it was set up to use the 'plusdsl.net' domain, so what settings should I use instead?

i have created a custom MetaNet , Metadimension ,Meta fields using tcode HRFORMS_METADATA,
but i unable to get include this custom metanets in to the HRFORM tcode .
my requirement is to create a HRFORMS using the custom infotypes tables , how to achieve this ..
plz gide me for this requirement .

I have been using IBM Workplace forms in my application for a long time and now want to migrate to adobe livecycle forms. Please can anyone tell me about how much similar are both? What all should i look out for while migrating. ?

We are also looking into a similar type of project. I'm not well versed in the IBM software, but I suspect there is no utlity or conversion tool to automate some of the transition work. (ie creating fields and other common objects)
We are looking at re-desinging the forms from scratch.

Access to the ES Workplace SCM System?

Hello,
I use the HU2 SAP ERP 2005 ECC 600 system for developing different scenarios combining scripting languages and SAP. For further tests, I tryed to logon to the HU8 SAP SCM 5.0 system but my password doesn't work. It doesn't work for the HU5 and HU6 system also.
Do I have to register through another form for an SCM account, or is something else wrong there?
PS:
The password was reseted several times and I tryed to contact the ES Workplace
support team without any success.

Convert Smartform to PDF and send to SAP Workplace user

Hi to all.
I need help of somebody expert in SMARTFORM's.
I need to convert a smartform into PDF format and to send as attachement for SAP workplace
of the user.
I developed the next code.
IT is to function and to send the mail for SAP workplace, but it happens that smartform
contains images (logos) and tables, when the user tries to open the file pdf in inbox gives
to error - "An unrecognized token ' q0 ' was found".
I tried to call a smartform only with text and functioned well.
Somebody can help me?

How to send smart form as mail?

Hello everybody,
I have used the following code to send a smartform in PDF format through email.
I m able to view the contents of the mail in SAP Bussiness Workplace but UNABLE TO TRANSFER THE MAIL to an INTERNET ID (like gmail id or yahoo id).
Can anybody suggest me about what might have gone wrong?

Former Employee Obtained access to Administrator Account somehow and has been messing with roles, files ect... Just a question...

Ok, so about six months ago, my company let go of their Systems Administrator because she was causing many problems in the workplace... Yesterday morning i logged onto the server and found several files open with her name on them, including her confidentiality
agreement, and Employment offer letter, as well as the confidential folder that holds all employees personal identity information (she remote into the Server about 10 Minutes before i logged in, thus kicking her off not allowing her to close what she was opening/copying.
I attempted to check the logs to see what IP she was connecting with but was only able to find the following:
She remoted into the server about through Remote Desktop about 20 times on the 27th of May 2014, (horrible weather and she was probably logging in in a McDonald's Wifi and it kept kicking her off).
I took the day off because my area was flooded and couldnt make it to work.
She logged on, on the 28th of May, 2014 about 16 times before i logged on kicking her off, leaving everything she was doing open for me to see.
Everytime i remote into the server from my house or the office i get the following...

As you can see no IP address is shown unlike everyone other PC that remotes into the server... She has been using our server as her personal file host for her real estate business, she was fired last year for sabotaging AutoCad drawings her ex boyfriend
was working on (they are back together and was the one she set up with full access to server) and she has been adding and modifying files in her group drive via the administrator account. She also disabled several roles we had installed, and gave her
boyfriend (who happens to work at the company) More administrator right than myself, as I built the server from ground up, and Only the Company owners had access to remote desktop, besides the administrator account... I want to make sure she didn't create
any hidden accounts that she can still log into.. I found under ADSI Edit Under Domain Controllers, Subscription Properties an account (servername$) which doesn't not show up in active directory, but had full access to everything... Is there a way to uncover
hidden Accounts she may have created to get into the server, as I've know from previous experiences, that $ sign normally refers to a hidden account or file of some sort.. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, The FBI is currently investigating
the situation, but i am trying to make sure all my basis are covered so this doesn't happen again... Thank you for taking the time to read my long ass thread, I will bestow upon you great fortune and Karma for any help given =-D

Also I would immediately remove all people form any kind of administrative groups, MUST of course be agreed from the company owner, then change the administrator account password. If there is a need for the additional administrators the company chief
has to agree on this and there should also be made some clear rules, maybe from a lawyer about consequences etc. Remote access to the network should be blocked or made more secure with two factor authentication, tokens for example, just using Remote Desktop
at the moment I would not allow until the network is better secured and you can be sure there are no unknown administrative accounts.

SAP R/3 4.7 custom Fax Cover Page default setting in Workplace Fax Entries

How can we implement a custom Z form SAP fax cover page as the default fax cover page in SAP workplace, it makes you enter the Z form name in fax cover page entries when we tested it each time you do a fax, Iu2019m sure the users arenu2019t going to want to do that. Research Iu2019ve done on SAP seems to say you change the Default SAP fax cover page form in transaction SO41 the OFFICE-TELEFAX form which had the From: company name and address hardcoded with SAPu2019s German company name and address which we don't want to use.

We decided to use Z fax cover created from OFFICE-TELEFAX and when you enter the Z fax cover name in fax detail entries it keeps the entry in field in SBWP we've found so you don't have to retype it in and we hardly do any user controlled fax of reports right from SAP, mostly email of reports they do thru SBWP SAP Office. And auto fax, auto email of documents with NACE records thru SCOT, SOST transaction to an Esker Deliveryware fax server.

Convert Smartform in PDF format and send to SAP Workplace

Hi to all.
I need help of somebody expert in SMARTFORM's.
I need to convert a smartform into PDF format and to send as attachement for SAP workplace
of the user.
I developed the next code.
IT is to function and to send the mail for SAP workplace, but it happens that smartform
contains images (logos) and tables, when the user tries to open the file pdf in inbox gives
to error - "An unrecognized token ' q0 ' was found".
I tried to call a smartform only with text and functioned well.
Somebody can help me?
