HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION updates for a PERNR not passed to it

Hi All,
We have a case where an Internal Employee has left the company and he is rehired as an External. In this case, the same User Id has two different PERNRs. The old PERNR will be in Withdrawn status while the new one will be Acitve.
I am using HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION to update IT0002 for the new External's PERNR.
Even though I pass only the new PERNR and the External's record to the FM, it updates in IT0002 for both the PERNRs.
Can anyone pls shed some light on why this happens ?

i Know i am wrong but check with your FC
So Generally if the same employee is hired into organisation we need to use the same PERNR and make Him Re-hire and Change the department...
So some where you are combining the previous pernr and this pernr ...Just check where ..Mean while if i get information will let you know///Second pernr concept comes with Concurrent employement
Ask your FC how is he generating the SECOND pernr based on old pernr.

SCANNER UPDATES FOR EPSON v500 not available for maverick?

OK - I updated to MAverick and have no scanner. You know, the little white circle with the line through it, indicating that the woftware and drivers will not work on Maverick. So, I went to Epson (I have Epson perfection v500 photo scanner), and they direct me to Apple Software Update at Apple Store. The Apple Store has no update for the epson. And, in an article, says that third party software need be gotten from the maker. so, how do I update. anyone know? Since apple insists that all updates go through apple store, they should be up to date on everything as they try to corner this market. a little upset.

Has actually been removed from the Epson sites.
Only the old drivers and the ICA Scanner driver (very limited and thus with poor performance) remained.
I think Epson is only interested in selling new stuff (look at the questionnaire they ask you to fill in when you visit their sites).
But the question remains: what to do with my precious EPSON PERFECTION V700 PHOTO scanner?
Buy a cheap WINDOWS machine and tranfer the results to my iMAC?
Weird, but in the given circumstances maybe the only workable fast solution with guaranteed results.

New update for N95 8gb not showing

a software update for the n95 8gb has been announced recently, but when i go to update, it doesn't show the latest version in the updater.
I assume nokia haven't got it up yet, despite stating on the site that it is available. This has some fairly essential updates such as flash.
Am i being impatient?

You don't mention whether your N95 8GB is a SIM free version or network branded in which case network may have not yet authorized the release of this software update.

Updates for photoshop will not work/wont open raw images

I have tried to update my photoshop and numerous times to open raw images in photoshop and it wont work, everytime i try to do it the installation fails and doesnt explain why and example is :
Adobe Bridge CS5 4.0.4 Update
Installation failed
Adobe Device Central CS5.0.1
Installation failed
Photoshop 12.0.2 update for Photoshop CS5
Installation failed
Photoshop Camera Raw 6.3 Update

can anyone help?

Might be helpful if there are any more specific messages being shown to list them.
Just passing on what I've read: Some people using PCs have reported that removing Photoshop, reinstalling from their original media, then updating to the very latest works where they haven't been able to get the software updated via the integrated process. I don't know whether this applies to Mac, but it could represent something to try if you run out of options.
But before trying that, have you tried doing a manual installation of the latest updates? You can download the appropriate one(s) directly from the following:

Chrome Plug-in update for Flash does not work

I am a Mac OS X 10.5.8 user and I use Chrome as my standard browser. I updated the Flash Player to version 10.3.183.23 2 times now and it is still not working and showing me that I have an old version. Every time I try to update the Plug-in it installs it and then everything stays the same when I restart Chrome. Could you help me out here?

I hope you guys know that Mac OS 10.5.x have been officially dropped to support by Apple(as OS vendor) and Google(as browser vendor) while ago. So this behavior sound intentional by Chrome as same behavior as recent Safari. I tried searching around and found this post at Google site:

Downloaded the Mail update for Mavericks. When I run the installer, it says my volume does not meet the requirments for this update.

Java update for one, but not the other ML installation

I have two ML installations (one mbp, the other a mac mini). Recently with the Java scare, I disabled Java on both.
Only the mbp offered me to update Java to the (presumably) fixed version, while on the mac-mini 'Sofwtare Update' does not
offre me the update.
How can I check my java install.

They do different things. Oracle's JRE is a web plugin for running applets and WebStart applications. Apple's JRE is a framework for running standalone applications.

IOS 5 update for iPad 2 not working?? HELP!

I have been attempting to do the iOS 5 update for my iPad 2 for the past couple of weeks. Every single time I try and update it, it will be almost complete and then say network connection error. I thought maybe my internet was not working properly but have tried at a few other places with a different wi-fi conncection. I even did it at someones house where they succesfully updated their iPhone. Am i doing something wrong, or is there something wrong with my iPad?? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

iOS 5 is not worth the headaches you're going to get with your iPhone and/or your iPad. It is a terribly "buggy" opearting system right now. It causes all sorts of problems with your devices. I'm sure Apple is aware of the problems, and will release a "release" to correct their previous "release". I'm thinking of going back to iOS 4. My phone was faster, apps didn't crash, don't care about being able to edit pictures in the camera, since I have tons of photo apps that have better editing options than the iPhone camera. The reminders pulldown is pretty much useless, and I forget it's even there.

BIOS update for L50-B not found

I found out that there is a new BIOS update for my Satellite L50-B series but whenever i try to download the file it keeps coming with with 404 not found. Have toshiba pulled the update or something?

You cannot download BIOS update if you don't know exact model part number. Part number is visible on the Toshiba sticker that you can find at the bottom side of your notebook.
By the way is there some reason for BIOS update? Do you have some technical issue with your machine?
I mean if everything is OK you must not change anything.

Try hiding the Keynote app in the Trash where the Mac App Store can't see it. Then try to redownload it from your Purchases list. You should get the most recent version available.

Apple Software Update for Windows will not download and update

When Apple Software Update for windows comes up, I select the items to update, I accept the eula, the bottom half of the window rolls up and rolls back down and nothing happens. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Apple Software Update. If I download the updated individually (outside of Apple Software Update) they work fine

Try checking the rules in your firewall software. Is Apple Software Update being allowed full access to the internet?

Updater for Frame 9 not working

Has anyone run across an error where FrameMaker 9 updates return an error message that the updater is "already running" and the update fails?
Fame is installed on Windows XP. We have tried:
rebooting the machine
checking for multiple instances in Task Manager (recommended in the knowledge base)
defragging the computer
uninstalling/reinstalling Frame
I've checked the forums and there are a few postings involving the same error message for illustrator updates and creative suite updates, however the solutions involve files and folders that don't exist in the version of updater that I'm seeing with just Frame 9
Any insite into this issue is appreciated.

I should have mentioned that Acrobat Pro, Acrobat Reader and RoboHelp are installed on the same machine.
I tried updating directly from the Adobe site, however the same error message appeared. I also tried turning off automatic updates for the other Adobe products listed by the updater, without success.
