RESOLVED!!! I logged on to my Straight Talk online account, and did a Tech Chat. They immediately gave me a direct phone number and a Reference PIN number and asked me to contact their iPhone specialty support. I called (of course the gentleman's accent was very difficult for me to understand, but managed with asking continually for clarity). He walked me through several tests, setting changes and had me get on my wifi to obtain the latest APN settings. None of his efforts worked ad it was obviously NOT my Straight Talk iPhone 5, 64GB CDMA (no SIM) - it was something with their setting on their end on my account. I was placed on hold a few times and he would come back on to have me try to get on Safari and even Google... after the 3rd on-hold, he returned and asked me to try to use my data again without the wifi turned on and BINGO it worked... I still do not have my wifi turned on and I'm still receiving texts from YESTERDAY too while I was away from wifi service. IF you come across this issue - please call Straight Talk and/or log on to your Straight Talk online account and talk to an online customer service representative and get their direct line phone number for iPhone support and have your Reference PIN number available. iPhone mirrors the content of your accounts. You can turn off that account by going to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > account > turn off mail. Then access your email account via webmail/website and delete them there. Once you turn on the account again in your iPhone it wont download them all. Otherwise to leave it downloading then mark them all read once downloaded.

I did what you've told me, new account and manually copied my files from Time Machine. I had lots of permissions problems, but at the end, almost everything is in order... It seems it had to be with some of the Apple Preferences, but I can't be sure, as most of them were dumped to the trash can.
I still don't have my Mail Rules back, unfortunately, although I did goggled some. It is a pity, as I had around 30 or 40 of them, getting my mail in order to each of its mailboxes, but it is a small price as the rest doesn't show the before syntoms.

If the picture was in your photo stream you can sign into the iCloud account in Settings>iCloud and turn on photo stream to see/copy it. If it was only in the iCloud backup you can't restore just the picture; you have to restore the entire backup. Restoring a backup is all or nothing.

No, unfortunately you cannot merge accounts or transfer any purchased content from one account to another. As I said Apple won't let you do that.

Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs.

When the Time Capsule disk starts to become full, Time Machine will automatically delete the oldest backups first to make room for new backups.

Set up with multiple email accounts but they are all sending from same account. I have checked account preferences and under composing they are to come from account of selected mailbox but this is not happening! Suggestions?

This is kind of confusing, on the one hand you say "it says all images are there" and then you directly contradict this by saying "it is only showing 1 card's images at a time".
Could you explain in a lot more detail what you see (and don't say "it", say exactly what part of Lightroom or what part of your operating system you are looking at), or show us a screen capture?

Actually, I resolved this by going to the list of servers and selected the same server from the 'Other SMTP Server' category (which happened to be the same server as the primary server) and can now email.

Upgraded to Lion, CS3 programs will only let me open 1 photo per session, what gives?

Just upgraded to Lion from Snow Leopard. Now my CS3 Creative Suite programs will only let me open one picture per session. I then have to completely close out of photoshop or illustrator or whatever and reopen to open another picture. Any suggestions before I have to take my computer to the apple store.

I'm not sure the Apple Store will troubleshoot 3rd party software that is 3 versions old.
