HRSS:Can't approve update personal information when admin update backend.

For this step of issue is:
1. User submit update personal info. => send notif. for approve => Management.
2. Admin. update something about user above before management approve => update transaction complete.
3. Management submit approve but show error:
"The changes were not applied because This transaction has failed because the employee's record or eligibility status has changes.Submit a new transaction."
Please help me resolve this case.

I'm sorry to hear about your phone! I understand the need for an active device. You are able to activate an old device and process an insurance claim for your iPhone 4s within 60days from the incident date. Keep in mind if the old phone is not a smartphone and you currently have unlimited data that feature will fall off. If you have a tier data plan no changes will be made. It's hard to give more specifics without more detail, but in general you're going to need to read in the entire file, split it into three pieces (everything before the record of interest, the record itself, and everything after the record of interest), modify the record, reassemble the three pieces in proper order, and write the whole thing back to the file.Of course if the file is very large you might not want to actually implement it this way, but conceptually at least, this is what you are looking at.If this file some sort of proprietary format?Mike...PS: this type of issue is why I really like databases...

Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.

If you are using Windows:
You must be logged in from an Administrator account not a Standard account.
Click on START, then Click on CONTROL PANEL, then be sure the View is set to Large Icons not Category.
Click on the Flash Player Icon. The Flash Player Control Panel should come up.
Click on the UPDATES tab. Now you can verify or select automatic updating.

How were you asked to update this information? Was it in an email? - if so you need to check whether it's genuine by looking at the sending address and the long header, and the URL of any link in it. If you are not absolutely sure it's from Apple you need to stop the card.
If you were actually on the iTunes Store having gone there directly then the request would be genuine, so no worries there, but you will need to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com ; click 'See all products and services', then ' 'iTunes', and then 'iTunes Store', then 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption'.

Did you tried Enabling the Trace. Is it happeining only for one employee. Is this happening for otjher Self Service Responsiblity too( provided you have multi BG and multi Self Service Functionality)

How can I conceal my personal name when sending email out from my iCloud email account?

I prefer to keep my first and last name private when I send e-mail about for my iCloud account. In the body of an e-mail, if it's a personal correspondence and appropriate, I will THEN elect to provide my full name. But I don't want my first and last name appearing involuntarily in the header of my e-mail as it arrives in the recipients inbox.
I called tech support and spent 90 minutes on the phone on Sept. 23 and we did not manage to arrive at a solution. Revealing the first and last name connected to the account should always be an "elective" item. Privacy is paramount these days and not every e-mail you send out is solely for trusted friends and relatives. In age of Internet privacy woes, discretion should be the default and exposure of personal information the exception.

If you are concerned about your full name being associated with emails your send from iCloud, you may find the following articles helpful. If the concern is about the address itself (i.e. [email protected], if you happen to have an address like that), you are able to create an Alias address tied to your account. If that is not a concern, you can also change the Full Name associated with your current address from the same Preferences > Accounts menu:

thanks for understanding by problem, since I have purchased Ipnone in an Apple store at Shanghai china, and I am residing in KSA & cannot contact them, now that is the way-out for such problem, I don't agree or believe that Apple as a great company will let their product and my information in the Iphone go excess.

Yes for itunes, or you can update when you on wifi.
On the left side bar where you see apps click on it then on the bottom you will see check for updates.

What does "online documentation" mean exactly? Are you using the Notes app to try to create notes in iCloud, for example?
If so, that should still work in iOS 7.1.
If not, please tell us specific symptoms of what is (or is not) happening.

I have a macbook pro (13inch). I had a firmware password set on it and updated the firmware when apple update told me to. I cannot change the firmware password or remove it now.

I have a macbook pro which had a firmware password set on it (security-mode = command).
Update asked me to install updates and one of them was an EFI update. I proceeded and the macintosh booted just fine.
I've tried changing the firmware password, and removing the password without success so far. It's almost like the nvram terminal command does nothing as far as security is concerned.
Help would be appreciated!

Apparently the newer macbooks use a different utility than the older macbooks.
setregproptool will ask for the current password, and nvram is not used for these anymore.

If you have two-step verification turned on, turn that off, then try it again.

iOS 7 is compatible with the 5th generation iPod touch, and any older iPod isn't supported. As iOS 7 doesn't show up as an update, your device isn't supported
