Q. Why is my HS-950 not on the Creative support site?
Q. Since install, all output is to the headset, my onboard sound and external sub and speakers only play the test sounds from my Gigabyte realtek sound test program?
How do i tell the computer I am using the headset or the speakers easily?

If your using windows vista just right click your sound icon and click set speakers to default thats all you have to do. Im having few problems with mine.

Numbers does not open with the main user after installing mountain lion. It works flawlessly when I use the second account on my mac. What got corrupted in the admin-account, something in the user-library? How can I fix it? I´m kinda desperate... (the same happens with the other iWork-Apps!)
Looking forward to hearing from somebody with a littlemore expertise than me, Chrisyou can remove preferences files by navigating to the Preferences folder for your user as follows:
0) Quit ALL iWork apps (Keynote, Pages and Numbers)
1) from the Finder select the menu item "Go > Go To Folder…". This will bring up a dialog:
2) enter the path "~/Library/Preferences" (no double quotes)
3) find the files:
com.apple.iWork.Keynote.plist
com.apple.iWork.Numbers.plist
com.apple.iWork.Pages.plist
and move these to the trash. I would NOT empty until later.
4) restart Numbers -
Hi all. I recently restore my old iphone 5 on my new 6. I'm having problems with bluetooth devices. The ones that were already paired with the old one are not showing in the list, and most of them(not all) are not working or pairing. I already restored network settings to no avail. Any ideas?
What's more, they don't even show on the bluetooth devices list..

My MacBook Pro, 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo gives me an error message during Lion install. My Intel Duo Core is not an Intel Duo Core and cannot install Lion. I already have Snow Leopard what is the problem with Lion?
You need a "Core 2 Duo" for lion, and I'm guessing you only have a "Core Duo" My wife's macbook is also a "Core Duo" and has Snow Leapord, but cannot install Lion.....

I have a 5 year old MacBook running OS X v10.5.8 Of course Apple does not provide an OS update and then other software apps won't update because the OS is obsolete. Is there a way of upgrading the hardware so the software can be made current?

The 2 places I’ve seen recommended most to buy reliable RAM are below. I have purchased RAM several times from Other World Computing and have always been very satisfied with the product and service. They have on-line instructions on how to replace the RAM. OWC has also tested RAM above what Apple states is the maximum. Safari Extention "Security 1.0" do not uninstall from the list and is crashing Safari. I cant even open it. I have to turn off the extensions in order to use Safari.I delete all extensions from the /Library/Internet Plugins and ~/Library/Safari/Extensions except for this extension

Any third-party software that doesn't install by drag-and-drop into the Applications folder, and uninstall by drag-and-drop to the Trash, is a system modification.
Whenever you remove system modifications, they must be removed completely, and the only way to do that is to use the uninstallation tool, if any, provided by the developers, or to follow their instructions. If the software has been incompletely removed, you may have to re-download or even reinstall it in order to finish the job.
I never install system modifications myself, and I don't know how to uninstall them. You'll have to do your own research to find that information.
Here are some general guidelines to get you started. Suppose you want to remove something called “BrickMyMac” (a hypothetical example.) First, consult the product's Help menu, if there is one, for instructions. Finding none there, look on the developer's website, say www.brickmymac.com. (That may not be the actual name of the site; if necessary, search the Web for the product name.) If you don’t find anything on the website or in your search, contact the developer. While you're waiting for a response, download BrickMyMac.dmg and open it. There may be an application in there such as “Uninstall BrickMyMac.” If not, open “BrickMyMac.pkg” and look for an Uninstall button.
Back up all data before making any changes.
You will generally have to reboot in order to complete an uninstallation. Until you do that, the uninstallation may have no effect, or unpredictable effects.
If you can’t remove software in any other way, you’ll have to erase and install OS X. Never install any third-party software unless you're sure you know how to uninstall it; otherwise you may create problems that are very hard to solve.
WARNING: Trying to remove complex system modifications by hunting for files by name often will not work and may make the problem worse. The same goes for "utilities" such as "AppCleaner" and the like that purport to remove software. -
Itunes is asking that I edit payment info, but will not accept any changes to allow me to purchase music? I have changed cards, reentered information, uninstalled and re-installed Itunes. Nothing is working, what do I need to do?

I'm using the sync option for when I'm not near my desktop and no matter what it won't work its telling me my account name or password is not correct and it is!
This is from my personal experience:
It almost happens every time I tried to connect with Sync from my Android phone, the window asking me to enter my account name and password always shows up. And if I enter the information, it'll say I have the wrong password, etc. My workaround is to click the "cancel" button. But it does not cancel immediately. The window will stay on for a while (usually a few minutes), then it'll disappear and start connecting to Sync. And it'll connect and sync successfully.
You can try this workaround but you have to be patient to wait for the window to disappear.
I don't know what is the cause of this, but it has happened ever since FF4 for Mobile came out. I have searched around and couldn't find any solutions. -
Dreamweaver CC 2014 does not appear in Products list of Extension Manager.
I want to add extensions to Dreamweaver but it doesn't appear in my list of Products in Adobe Extension Manager. I cannot find how to add an application to the Extension Manager. I am using DW CC 2014 on a Mac running OS 10.9.5
Yes I've got Creative Cloud running and am in syncWe are aware of a problem with some apps not showing up in Extension Manager. Generally, uninstalling and re-installing the Adobe App has resolved the problem for users.

I was working on my Macbook (OS 10.4.11) when the screen froze. I forced a shutdown. When I try to power it up again, I get a blank screen (not sure if gray or blue; looks sort of in between) and hear clicking noises. Eventually, a flashing question mark appears.
I found a post on this problem that said the hard drive was looking for instructions to start up (hence the clicking noises) and an Apple article about possible solutions, <http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1440>, but none of the steps worked.
I then booted up again, inserted Install Disk 1 for Tiger, and forced a shutdown again so that I could boot up with "C" held down see if I could solve the problem from the Uilities menu on the Install Disk. However, when I pressed the power button to start up again, the computer just spit out the Install Disk (even with "C" held down).
Can anyone tell me (1) what the problem seems to be with the computer and/or the CD drive; (2) whether a low-tech type like me might be able to fix it if I can get the Install Disk to run, or whether I just have to take it to my local Mac shop? The computer is no longer under warranty, so getting it repaired will probably be expensive.

Recently, I get how create a delivery note form a picking list with batchnumbers, but now I have the following case.

I get the next error:
1470000344 - Batch "YY" of item "ID200" in bin location "3108" falls into negative inventory.
When I find this "3108" this "select * from OBIN where AbsEntry = 3108" is the batchnumber for XY and not YY.
so how is the way to create a delivery note with many binallocations?

I had rented some movies on Itunes put them onto my Ipod classic, after I had watched them although they had expired they did not delete form the rentals list and almost one year later they are still there. The movies can not be watched and I have tried every thing I can think of, other than restoring the software ( that will probably be the answer ) What should I do?

The problem I'm having with my Bible +1 App wasn't solved by resetting my iPad. I was told to then delete the App and re-install it, but if I do that, won't that delete EVERYTHING within the App, like all the highlighting and Notes? And I'm sorry to say, I'm extremely technologically inept - only had this iPad since mid-April and the first piece of computer ANYTHING in well over 15 years with my son - and we never had the InterNet. The reason I'm telling this is, I'm not even sure HOW to re-install an App. Sorry.
If the app continually fails to run the delete and renown load might help. But yes, you will lose everything that you have done with the app unless there is some way to back up the info to your computer or another device.
You might also contact the developer of the app to see if they are aware of the problem and are working on fixing it. The developer info can normally be found in the information on the app provided in the App Store.
