HSSF -- how do I make this work?

Ok, I need to create EXCEL spreadsheets and it looks like this HSSF thing is the best way to do it (I don't want .csv because I need to format the cells, among other things).

My question is this: What do I need to download, and how do I get it installed on my machine.
Any help would be appreciated!

I've dowloaded the zip which contains three .jar files. How do I add those to my library? I'm using NetBeans, so I guess they would end up in that folder somewhere?

Well, it sounds as though you are trying to install Windows software on a Mac computer.
If that's really what you want to do, you have another project to do first. You could use Apple's Boot Camp software or 3rd party software such as Parallels or VMWare. If so, you have some reading and research to do.

What exactly are you trying to download on what system? Feel free to download to external drives to bypass the immediate bottleneck, but that may not resolve your issue once you install....

Sorry for overlooking this message. Just in case you still need it (yeah, i know :)) it's very easy to use, although I must admit it may be a little confusing at first. Basically you just have to open a trace file, i.e. file with an extension .trc. Digger is triggered by this extension and opens its window inside SQL Developer.

One iMac, 2 users w/2 different Apple id's, how do I make this work?

I have an iMac. My dad has his own iCloud address and his own iTunes Apple id. I have my own seperate iCloud account with a seperate iTunes apple id. I made myself an administror on my dad's computer so that we have our own seperate log in "sides" of the computer. What I have realized while logging into my own iTunes on the computer to try and download my own purchased music is that the computer will not allow me to do so. Is this correct? I cannot have two different Apple id's on one computer?
My dad syncs one iPad and one iPhone.
I need to sync one iPad and one iPhone too... just not on my dad's iTunes account.
How do I make having two completely seperate users on this iMac?
I need a help immediately... you all are great Apple people, I look forward to hearing from you!

Open Accounts preferences in System Preferences. Click on the lock icon and authenticate. Under the user list click on the Add [-] button button to create a new user account for yourself or your father (whoever is not the existing account owner.) Configure the account with a separate username and password.
Now each of you should have a separate account on the computer. You can each sync your iDevices into completely separate accounts using completely different Apple IDs.

Auto capitalisation of the letter I? How can I make this work?

My macbook Air is great but it doesn't automatically capitalise the letter I which is painful when writing assignments as they are so easy to miss! I tried making a shortcut but you must have more than one character and no spaces. Is there a setting I can change to make it work? Someone please help!!!

PS Of course this kind of thing also depends on the app you are using to write with. Pages 4 can do it, and probably some other apps as well.

First, make sure you have really transferred the whole library. If you did this with changing preferences you did not do it right.

Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Open iTunes and immediately hold down the Option (alt) key (shift on Windows), then guide it to the new location of the library.
Always make sure the drive is on before starting iTunes.

That is is always a problem when you are using multiple profiles and Firefox isn't running.
It might work if no profile is selected (i.e. marked as Default=1 in profiles.ini).<br />
You can use desktop shortcut that open with a specific profile (-P "profile").<br />
There is also a setting in the Profile Manager (Don't ask at startup).

ITS and SSL- how do I make this work?

We have several systems running ITS 6.20 on Windows 2003 Servers. The systems also use Requisition web site pages for SRM, IPC, and Siteminder. When someone logs in with our normal URL, Siteminder itself runs them through a secure link and into the application. However when someone types in http://servername/scripts/wgate/bbpstart/! they go to the SRM login page. This was fine until recently when security told us we needed to change that so that the bbpstart link was ssl protected.
I tried to do the standard setup of ssl. When I did so and then tried accessing the page using http: I got the message about using https (which I expected) but when i tried to switch to https, it gave a "server is busy" error, and I could not longer access the system via Siteminder. Is there something different I need to set to get ssl working on this system? Thanks!

To burn a DVD with iDVD from the latest version of iMovie, you have to export the movie using the Export button and select 480p as the size. Open iDVD and start a new project, then drag that exported movie file into the iDVD menu window, avoiding any drop zones you see.
