HR SRM Org Structure error

Hi,
we have a HR Org Structure integrated with SRM . all the information is passed from HR to SRM.
SRM user is getting an error message say ,no relationship exist for this user.
HR org structure has relationships maintained for user.
Can we maintain the relationships in SRM.
your advise on this issue is much appreciated.

Hi Jan,
Follow these steps in R/3
1. Go To PA20. Check the Personal ID for the user for whom it shoots an error
2. Go To PFAL. You might have to use a variant for this transaction. Feed the User's Personal # and the target system.
This will push an IDOC from R/3 to SRM with the org data
Follow these steps in SRM:
1. Go to SE38 and execute this report RBDAPP01
This report will process the incoming IDOC to the Org Structure in SRM

Mass user movement from one org. unit to another in SRM org. structure

Hi,
Is there any way by which i can move mass users from one organisational unit to another in SRM org. structure..
there is a thread available in SDN but it is not conclusive. it talks abt using a FM: BBP_USER_CHANGE_ORG

Bharat-
I am assuming that your requirement is to move mass users from One Org node to another. Ex One Plant Org node to Another plant Org node.
If my assumption is correct then, please follow the below steps.
1) Go in to the change mode of Org Plan using T-code PPOMA_BBP
2) Using shift key, select all the users that you need to move.
3) Drag and Drop the selected users to the desired Org node.
If the user IDs are not in sequence then you can use Ctrl key to select the relevant user ID.

HR Org Structure into an existing manaully created SRM Org structure

Hi,
SRM 5.0, Classic Scenario
1) SRM Org. structure exists and users are using it for Company Code A.
2) Now I have to replicate the HR data from R/3
3) Can I create a NEW root node and replicate the HR data from R/3 (including Company code A users.....this group of users will be using this NEW structure later) ?
Is it possible ?

SRM HR Org Structure - error in EBP User

We are on SRM 4.0 (EBP 5.) and have replicated our R/3 org structure. We run a nightly batch job that updates the org structure in SRM with any changes made in R/3. Some users are unable to use SRM due to not being replicated properly into SRM. When you view the org structure via PPOMA_BBP - Change Attributes Check there are two STOP signs - with the following error messages
STOP   BBP Error in EBP User xxxxx
STOP   HR/ALE Verteilung ist aktiv. Verteilen Sie die Benutzerdaten neu.
When I translated the German error message, it translated to
HR/ALE Distribution is active.
Redistribute the user data.
How do I redistribute the user data to correct the problem so the users can use SRM again?
Also, where can I change the german transaction into English.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

How to check a list of users whether integrated to SRM Org Structure

Dear SRM Gurus,
I am using SRM 4.0 system with classic scenario.
We are not using the HR system integration for org structure setup.
I have a list of users to be checked, whether they are integrated to SRM Organization structure.
Normally, I use the "Check Users" option under, Users_Gen tcode to check a single user.
Is there any way to check multiple users(almost 300 users) at once.
Any Table or function module is avalable?

Run same transaction. When you are on screen "Object Synchronization and Repair", set "User" but do not populate any value, then execute.
You will get all users: when user has a red icon in column 'Object links', this means he is not integrated in the organizational model.
In same transaction, if you can also set "Branch from Organizational Unit" and "Users only". Here, you will get only users integrated into organizationl model.

SRM Org structure clean-up / deletion

We have developed a process to clean-up our org structure of people who have left the company. In testing, we found that the standard deletion process does not allow for deletion of users who are tied to a shopping cart. Our business requirement is to allow deletion of users who have left the company at least 6 months or more. We do not anticipate that there would be action against shopping carts after that. Is there a way to achieve this, to be able to delete users from the org structure who have carts created?

You could create a dummy business partner and replace business partner in the shopping carts with the dummy one (DB Tables CRMD_PARTNER and BBPD_PD_INDEX_I), additionally BBPD_PD_INDEX_H for goods receipts. In that case you are not able to determine a real purchaser or goods recipient of shopping cart and goods receipt anymore. But you can delete a user.

SRM Org Structure Replication From HR

Dear All,
We are in the process of Integrating the HR org into SRM.
1) Done the ALE settings.
2) Model view for message type HRMD_ABA created and distubuted, created from the template.
3) Basic settings done in T770s in SRM table.
4) Executed PFAL to push the objects.
5) Idocs generated in the SRM to create only Org units and positiosn,But CP and users are not created.
Outcome:
Org units and positions are transferred to the SRM, but the CP and User assignment not done in SRM.
HRALS-USRAC = X. Not sure why the CP and USer is not assigned.
With this setiings I think we need not create users in SAP, as the user info from HRinfo type 0105 , Stype 00001 should be copied on to create CP in SRM
We are in SRM 7.0 with ECC 6.0.

Information i have found for you on this is as follows. I hope it might help you a bit.
This issue occurs because the intial distribution has not been done
correctly. Please review the way to distribute HR datas :
1- Using transaction PFAL, sending the objects C, O, S successively in
   Update mode with the infotypes 1000, 1002 and 1028 only, without
   using evaluation paths (all existing objects).
   => The objects will then be created without relationship, and no
   error must be reported.
2- Using transaction PFAL, sending the object P in Update mode.
   => As the structure objects are already present, no error message
   must be generated. If some are, please analyse them, and correct them
   before the next step.
3- Using transaction PFAL, sending the objects C, O, S successively in
   Update mode (without restrictions, or only the infotype 1001).
   => The relationships which were not sent in step 1 are then
   distributed.
4- The changes pointers can now be activated and processed, as the
   initialization has been done (steps 1 to 3).

Business partner issue in SRM org structure

Hi Experts,
Theres an issue with a particular user in SRM when creating a shopping cart. He gets an error message 'No data found for contact person 'xxxxx'. Inform systm admin". We haverun PFAL in the past to correct this kind of error. Howevere many times the PFAL transaction has to be run at the org level and not at the user level.this involves a lot of risk as i have faced a issue before where all the user attributes got wiped out as the PFAl was run at root org level by mistake.Is there a way where we can avaoid using PFAl and correct these kind of errors. Please provide your thoughts.

HR to SRM Org Structure Language

Dear all;
We are using PFAL to replicate HR data to EBP. Recently we made some changes in HR system to have the descriptions of the Org Unit, Positions in multiple languages apart from English. All the languages would be valid at a given date and depending on user's logon the language description would be effective in PPOSE.
Recently this got replicated into EBP and started behaving in a strange way. The English descriptions which were valid for a long time got reduced to yesterday's date and the other language description has got a higher validity date (12/31/9999) in HRP1000 table for many org units. This has started showing foreign lang descriptions in PPOSA_BBP for all users.
We dont want to have the lang descriptions distributed across to EBP. Is there any way to restrict the same ?
Any filter settings possible ?
Any pointers on this would be greatly appreciated.

Org Structure - "No attribute found for scenario BBP"

SRM 7.0 Extended Classic Scenario
Hi, On the check tab for the Central Person (SRM 7.0 shows CP instead of BP in org structure) I have the message "No attribute found for scenario BBP". This is SAP message number 5AT103
Transaction BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE is not showing or clearing the issue.
I have this issue with one user that I created manually, I dragged him around a lot. Other users I created manually within the same organizational unit are fine.
Also, we replicated part of the R3 4.7 HR Org Structure into SRM and I dragged it into my manually created SRM org structure. All users (error on CP tab, as I mentioned) replicated over, have this error.
I took a manually created user that was OK and dragged him into the replicated part of the org structure and he is still OK.
Please help.

Replication from HR not updating SRM Org Unit adddress's

Hello Guru's
Can anyone help here , I am working on EC SRM 4.0. We have our SRM Org structure replicated from HR, but for some of the org units in SRM the address has not been replicated, Yet when I check org unit HR PPOSE, the address in the org unit is present and nothing seems out of the ordinary for these org units in HR
This is causing a problem as the users attached to these nodes without address's are becoming defective and require repair

Moving users in the org structure

Dear Experts,
Whenever, I move my user in PPOMA_BBP, it brings inconsistency that cannot be repaired.
What could be the possible reason(s).

Which SRM version are you using ?
You can repair the users using the same transaction.Even after that some times the inconsistency persists then delete the employee data and assign the user to the required Org. unit in the Org. structure using USERS_GEN transaction. Also check for the BBP_CONSISTENCY_CHECK transaction for this user (you will get list of errors in Consistency check ).
