HRFORMS error

Hello Experts,
I am trying to activate a copied HR FORM, using HRFORMS transaction. I get following error whenever I try to activate.
Generated print program contains a syntax error
Message no. HRFORMS011
Diagnosis
Generated print program /1PYXXFO/ZFORM_RIBZ2_PRNT contains a syntax error in line 151 of include /1PYXXFO/ZFORM_RIBZ2_PRNT.
I am unable to execute the form. Can someone help me on this?

Hello Saurabh,
The error is due to the unavailability of a few structures
specific to your country SA. Please see the note 860495 especially the
third point in 'Warnings' section. Since SAP has not delivered the
structures for country SA in standard, you would need to create them.
I am copying that part from the note below.

If you use Hrforms for a country, for which no SAP forms have
been delivered, you must create DDIC structure
HRF_PAY**_PE_PA_RESULT. ** is the iso code for your country (e.g.
GB for UK). The structure components are:
- EVP          type PC261
                                                           Page 2
- INTER        type PAY99_INTERNATIONAL
- NAT          type PAY**_NATIONAL
- INTER_PERSON type PAY99_PERSON
- NAT_PERSON   type PAY*_PERSON (only insert it if PAY*_PERSON
   exists, leave it out otherwise).
The structure should be created in package
PAOC_PAY_HRFORMS_METADATA_**.

Error while creating form using tcode HRFORMS.

Hi All,
I am trying to create a payslip in tcode HRFORMS. while generating the program I am getting an error message stating "Generated program /1pyxxfo/znr_pay_stmt_prnt contains syntax errors".
Has anybody faced these type of error. Do I need to do any config set ups before using tcode HRFORMS? Please help me in this regard.

Hi ,
Please check the FSV (field status variant) for your company code in OBY6 .
then go to transaction code OB14 --> enter the FSV --> Check if field status group G006(Material account) is maintained there or not.
if not please maintain it.

Error generating the hrform SAP_PAYROLL_US

Hi All,
Am getting an Error 'Generated print program contains a syntax error' when I try activating the standard hrform SAP_PAYSLIP_US.
As the print program is auto generated, am not able to change /fix the error.
Anyidea why the standard hrform is not getting activated?

Hrforms activation error

Hello all,
I'm trying to develop payslip, not using PE51 but using HR Forms (Tcode: HRFORMS). But, when I try to activate it, I'm not able to activate the layout & I get a message 'No vendor specified'. Though, it is not an error or warning, my layout doesn't get activated, because of which the entire form is also not activated.
Plz advise.

There could be lot of reason for the same.
1. May be the structure exists in PRD but not activated.
2. Form itself is not activated in PRD.
it is also advisable that you perform all the checks on transport/task before you release them to QA or PRD.
You can perform the check using SE10-> go to your transport-> request/task->complete check
and perform object check, request consistency and display inactive object check.

Syntax Error when generate print program in HRFORMS

Dear All,
I created form for payslip using HRFORMS, the name form is ZPS_TPI_01. When I activate the form, the error raised: Generated print program contains a syntax error
Diagnosis
Generated print program /PYXXFO/ZPS_TPI_01_PRNT conains a syntax error in line 9 of include /PYXXFO?ZPS_TPI_01_PAYR.
I have already apply note 878168 but it is not work.
Please advise me.

can you let me know for which country are you trying to generate the HR form for payslip?
There are certain countries for which payslip isnt supported.
For such countries you get a similar error.

HRFORMS transport Error

HI all,
i´ve created a new hrforms formular called ZHR_ABRECHNUNG. It´working fine in system dev, but after transport to system prd the formular is listed in transaction hrforms but i cant activate it. I got the error message:
Generated DDIC structure for form ZHR_ABRECHNUNG contains errors
Message no. HRFORMS014
Diagnosis
Line type /1PYXXFO/ZHR_ABRECHNUNG was not created or activated.
Can anybode help me?

Error with HRFORMS

How are you!
Well I am having some problem with HRFORMS,
Here I am developing a Payslip with HRFORMS, for that i have used copy of standard program given by SAP. when i activate the HRFORM application it says me that the "Generated Print Program contains the Error.." my smartform which is associated with the genrated progam is active, as well as the structure is also active.. and intresting thing is that I havent touch not single line of that program which i copied from the standard one (which is active as well, and has no error i have checked that) then how i am failing to activate the program? that i dont understad.. would you help me to check why it gives me this error.. and how i rectify it.

Hi Naim,
   Actually i copied the HRFORM that you mentioned.
Step 1) Tcode HRFORMS
        2) Double click on the HRFORM that you want to change
        3) In the next screen place your cursor on Print program and then activate provided Dictinary and smart form are active.

Error in the standard HRforms

i cant able to activate the Std HR forms " SAP_TIM_99_0001". its throwing the error in the HR forms generated Print program like "P_IPVIEW" is unknown.

Error in HRFORM Infonet-Generation

I have created a new MetaDimension (contains only key-fields, option always read with MetaStar is active) and added it to a new MetaStar (Type: Payroll). Both objects pass the check in the MetaNet builder.
When I want to use this MetaStar in my Infonet and try to activate it, I get the following error message:
Generated DDIC structures for dimension ZMY_DIMENSION contain errors
(Message no. HRFORMS012)
Diagnosis
Line type /1PYXXFO/ZNPY_EG_________L0002 and table type /1PYXXFO/ZNPY_EG_________T0002 were not created or activated.
Do you have any ideas what might be the reason for this error?

I figured out what causes that error: I had included an amount field in my MetaDimension as a MetaField (and not as a MetaFigure as it should be done). The activation of the structure went wrong because the currency field for that amount wasn't specified.

HRFORMS - print program error

Hi all,
I have developed a HR FORM for printing the employee remuneration statement. In that, i have designed the layout using Adobe form and activated this form. But when i try to activate the HR FORM, it returns the following error.
"Print program contains a syntax error."
Can anyone tell me the reason for this error and how to solve it?

HRFORMS - Style error

Hi Guys,
Can someone help me I am encountering an error when running a copied SMARTFORM in HR FORMS.
Here's what I did: I copied an existing HR Form then changed the Smart Style inside the copied form but upon running the print program, an error pointing out that the style from the form that I copied does not exist. It's like it's still pointing to the style of the reference form.
Is there anything that I need to change?

Check the output options tab of all the nodes used in the smartform like tables, templates, text elements..etc...If anyother style is assigned other than the one you gave in the Attributes of the PAGE.

ESS Salary statemenr: Form Does not exist error

Hi Experts,
As mentioned in may threads, I have changed the form name for salary statement to the custom form name in SPRO- --> HRFOR
But the portal displays "Form does not exist" error. Could not find a solution in any existing post on sdn.

Hi,
If your payslip form is desinged in PE51, then follow these steps.
Employee Self-Service-> Service-Specific Settings-> Benefits and Payment-> Salary Statement-> Form Using HR Forms Editor (PE51)
a. Edit Feature HRFOR: Maintain the constant $CEDT$ for MOLGA 40 RCLAS +01(03).
b. Enter Payslip variant in EDTIN feature
c. Maintain smartform name in EDPDF
If your payslip form is designed in HRFORMS, then enter the form name in HRFOR feature and enter the variant in EDTIN.

Problem in HRFORMS while activating.

Hallo Expert,
I am implementing HRFORMS for country 99. I am not getting any Smartform in country 99, so I copied it from other country into country 99 using HRFORMS. But while activating, itu2019s generate only structure and Smartforms. But in case of driver program its giving error "Generated print program /1PYXXFO/ZSAP_PAYJNAL_CA_PRNT contains a syntax error in line".
While going inside it I found, I have to add some code but itu2019s asking Access key.
I copied this driver into "Z" and added some code like:-
PARAMETERS p_ipview TYPE inperview no-display default 'X'.
PARAMETERS p_addret TYPE h99_add_retroes no-display default 'X'.
parameters p_arctoo type ARCH_TOO no-display.
parameters p_simce type h99_simce no-display.
and activated the program and syntax error gone. Then I added it to table "THRFORMS_01". I thought by adding this in the table my problem would go. But it couldnu2019t.
Still it is giving "Generated print program /1PYXXFO/ZSAP_PAYJNAL_CA_PRNT contains a syntax error in line" while activating.
Could anyone help me on this?

"SAP_PAYSLIP_US does not exist" error in Salary statement iView of ESS

Hi all,
We have SAP EP7.0 (NW 2004s) with the ESS business package for MySAPERP 2005.Most of our iViews of the business package are working fine,but some are givig problems.
When we try to launch the Salary Statement iView under BEnefits and Payments Workset we get the "SAP_PAYSLIP_US does not exist" error.
The form name SAP_PAYSLIP_US is active and also we have specified the form name in the SPRO settings.
If we change the form name (for e.g.UF01) then the error displayed is "UF01 does not exist".
Can anyone point out as to what the problem is.
Is there any settings we are missing?

Hi To all!
The Form SAP_TIMESLIP doesn't exist. The correct form to use in the feature HRFOR is SAP_TIM_99_0001 or SAP_TIM_99_0002.
Activate the form in transaction HRFORMS.
SAP didn't release the form SAP_TIMESLIP.
