HT1171 shift and the number 2 is making " symbol and some of the other keys are not typing the correct symbol. How do I fix this?

I paired my keyboard this morning and some of the keys seem to be putting up differ symbols. The shift 2 that is supposed to give you the @ symbol is giving me "
I would love to get this fixed since I used this for writing. Any ideas on what I messed up?

I subscribed to your feed and was unable to download episodes - I tried several including the latest. The error message was that the download was interrupted.
I was able to download the latest episode in a browser, and to play it in Safari. Evidently your server is reacting badly to requests from the iTunes application; I have no idea why this should be the case and can only refer you to the people running your server.

Try updating to iPhoto 9.4.1. If it's not appearing in your Software Update yet, try updating using a .dmg installer downloaded from the following page on the Apple website:

When I connect my iPad mini to my iMac it recognizes the iPad but my Garage Band documents are not available for transfer. How can I fix this?

I'm having trouble transfering my garage band documents from my iPad mini to my iMac. iTunes recognizes the device, but when I select the app to add or save files to... nothing appears there, as if I had not recorded anything on my iPad. Can anyone help me?

Hi there
to make your files to appear in the apps section of iTunes you have to take some steps.
- go to Garageband on your iPad
- tap My Songs to go to the list of your songs (if your are not already there )
- tap Select
- select one song
- tap the share button (top left)
- tap itunes
- you are then asked to chose a format. There is an explation for each format.
- Choose one
- repeat the last 5 steps with every song you want to transfer.
- when your done tap done
The songs should now appear when you connect the iPad.

They said I need to change my settings to NAT settings. I haven't been able to figure out or find anything. I have also spoken to Apple Support on the phone for hours without being able to figure out how to do this ( i don't think he knew much either lol.) Please help me because I've got about 15-20 devices in my house that require to be connected to the internet and this is just making things ridiculously slow and painful for me.

Also, I'd prefer to keep the same ID on both so I will keep access to my calendar/contacts/etc on both devices. Would I be able to share reminders and voice memos and the like as well? And how often would they update each other? If I edit a contact on the 5, and the 4 is in wifi, assuming they're both on my same ID, will the contact update on the 4?

You are getting this message because you are attempting to create an iCloud account on a PC. You can only create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.2) or higher. After creating your account on one of these devices you will then be able to sign into the account on your PC.

For your addressbook, export the files to vCard on the PowerMac, then bring them over to your Mac Pro. For your iPhoto, copy the Users -> yourname -> Pictures folder to your Desktop on the Mac Pro, and open iPhoto on the Mac Pro holding the command and option keys. Select the library file from that Pictures folder and open it. It should import all the pictures into iPhoto as part of the rebuild process. I have deleted the iCloud account under my name on their iPads and replaced with their ones. Apple support said yesterday I needed to click the small 'I' by each name as it came up in the TO box and remove it. After doing rid for each contact under each letter of the alphabet it should remove them from latest contacts. Having done this, although I could not remove groups I had sent, I am not convinced they will not return once I have written a few texts, any ideas?

I Have researched this and most advice is to empty the iPhoto trash. I have already done this and it did not help.

If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
