where 9105 is custom infotype .this problem is comming in upgrade version of the system ie from 4.7 to ecc 6.0.

Thank you, Yes Its updating in 2006....but only sy-datum and username are updating .....Leave quota i am changing from 4 to 3 . its not updating, but showing in screen when i used dialog = 2. Also the same screen appearing 3 times and when i am trying to click on save button its ending with an error 'internal maximum number of sessions reached' , then screen automatically closing by itself.

What could cause the problem by selecting only 0Material when checking the InfoCube 0PUR_C01 content? What does that mean by this STOP msg "Settings for material number conversion not found"?

I am facing a problem while doing an excise invoice. System is throwing an error saying that " Error in allocating Despatch number Interval not found Number object J_1IINTPR2.

Go to SNUM, input object J_1IINTPR2 and click on Number Ranges. Enter [Excise Group] and click on Intervals (with pencil icon). Maintain the number range and save. Now try the process once again.

Hi All,
While saving the Excise Invoice(created w.r.to Invoice) in J1IIN system is throwing the error:
"Error in allocating Despatch serial number Interval not found Number object J_1IINTPR2
Message no. 8I336"
The Excise Group(say 99) was created.
But the same is not reflecting in the drop down list of SNUM for maintaining the No.Range in the Object J_1IINTPR2.
Do the needful to resolve this issue.

IMG>Logistics general>Tax on Goods movements>India>Basic settings-->Maintain Excise groups
Have you check all these check boxes
1.Excise Inv during billing
2.Create and Post Invsingle step
3,Depot Excise invoice
4.EI capture
5.Diuty Different at GR
6.EI create/RG23D selection
7.Update RG1 at MIGO

I am facing one error when creating excise invoice.
system shows the following error.
Error in allocating Despatch serial number Interval not found Number object J_1IINTPR2
For this, i tried to maintain number range in j1i9 object J_1IINTPR2.
Here system is not showing excise group number.
But for one company code it shows and another company code excise group code is not displayed.
Can anyone tell me what will be the problem?

excise group 10 belongs to first plant
excise group 20 belongs to second plant.
settings are maintained same for the two excise group.
excise group 10 is displayed in J1I9 (Number object J_1IINTPR2).
But excise group 20 is not displayed over there. I want to maintain number range for excise group 20.

Custom Defined Applications are not found in Oracle Diagnostic Tools in Oracle Apps 11i (11.5.10.2 )
Navigate to ‘Oracle Diagnostics Tool’ responsibility  go to ‘Advanced’ tab, and click on the Application LOV. The LOV does not have the custom defined applications such as ‘Custom Oracle Receivables’ and ‘Custom Oracle Payables’.
Already applied Patch 7642559. We are in 11i.AD.I.6
Can somebody guide me what need to be done here.

Bieng declared $WERKS field as DUMMY, is not relevant, so no matter its value, it will pass..
There's a catch! If even DUMMY means literally that no matter user has any value, he is still authorized but in reality for such \fields authorization check is only successful when a value ' ' or * is found in user's authorization else it errors out.
Sorry confused with programs where AUTHORITY-CHECK has ' ' coded instead of DUMMY. You are right, DUMMY specified for as field would pass authorization check with any/no value in user's authorization. Please ignore my statement

Release rejected - Number Range not found.

Iam creating a Rework Order RW01 order type.settings are almost same as PP01.
When I try to release the order it shows Release rejected and check log .
In the log I find below message thrown.
" You must enter the batch for material XYZ
*Message no. CO691"
However when I the enter the batch manually add try to release it again it shows Release rejected and check log .
In the log I find below message thrown.
" Number range not defined
Message no. 26023
Diagnosis
You have enter number range for the document type, but this number range is not defined for the number range object "document".
Procedure
Check in Customizing (Document management -> Control data -> Number ranges) which number ranges are defined.
If you want to enter a number range that has not been defined for the document type, contact your system manager. It may be necessary to create a new number range."
I have done the number range for order type RW01 in CO82 as well .
Is there anything I miss in Order Type configuration or Batch Management.
In PP01 order type my Batch updates when I release my order , Same setting is for RW01 as well.
Production Scheduling profile is also same for both.

Please check the number range in CO82 or OPJH for your order type RW01.
Also check the component has determine the batch.
In the release control is set to user to decide (TCO11-FRBATCH = '1') or release despite of missing parts (TCO11-FRBATCH = '2') in Transaction OPJK
For all these components it is stored in the material master that a batch determination should be executed before or during the release (KZECH = '1' manually, KZECH = '3' automatically) and no batches have yet been assigned to these components before the order is saved.

Customer PO numbe rshould not duplicate

For specific sales order type we need to restict customer PO number getting ducplicate. It should pop up an error massage when, user enters the customer PO number which he entered priviously. This should not be specific to customer. For any customet, if user enters a PO number which he enters before system should give an error massage.
Please advice how to configure this !!

You can do this by customizing
Step1. In the Sales Order type customizing (VOV8) set the option Check purch.order no = A, this will result a warning message in sales order when you enter a duplicate PO number, however you require an error message, so follow the step 2.
Step2. Change the attribute of the message V4 115, in the following place IMG>Sales and Distribution>Sales -->Sales Documents --> Define Variable Messages. Fine the message VA 115 and change the System message category to E.

OIM 11s Custom Scheduler plugin.xml not found error.

Hi,
I am working on OIM11g Custom Schedulers . I have created a Custom scheduler javatask packaged it in plugin.jar , configured same in pulgin.xml and made a zip file of it. There after i have placed it in oim)server/server/plugins directory. Along with it i have made a SchduleTask.xml and imported it in mds. Now my problem is when i try to run Schedule Job created through OIm COnsole, i get exception as Class not found.
Along with tht on oim server start up i am getting error as below :

Assignment from Xelsysadm to Custom Group if approver not found!!

Currently if the assigned approver is not found ( Target type = Request Target User's Manager option) because say the manager is not set for the user, OIM by default assigns it to xelsysadm
I would want to change this to a Group (support Group) instead.
Is it possible in OIM with min customization?
