  • HT4098 How do I turn off auto-renew for the Guardian?

Trying to turn off auto-renew for The Guardian.  From PC.
    I did the following:
    1. Launch iTunes on your computer
    2. Choose Store>Sign In from the iTunes menu.
    3. Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.
    4. Choose Store>View My Account. You may be asked to re-enter your Apple ID password.  Click
View Account.  (I chose "iTunes Store", in the side bar, since the word "Store" in the menu bar didn't list "My Account". Then I chose "Account" in Quick Links, on the right-hand side of the screen. I got the "Account Information" ok.)
    5. From the Account Information screen, scroll to the bottomof the page to the Settings section.
Then it said to:  6. Click "Manage" to the right of "Subscriptions".
The word "Subscriptions" does not appear in the Settings section.  Nothing in the Settings section takes me to a page on which to manage my subscriptions.

    Hi
Read this Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support

  • Want to cancel an automatic renewal for Adobe ExportPDF Annual?

I originally subscribed to an automatic renewal for Adobe ExportPDF Annual.   This I did back in 2012.  I no longer need this product.   How do I permanently cancel this latest and all further renewals and apply for a prorated refund?

I'm not sure if you can get the refund (maybe it's in the following link somewhere) but to cancel, go here: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cancel-subscription- acrobat-online-services.html

  • How do I disable auto-renewal for an annual subscription?

I would like to stop the auto renewal for an annual subscription and can find no way to do so.  If I cancel the subscription, I get charged.  If the subscription renews, I need to cancel it and will still get charged.  I'd like to have the subscription just end entirely when it expires, that way, there's no charge or hassle.

You will be able to cancel your membership after payment for the 12th month has processed - see http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cancel-membership-subscription.html
If you have any issues with this, please let us know and I can always follow it up for you.

All purchases are considered final, but you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

How can I turn off the auto renewal for Hulu Plus?  I can not seem to follow the instructions given...I can not launch I tunes and have a menu appear.......
My special needs son accidentally signed up for this trial offer and I want it cancelled immediately.  I have received an email from them, but can not get it to work and I have been trying for over a week.......feeling frustrated.

How/where are you trying to stop the subscription ?
If you are using iTunes on a PC and the drop-down menus aren't showing at the top of iTunes then see if control-B gets them to show, or try alt-S and see if that gets the Store drop-down menu to show. You should also be able to cancel subscriptions by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPod Touch an logging into your account.

  • HT4098 i have turned off auto-renewal for magazine. it's also confirmed in my apple id account setting, but itunes keep taking money from me each month. ***?

i have turned off auto-renewal for magazine. it's also confirmed in my apple id account setting, but itunes keep taking money from me each month. ***? can someone clear me out? i've spending money for nothing!

For what it's worth, you posted this in 2011, and here in 2014 I am still having this same issue. Over the last two days, I have had to unlock my apple account 8 times. I didn't get any new devices. I haven't initiated a password reset. I didn't forget my password. I set up two factor authentication and have been able to do the unlocking with the key and using a code sent to one of my devices.
    That all works.
It's this having to unlock my account every time I go to use any of my devices. And I have many: iMac, iPad, iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, iPod touch (daughter), and my old iPhone 4 being used as an ipod touch now.  They are all synced, and all was working just fine.
I have initiated an incident with Apple (again) but I know they are just going to suggest I change my Apple ID. It's a simple one, and one that I am sure others think is theirs. I don't want to change it. I shouldn't have to. Apple should be able to tell me who is trying to use it, or at least from where.
    Thanks for listening,
    Melissa

  • How do I cancel the Auto Renewal for Zoosk?

After MANY attempts, I cannot find how or where to cancel the Auto-Renewal for the Zoosk online dating site.  Please help.

    Hello purcheek,
The resource below will explain how to manage your subscriptions in the iTunes application on your Mac.  I've highlighted the key information here for you.  Click on the article for complete details.
Manage your auto-renewing subscriptions - Apple Support
    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
Use your computer to manage subscriptions
    Open iTunes.
If you're not signed in, go to Store > Sign In and enter your information.
Go to Store > View Account. If prompted, enter your password and then click View Account.
On the Account Information page, scroll to the Settings section.
Click Manage to the right of Subscriptions.
Choose the subscription you want to manage.
Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Auto-Renewal.
If you don't see a subscription in iTunes and are still being charged, you'll need to contact the publisher directly to cancel your subscription.
    Hope that helps ...

  • Problem disabling auto renewal for app

    AAaa

Ive been getfing charged continually For several months for this app ok cCupid which I intended to try for at most month... THATS IT.
AS I HAVE  NOTICED IM BEING CHARGED OVER AND OVER again for an application that I maybe used for a week or so . Please feel freeto check how much I have and did access fhe app so you can uncdestand.
MY CONFUSION and IRRITANCE ABOUT THIS IS BEcause after I tried to cancel it via the Iphone . apparently it was unsuccessful. The next time on my credit card statement I noticed another 1999 charge and now I was becoming a little bit upset.at this point I called my bank and I felt that my bank would be able to get through to the people at iTunes support and give me a little bit more customer service and I was actually wrong the gentleman that I spoke to was a bit inappropriate and unbecoming to me and made me feel like I was incompetent. The customer representative that I spoke to said that I was supposed to be able to do this through my phone under the settings and to be able to turn off the auto renewal. I asked him for some sort of credit because of the mistake that was made upon my original call and he said that we did not do that and I was like okay mistake happen.    The banker happen to still be on the phone with me when we disconnected from the Apple Support gentleman and he explained to me that he had had similar problems himself and he jokingly made a comment about the representative from Apple saying" wow he wasn't too friendly"     So now it's been several months and I continually see this charged to my iTunes account and I have done everything told to turn off the auto renewal I have even gone into the Apple store and they have tried to turn off the auto renewal to know avail.
I'm a huge Apple fan and gently and good advocate and for the last couple months I continually see this popping up on my bill I don't know how to turn off the auto renewal for this okay Cupid subscription that I'd only used for not more than a week or two and I am reasonably sure that you guys can access my account and see how much and how often I use the service so what I'm askingis if you could at least turn off the auto renewal so my subscription will end and if you could possibly compensate me in any which way that would be awesome appreciated because I feel that I have gotten somewhat unsatisfactory service
you know I don't like to be a guy that calls and complains and you know it ****** and moans about petty stuff but in house after seeing a $20 charge on my account for the last four months at it becomes a little bit upsetting and you know I I hope that you guys can do something to reconcile this and please get back to me because that's another thing that I feel Apple does not do understandably you guys do have many  many customers to deal with  during the holiday season    I would really like some sort of call email any type of communication to help me understand what we can do about this and if anyway you can you know make it up to me if possible thank you very much and with all due respect I look forward to continuing to be an Apple customer thank you Ben Saltzman
