I am register with local carrier BIS services since more than 10 days and till today I can't receive Email on my BB 8900, I do the registration for Email on WWW and I don't have any problem on site accepting PIN and IMIM
still I have small gprs , edge
and FYI please find the Diagnostic Report

On your BlackBerry device, go to:
1. Options > Advanced > Host Routing Table > Menu > Register.
2. Resend your service books from your carrier BIS site:

3. With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot. This reboot, even if you have already done this, is often needed to install the service books.

Hello,
Your suspicion is correct. ALL BBs must be activated for BIS while the BB is actually running on the home network...BIS activation typically cannot occur while the BB is roaming on a non-home network. The home network is responsible for authenticating the device and delivering all HRT/SB entries...but to do so, the BB must be running on that home network. To my understanding, there is no way to activate a BB on BIS while it is roaming.
As for BES, that depends on BIS also already being properly activated...so BIS activation would be a prerequisite for BES activation.

No entry in table T030 for argument Fld: KONTS

Hi experts,
I'm getting this error message "No entry in table T030 for argument Fld: KONTS" when I try to save travel request from travel manager (TRIP).
do you know how to solve it?
because, I did googling on tabel T030 and it is table for warehouse management not travel.
T030 = WM Storage Bin Types tables
how to solve this?

Hi ,
This looks like a config issue. Make the config changes in the table T030 via the below path.
SPRO --> Financial Accounting --> Travel Management --> Travel Expenses --> Transfer to Accounting --> Conversion of Symbolic account to Expense Account.
Check the below threads for more info.

VAT entry field in Travel Expense Manager

Dear Experts,
Besides a field for the VAT code in the Travel Manager entry screen, I also would like to have a field where I can enter the VAT amount. This is a requirement for The Netherlands because the VAT amount on the invoice should always be reported to the authorities. And this amount can differ from the VAT amount calculated by the system.
In customizing I have not been able to find a setting to make that field available.
Does anybody have a suggestion for me how to make this VAT amount field available in the Travel expense entry forms?

I suspect you get this error message during posting?
There is new behaviour with note 1421746 and the intention for 1BS entry in T030 is this: If the cross company
clearing accounts are vendors or customers and the posting line also contains a vendor (e.g. employee vendor), the cross-company clearing accounts cannot be directely posted to (debit cross company vendor, credit employee vendor). Therefore the posting to the cross company clearing accounts must happen via an additional clearing account. And this is searched per default for the activity HRT and the symbolic account BS (entry 1BS in T030).
Now you can implement the note 1421746. Doing this, this above described split will only occur, if a posting line indeed contains
a jurisdiction code. If not, the split will not occur and subsequently the 1BS account will not be searched for.
this is a new behaviour which is intended. If the involved company codes are located in different countries and the Jurisdiction Codes are active in 1 of these countries, the document is split into 1 document per company code connected with the cross company clearing accounts. This was done directly in FI before, now the sending application sends 2 documents.
Exactely this behavour you already have if the 2 company codes are in different logical systems or you choose a document summarization on the selection screen of '1 document per company code' or '1 document per CO object'.
This split functionality is just re-used for a new case which is the above described country difference with Jurisdiction codes.
So basically check your entries in T030 for 1BS and the clearing G/L account!!

Parameters Explained
Here is a list of the fm's parameters and how they are used, obviously not all parameters will be used depending on what function you are performing i.e. insert, change, delet etc

Travel Management HRT/HRP processes in Customizing

Dear Forumers,
at the moment I am customizing transfer of calculated trip results to FI and got stuck with the following problem:
I have two deduction wage types in HR. In SPRO I assign them to symbolic accounts as an offsetting entry, which further I use in the next step in HRP procedure (HRP: Travel expense postings: Customers/Vendors/Clearing account), where, theoretically, I have to assign these symbolic accounts to customers/vendors account.
The problem is that these wage types are assigned in FI to both customer and vendor accounts. HRT is not used because they do nothing with Expenses accounts. But how can I assign symbolic account of these wage types to both customer and vendor accounts?

In HRP u can use *KP .. In this combi sys will search for personnel/vendor combi and will post. Create personnel as vendor thru PRAA (not XK01 or FK01) so that assignemnt happens correctly.
If u want to create as a customer also(First not sure y u want to create as a customer), create and assign *KDP and in my opinion it should also work.

No browser configuration service book entries. Whats is this

I had to get a replacement blackberry beacuse mine broke. So I got it today and programed it today I try to go on the inter net and I get this error message. Your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries. Whats this mean?????

I suggest the following steps:
1) Register HRT
Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > (it does not matter which line is current) > Register Now
2) Resend Service Books
KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your carrier to see where they are in the process of shifting your BIS account from your old BB over to your new one.

HRT on Blackberry won't register

Hi Im using a blackberry 9300 on cell C in south africa, im unable to register via the Host Routing table or to receive any service books. Ive tested my sim card in another blackberry and received my settings successfully so it's not a network service provider problem itself. I have done a battery pull several times I made 3 reference codes at cell c regarding the problem. I did a software upgrade via the desktop manager. I even downgraded to OS 5.0 now im unable to upgrade to 6.0 again, and still im unable to recieve any setting via this blackberry. can someone please look into this mather please.

The receipt of HRT entries is a prerequisite for all other steps regarding data usage...hence, attempting to receive Service Books is moot until the HRT is populated.
Any data usage of the BB requires first the proper functioning of voice services (calls, voicemail, SMS) via the carrier you are attempting to use. Are these working correctly?
If voice services are not working correctly, then please validate that the BB is properly unlocked:

Also please validate with the carrier that your specific device is fully compatible with their network for all services. Further, ask them if your specific model BB is directly supported by their network for BIS...for if it is not, then it will be tricky indeed to get data services working on your BB. The carrier systems provide HRT/SBs automatically for BB models that their network natively supports, but typically do not deliver those for models that they do not support.
Lastly, since you revealed your PIN publicly here (which will be redacted, btw) as well as asked for what is worded like formal support, I am guessing that perhaps you misunderstand the actual intent of this user-to-user community...please review the information placed at the top of every page on this site:

No host routing entries

after security wipin my girlfriends old blackberry i can not set up my email cause its now BES
host routing table has no entries!
how can i change it back to being BIS instead of BES?
also i have blackberry data plan on my contract

After any wipes, updates, etc., I always suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step...if any step does not succeed exactly as written, then stop and fall to the bottom, contacting your mobile service provider for formal support):
1) Register HRT
KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
Please wait for one "registration" message to arrive to your Messages app
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
KB05000Delete the service book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account from the BlackBerry smartphone
If you have no CMIME entry, then skip the deletion
KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
Please wait for "Activation" Messages, one per already configured email account, to arrive in your Messages. If you have no already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your BIS configuration for the affected email accounts (likely using the carrier BIS website from a PC, or trying, from the BB Browser, www.blackberry.com/integrate). Otherwise, you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
BTW -- Enterprise always shows on all BBs inside of the Email Configuration Wizard. When a proper BIS-level data plan is provisioned, Internet/Personal are added. But, Enterprise is ALWAYS there, regardless of if the user is activated on any BES or not.

On Android 4.2.2 on a Nexus7 tablet - No Firefox button and most text entry fields do not work at all

I installed Firefox 19.0.2 and appears to be ok, but I don't see a Firefox button anywhere, so I cannot access any of the functions that it controls, such as bookmarks, which is why I installed it!
The ASUS Nexus 7 tablet shows up as a supported platform.
I set it as the default link browser, but quickly realized that I could not enter text into any data entry fields, so I reset the default back to Chrome, which works fine for that.
I installed Firefox because bookmarks in Chrome are very lame, but I can't use bookmarks at all in Firefox, so again Chrome wins.
Any suggestions, before I uninstall it?

I am now a Democrat supporter. dccc.org does accept text input from my mobile.
The forum problem I mentioned earlier is apparently a known issue but only affecting legacy phones.

Options -> Text Editor -> C/C++ missing intellisense entry. Intellisense not working. Solutions to turn options for the editor off and on are not working. The intellisense entry is present for other languages,
such as C#, but not C/C++.
By not working, I mean the intellisense right click menu items are grayed out, and intellisense files are not produced.

Based on your issue, could you please share me a screen shot about the intellisense right click menu items are grayed out?
Generally, I know that it is default that we can enable the intellisense for C/C++ by going to the TOOLS->Options -> Text Editor -> C/C++ ->Advanced-> IntelliSense like the following screen shot.
So please try to check if you set Disable Intellisense property as False in the VS IDE.

My new icloud acct on my imac is duplicating entries in calendar from my ipad; how do I get rid of the duplicates and how do I get one calendar to be the main one to start with

I've just installed Mavericks on my iMac and now my calendar has duplicate and now sometimes tripled events by syncing with my ipad mini regardless of whether the item already existed in the iMac calendar already. How do I remove the duplicates? It was being able to sync calendars and contacts which was one of my reasons for moving from Snow Leopard to Mavericks and now it's a mess.

Crista70, What is happening is you now have 2 calendars with the entries in them. If you go into View, then Show Calendar List, you will see all your calendars. Uncheck the ones listed as "From My Mac" or uncheck the ones listed as "iCloud" and they will no longer show as duplicates. Personally, I prefer unchecking the "From My Mac" calendars so that my calendars are all synced across the devices.

How to delete the entries in the given field box

Goto ==> Customize Local Layout (Alt + F12) , then Options ====> LocalData=======> Clear History
This process should clear your history.

ICal only displays a single line for entries in month view.

This means I can't see what my diary entries refer to. Can I change it to show two lines or the full entry, as iCal did in Snow Leopard?

Hi Guys, thanks for getting back to me.
the problem is purely about design view display and not about coding.
Below is how CS4 displays borders with two lines which I find difficult to decipher:
Then below is Macromedia DM 8 and this how I want the borders to look, with single lines to display the tables.
This may just be the way Abobe have decided to display tables in design view and there may not be any option to change it but if you know any way to change it I would be most greatful.

I'm not able to create a iphoto calendar with the correct birthday entries.

I use the latest Iphoto version and OS X 10.9.
I tried to create a calendar in iphoto that includes all birthday information of my family. Unfortunately I'm not able to do this.
I tried two differnt ways to get the information into the calendar.
First of all I' tried to use the option of the calendar to get the information of my contacts and it partly worked. Some dates were missing and I was not able to modify or add additional birthdays in the calendar. I checked my contacts and the information was there but not shown in the Iphoto Calendar.
Therefore I have to get the information into the calendar in a different way. For that I created a new calendar in ICal and created for each Birthday entries.
I select the option in the Iphoto calendar to show the new calendar in iPhoto. But the result was worse than with the first solution. Only few entries was shown in the calender.
Do anybody have an idea how can I solve this issue.

Do the birthdays (from Contacts) show correctly in the Calendar app? Sometimes there is a formatting problem with the date string in the Contacts. If the Birthdays do not show correctly in the Calendar.app, try to delete them from Contacs and enter them again, and check, if they now are showing correctly in Calendar. Quit both Contacts and Calendar.
Then restart iPhoto, and in the "Settings" for your Photo Calendar disable the Birthdays option, and then turn it on again.
Any changes you do to the birthdays in Contacts may only appear in iPhoto Calendars after Calendar or Contacts wrote their databases, and iPhoto will read these databases, when you enable the "Birthdays" option. Toggling this option on and off will ensure, that the new Contacs info will be read.
