HRForms for Hungary

Hi, I need to develop an HRforms to show the payslip in Hungary. When I create the HRForms I have errors in the generated program.
Also when I try to use the standard metanet to copy it in another one it seems that the standard metanet doesn´t exist for Hungary.
¿ Could someone help me on this ?

Hi,
This means the bank key of that IBAN (HU34131000070250304000559788) is not created in your country.
Please create a new bank key 13100007 in Hungary through transaction code FI01, then try to use this IBAN.
I think, it will allow you.

Hi Jan,
You will need to copy from an existing DC and modify in NWDS, preferably the country independent application. Please refer to this document for guidence.

Payment format for Hungary

Hi,
does anyone know if there is a payment format tree available for payment file format KOZOS (Pan European Payments) at the Deutsche Bank in Hungary?
I know I can build it in DMEE, but I would prefer not to. (Don't have time.) If there is a structure I can copy, it would help.

VF03 transaction error in output for hungary language

hi,
While issing an output in hungary language we are getting an error in VFO3. The error states that Language environment for language HU cannot be set. This only happens for language HU and this only happens in the development server .Could somebody please help me out in this .Thanks in advance

Neither D/Q or P is unicode system.Also, i checked using SMLT only English & German languages are installed in my system.
But i can see script maintained in HU language in SE71 first screen but while opening that script in D and P systems,i am getting dump "Invalid Text environment" though such problem is not there for Q system.
So, i want to know does this dump is related to error "Language HU can not be set" ?
Also, while analysing dump,i found that maybe table TCP0C can be the reason.I checked and found that similar entries in D & P system but different in Q.
Please suggest.

Problem with HRFORM for country grouping 40.

Hello Everybody,
I have created HR Form ZSAP_PAYSLIP_IN for India (Country Grouping = 40 ) copied from standard HR form SAP_PAYSLIP (for Country Grouping 99). The DDIC structure /1PYXXFO/ZSAP_PAYSLIP_IN and the smartform ZPYXXFO_ZSAP_PAYSLIP_IN are generated succefully and both are activated. But while trying to generate the HR form I am getting the following error "Generated print program contains a syntax error". In the program /1PYXXFO/ZSAP_PAYSLIP_IN_PRNT its giving error in this line
NODES: PAYROLL TYPE PAYIN_RESULT.
Please help.

That's my guess, as it worked for me:
It doesn't compile, because there's a bug in the structure of the PNP logical database.
Payroll result structure specific to your country is not listed as a 'possible type' for LDB node 'Payroll'.
You can correct it easily in tracaction SE36. Choose PNP, tab: 'Structure'.
Double-click on 'PAYROLL'. Click on 'Possible types'.
Add country-specific structure (PAYIN_RESULT).
Tell me what happened
PS. Be aware that this is a modification to the system and you need a key for this object.

HRFORMS and Downloading for a 3rd Party Print Service.

Hi there
I was wondering if someone could help.
We are currently testing our printing of the NEW HRFORM for GB. This has been created in "FORM BUILDER" format
We print the forms in the back ground and this creates a spool, but the spool contains Part List of PDF Spool.
We use a 3rd Party Print provider and would like to Secure FTP the actual PDF File to them, but cannot download this file.
Anyone got any ideas on how this PDF containing the Payslips be downloaded.

Intrastat reporting for STO

Hi All,
We have a plant abroad located in Hungary to which we despatch goods through STO from UK. Please let me know if we are supposed to report this transaction in the intrastat arrival for Hungary and despatch for UK. If yes, please let me know exactly at what point the same will reflect in the intrastat reporting. Will it get reflected immediately on STO posting and running the update through MEIS/VE01?

Hi,
I suggest you the Note 1016386 - Intrastat for Romania. Althought it is for Romania, this note contains a document that explain the setttings in IMG, functional steps, etc...
In notes, if you search notes with the string 'INTRASTAT FRANCE' you have around 25 notes by legal changes. The differences in countries are formats of files, paper declarations, etc..
Each country call a report to do the 'document' (file or paper) In your case: RVEXDAIF and RVEXPAIF. Run it in SE38 and read the info.
If you need something else, let me know it.

Problem in HRFORMS while activating.

I am implementing HRFORMS for country 99. I am not getting any Smartform in country 99, so I copied it from other country into country 99 using HRFORMS. But while activating, itu2019s generate only structure and Smartforms. But in case of driver program its giving error "Generated print program /1PYXXFO/ZSAP_PAYJNAL_CA_PRNT contains a syntax error in line".
While going inside it I found, I have to add some code but itu2019s asking Access key.
I copied this driver into "Z" and added some code like:-
PARAMETERS p_ipview TYPE inperview no-display default 'X'.
PARAMETERS p_addret TYPE h99_add_retroes no-display default 'X'.
parameters p_arctoo type ARCH_TOO no-display.
parameters p_simce type h99_simce no-display.
and activated the program and syntax error gone. Then I added it to table "THRFORMS_01". I thought by adding this in the table my problem would go. But it couldnu2019t.
Still it is giving "Generated print program /1PYXXFO/ZSAP_PAYJNAL_CA_PRNT contains a syntax error in line" while activating.
Could anyone help me on this?

Issue with Purchasing Price field(Hungary Currency HUF)

The issue we are facing is related to Hungary Currency HUF, Currency without decimal place. In our scenario we import the data through a flat file with price and currency. After import and displayed on our custom screen the value gets multiplied by a factor of 100.
As this is a common issue for Hungary Currency. Please suggest if there is a better solution that can be implemented or if there is SAP note that can be implemented. I had searched for a sap note no 1240163 but the note is applicable in SAP BW component only.

Cash Discount in Hungary

Hi,
We have a legal requirement for Hungary and we couldn't find a sap note to solve the problem. Maybe you can help us. We have to post the cash discount in two different accounts. A percentage of the cash discount will be post in the standard cash discount account and other % will be post in Interest on Overdue Payment account.
How can we do it?

When the total cash discount is calculated and if you desire to split the posting, check if document splitting is possible.
Think of substitution or check if an user exit exits to posts the splits to a different GL a/c

Please activate hard currency(Local currency 3) as HUF, so that you can have transaction amounts in HUF also eventhough your company code currency is EUR.
Please check F.12 report for your VAT requirement.
Here you have to capture BSEG-DMBE3 value as per your requirement.

Query on HRFORMS custom metanet

Hi friends,
I created a new METANET through transaction HRFORMS_METADATA for country grping 10. I also created a HRFORM for country grping 10 with form class as PAYSLIP. I want to change the standard METANET SAP_DEFAULT to my custom METANET. But it's not coming under the dropdown for metanet inside the HR Form tab.Only SAP_DEFAULT appears.

Multiple Person IDs in HRFORMS in SAP HR

Hi,
If any you guys have worked on HRFORMS transaction, please go through this. I have a problem as said below.
I am using the logical database PNPCE.I have created an hr form using HRFORMS.As i execute this, i give multiple person IDs in the selection screen. But the output is that a separate HRFORM is created for each and every person ID I entered.
I want only one HRFORM for all the person IDs that I enter in the selections screen. I have also designed the context in such a way that multiple persons are considered in the same HRFORM, but its not happening.

Open your form in HRFORMS transaction, Choose selection screen tab and under "Employee amount per formular (0 = all)" mark checkbox on the right and set default value = 0.

Data from various types in HRFORMS

Hi all,
I am using HRFORMS for printing the payslip ( and not pe51) . But our payslip have some data from time tables too. If I keep our form catagory as payslim renumeration, the metastars of time are inactive in that and not displayed. If I choose form type as time, it do not shows payroll metastars. But our payslip requires both type of data.
Can anyone please suggest what to do here?

Hello Experts,
I am trying to activate a copied HR FORM, using HRFORMS transaction. I get following error whenever I try to activate.
Generated print program contains a syntax error
Message no. HRFORMS011
Diagnosis
Generated print program /1PYXXFO/ZFORM_RIBZ2_PRNT contains a syntax error in line 151 of include /1PYXXFO/ZFORM_RIBZ2_PRNT.
I am unable to execute the form. Can someone help me on this?

The error is due to the unavailability of a few structures
specific to your country SA. Please see the note 860495 especially the
third point in 'Warnings' section. Since SAP has not delivered the
structures for country SA in standard, you would need to create them.
I am copying that part from the note below.

been delivered, you must create DDIC structure
HRF_PAY**_PE_PA_RESULT. ** is the iso code for your country (e.g.
