HSE 1.8 can't discover 11506 after upgrade to 7.4

Question

We just upgraded one of our CSS's to 7.4, now our HSE version 1.8 cannot see it correctly. I am assuming some MIB's got changed, how do I fix this? here is what i see;

As you can see, 10.28.3.7 is not being discovered properly. I also get this error when validating.

I fixed the error, it was in the settings for the devices to check for secure http and to validate. After that it works like a champ and sets the weight to 0 on the CSS like it is supposed to. The only issue we have is that this option is only available under the activation and configuration tabs. Under the service chassis tab, we don't have that option. The issue is;
1) We limit our junior people to only being able to access the service chassis because under activation and configuration tabs, you could actually take the whole VIP out of service and bring the website down.
2) Also under the service chassis tab, we have both CSS's as well as ports 80 and 443 for a total of 4 services that are suspended/activated with one check box.
3) To suspend/activate under the activation or configuration tab, you would need to go into each CSS and take the server out on 80 and 443 for a total of 4 for each server. On code push mornings, when we take 70 -80 servers out, with hundereds of check boxes, things could easily be missed.
Is there any way of doing this, or any enhancements planned to include the service chassis? We were also thinking about having a developer create a web interface to pass the XML in to do this for us. Thanks for all the help it does work pretty well.
