HR-PA Personnel Administration Adjusted Hire date not in std extractor?

All,
Does anybody know if the dates in PA0041, like adjusted hire date, Original hire date, Severance date, etc are available in extractors? I have been doing BW for some time, but am new to HR. I don't want extend the 0employee data source with these dates unless I have to. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Scheduled date not matching std dates defined

Dear all,
We are facing scenario where when we create process order in the system, The system automatically assign dates of operation to be completed ( Earliest & Latest ) while in recipe we have defined std time for that particular phase. So my query is how system calculates those dates & where i can change or check so that system should throw dates in relationship with STD time provided for that operation.
Because of that we are not able to plan our capacity correctly as system itself showing not expected or correct timing for the operations.
Please refer following screen shot for your reference.

Now for phase 0011,
please check phase details.
In formula for resource we have kept OH time as operation time.
So according to me, system should take show
1) for phase 0011 latest start time 07:00:00 & latest finish time 15:00:00 i.e. 8 hrs which is defined in recipe. as of now it shows 07:00:00 to 16:37:27. i.e. 9hrs 37 mins. approx.

HT5252 I tried to change my metadata date and got this Aperture was not able to adjust the date and time of the original file "01769_p_h13ajyrm4bm0944.jpg" because it is locked or you do not have permission to modify it.

I tried to change the metadata date. It changed the date on my photo, but when I checked the box that said "also change my original file", it gave me this error message.

What is your Aperture version? The older versions of Aperture 3 had a problem to apply Metadata changes to the original file.
If you are using the current version Aperture 3.4.5, try to repair the permissions on your Aperture library, if you have not already done so:
Launch Aperture with the key combination ⌥⌘ held down and select "Repair Permissions" from the First Aid PAnel, that will appear.
If that does not help, post back with more information on your original files - are the referenced or managed? Where is your Aperture library located? Since when do you have this problem? And what did you do directly before noticed the problem for the first time?

Aperture was not able to adjust the date and time of the master file "2008-06-22 at 14-41-14.jpg" because it has a format that does not permit date modification.

I can't seem to find a way to update the date/time of a master file. There is a format issue but I can't seem to figure out how to correct it.

Error - Delivery date not set. Notify your system administrator - TcodeKKS1

Hi,
While using Tcode - KKS1 we are getting the Error - "Delivery date not set. Notify your system administrator" for two Production orders. I have checked all the date fields in Production order. What could be the reason for this.

When adjusting the date of a photo I can not enter the year

When in I photo , and I need to adjust the date of the photo that I have scanned in, I go to that drop down menu and try to enter the year but can not do so.

Which menu would that be? Have you tried the Photos ➙ Batch Change ➙ Date menu option? That menu option should add the Image Capture date to the EXIF data for the photo.

For a functional consultant do we need to remember the table entries where the employee infotypes saved or where the table entries is useful as far as Personnel administration and organisation management is concerned.....
and one more thing how to create a custom Infotype (employee) detail documentation required ...

table starting with PA contains all the personnel information data
like PA0001 holds the information of infoty0001
similary you can check for other info types
and hr haster table like HRP1000 or HRP1001 hold all the other hr objects including your personnel objects as well as organizational related objects

Deactivating Integration With Personnel Administration

HI All,
I need to deactivate the Integration With Personnel Administration for some reason. But i am not sure whether current workflow which related to getting user companycode,getting user Position,
getting user Superior and org assignment are affected since most of the workflow require thease information.
My understanding of deactivation would be that the employess cannot change position are assign them to the new position but current mapping will remain same.
Also WS01000014 and WS01200136 are currently deactivated.
Can anyone please let know the impact on existing workflow if i deactivate the Integration With Personnel Administration.

Hi, 
You can do it but you need to check the WF logics if there is any customized logic written.
Deactivate the OM- PA Integration
Maintain IT1008 and position - holder relationships for all positions.
Maintain SAP user id data in OM (Read document in help.sap)
Run the RHINTE Reports at regular intervals (using jobs).
Let me know if I have missed any points and provide fdbk.

Transfer Qualifications From Personnel Administration

This switch is not working from SPRO.
I'm getting an error "No data exists in selected time period".
while there is qualification data present in it.
what could be the reason ?????

Personnel Management -> Personnel Development -> Integration
when i run the node "Transfer Qualifications From Personnel Administration" . i recieved this error .
"No data Exists in current time period" .
But i'm not able to find why it is occuring as data is available in IT0024

Defining positions in Personnel Administration.

Please advice me on how to define positions in personnel administration. Actually i have define personnel Ares, sub areas, employee group and employee sub group but i am not able to define positions. Kindly advice me on this.

Hi,
To define positions in PA use transaction code OG30. Else go in IMG ->Personnel Management ->Personnel Administration ->Organizational Data ->Organizational Assignment -> Organizational Plan -> Define positions.

Data not received in PSA Table

hi guyz,
im facing the below issue while loading master data attr from source system to bi system.
im loading data from 0vendor_attr to ovendor object.
only half of the records are processed and gets hanged.
in monitor- administrator workbench its showing (60434 from 157912 records)
below are the details of the issue:

Diagnosis
Data has not been updated in PSA Table . The request is probably still running or there was a short dump.
Procedure
In the short dump overview in BI, look for the short dump that belongs to your data request. Make sure the correct date and time are specified in the selection screen.
You can use the wizard to get to the short dump list, or follow the menu path "Environment -> Short dump -> In Data Warehouse".
Removing errors
Follow the instructions in the short dump.

Hi Rajeev,
Check the job in Background (SM37), you can analyze from here.
Check the short dump in ST22.and check system performance once.
If you are facing this problem first time, cancel the background job and make the request red.
Then repeat the IP again, it will get successful.
This should be due to performance issue or RFC problem of your system.
If the job is active in SM37, cancel the job and make the status IP red.
Re run the IP, it will get successful.

When I try to adjust the date and time of an event by selecting Photos from iPhoto, the year I enter is altered.

I have images in iPhoto from an older digital camera which did not record the date and time. In iPhoto, with an event selected, I have tried to adjust the date and time by choosing Photo. When I adjust the date and check Modify original files, it makes the date much earlier--in centuries. I now have an event from August 2003 (the date I entered) which reads June 2, 1251 under the event! When I attempt to correct it, it goes back further in time. What am I doing wrong?

(I use iPhoto only to import from my iPhone; I organize all my images, including thousands of RAW files, in folders on a big external drive.)
Why are you using iPhoto at all? use image capture or drag and drop the photos
The problem is that the files I am copying are getting stripped of the EXIF metadata
eliminating iPhoto from your work flow will eliminate one oppertunity to have this happen For photos in iPhoto it is best to export them rather than drag an drop them - this assures your EXIF and IPTC data is correct and uptodate
Why would I be able, over many years, to retain EXIF metadata in photos imported from an iPhone--then one day find that the same workflow strips such photos of EXIF data?
Because exporting is the supported way to "export" photos - I never drag and drop photos out of iPhoto and I never use thrid party programs on the photos in the iPhoto library - try exporting as suggested above and see if that is the solution

WBS dates not update in report

Dear All
I have created Project through Sales Order. Delivery date in sales order is end date of project
All activities are link (established relationship) one network and assigned to WBSEs in project.
I have also mentioned the normal duration for each activity in network.
I am doing scheduling of these activities with following specific requirements -
1) Backward scheduling is to be done...start date for network can be either today's date or it can also be in the past...end date for completion of network is fix.
2) Scheduling is to be done on entire project, the dates should be determined by the system for activities and should be transfered to the respective WBS elements (i.e. network determined dates)
I have maintained following config settings -
Scheduling Parameters -
Adjust date - 2 (do not adjust)
Scheduling type - 2 (Backward)
Automatic scheduling - Ticked
Reduction strategies - All opern in the order
Parameters of Scheduling -
Backward, network det date, adjust basic dates (tick), Automatic scheduling (Tick)
when I run scheduling for entire project its gives result properly but in report CNS41 my dates for ErlStrt(B) F and LtStrt (B) for WBS seen ##.##.#### .
Do I need to change anything in the config???

The issue was same with all reports. The date was display properly in WBS under dates tab or even I able to view report from CJ20N through Project Planning board (gantt chart) by selection of dates field. I only get problem under to column ie ErlStrt(B) and LtStrt (B) where dates was reflected ##.##.#### only for WBS but activities under same WBS dates shown properly.

Benefits: Employee Eligibility: Hire Date Override

Hi, I have defined employee eligibility to use Hire Date Override to read from IT0041. However, when I run transaction HRBEN0001 for enrolment (i use this as default plan), I do not see the plans being offered if the selection date is before the Hire Date Override date (only shows if it is after). Can I configure such that I can see these plan offers, but with validity period reading from the Hire Date Override date?
Example of the problem:
Hire Date Override Date: 01/02/2008
If
a) Selection Date: 01/01/2008
-> Plans not offered
b) Selection Date: 01/02/2008 or later
-> Plans are offered
Note: the configuration in IMG is set such that the option for "Immediate Enrolment" is selected in the eligibility rule
