HT1199 The applet is failed to start keeps popping up. Why is this happening
I am attempting to submit a power point presentation and need to have a program called Kaltura record images from my screen. Every time I try I get the statement applet is failed. Can someone help me with this issue. I am using a Mac 10.9. This is my last class before I graduate and I have to submit this presentation before 11/7/14

The new iTunes has a somewhat different look from the previous version. You can get the old look back if you prefer it by doing View > Show Sidebar in iTunes. Or you can adapt to the new look.

I am trying to use macro express and adobe acrobat 9 profession keeps shutting down, why is this happening? I tried to run as administrator already as well on both Macro Express and in Adobe and it still keeps shutting down.

When I try to reorder different pages it just takes all the pages within the document and turns them into a stack! Why is this happening and how can I oder pages as the update is meant to let me?
Any Help?I know the update has only been out a while but if anyone has an idea why it is doing this, please let me know!But you are telling me something I already know.

It is not Pages '09 that is broken.
I am back in Mavericks and testing Pages 5.2.
There are improvements, we shall see how useful, but in less than a minute I have already discovered bugs.

Whenever I take pictures in a dark place with my Iphone 4, the pictures come out with a purple haze. Why does this happen?
To make sure that this is not software related, set it back to factory settings, without using any backup data afterwards. Set up the rest of the personal settings manually and test the camera. If it still does not work, this is a hardware issue and the phone has to be serviced by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider:

i have songs i ripped from cds on my computer. after a while, some of them have started to skip. why does this happen? do i have to rip them all over again?

I have updated both my Itune and Ipad mini , however, when I click on the device icon (beside itune store), it disappear. Why does this happen?
I'm not sure why this would happen. But I think I did see another post a week or two ago about this. Have you tried rebooting your computer and resetting your iPad.
To reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem. -
When I have installed updates for Firefox in the past, I have always lost my bookmarks. Why does this happen and is there a way to avoid it? I want to install the new update for Firefox but I am afraid of losing my bookmarks again. What can I do about this?

Do not worry. Hold Sleep (the button you have at the top of the phone) and Home buttons at the same time until your phone restarts, and then try installing the iOS update again. -
HT1386 I see a iTunes message that says the sync session failed to start. How can I fix this?

Without knowing a lot more details we can't tell you anything. This is just the most generic Photoshop error message imaginable. What system are you on? What version of Photoshop? what are you doing when the error occurs? Provide as much info as you can. Refer to this as a start:

My computer (Macbook) was working fine this am. I left it for an hour and then came back and the screen was black (always does that as the screensaver hardly ever works). I moved the mouse to wake it up and everything was normal. I went to adjust the volume and the screen went blank and the main page with the box where I put my password in when I first start my comp appeared. I put my password in and everything was normal again. I opened a window in Safari and before it loaded completely the same thing happened, the screen went blank and went back to the password box. Does anyone know why this is happening? I don't have an external hard drive or any blank flash drives so I can't back anything up right now and am afraid I'm going to lose everything. Thank you
Sounds like hardware failure, called boot loop. Call Apple and or go on apple.com and make Genius Bar appointment to have your iphone reviewed by a Tech. Provided you iphone shows no physical or liquid damage they will take care of you, or if you have Apple Care Plus

So I have an Iphone 4S and decided to upgrade to a 5C. I used the Icloud and backed up my phone, and started to set up the Iphone 5C. So I enter my apple ID and password when prompted, then it asks me to select a back up, I choose the one I just created. Here is where it gets weird, another apple ID comes up, which also happens to be my mother inlaws. Now some back story, on my 4S, I used a laptop which was my mother inlaws old laptop. Would that have anything to with my Icloud back up though? I wouldn't think so but it not working. ANY input would be appreciated.
Sorry, all content bought using an Apple ID is forever tied to that Apple ID. Content cannot be merged or transferred to another Apple ID.
If you want to update/use those apps, you have to use the same Apple ID & password. -
I put the disc in, and the box pops up with the "Install Mac OS X" icon. I click on it and I see it pop up on the dock but then immediately disappear. Nothing else happens, no matter how many times I double click on the install icon. I currently have a Mac OS X 10.5.8 and am trying to install this Snow Leopard 10.6.3.

If your Mac can upgrade to v10.6, make sure there's enough free space available for the installation.
Right or control click the MacintoshHD icon on your Desktop then click Get Info.
From the Get Info panel, make sure there's at least 15% available disk space.
And you may need to repair the startup disk before installing Snow Leopard.

Why can't I download a movie onto my IPOD Classic? One movie downloaded by 2 only went to my computer. Can I get a refund?
An iPod classic can generally play video files up to 640 by 480 pixels. The iPod's screen is actually 320x240 pixels, but it will play 640x480 videos (that are in a compatible format).
However, "HD" (high def) videos are at a higher resolution than 640x480. Apple often provides both the HD and SD (standard def) versions of the video, when you download it. The SD version should work with iPod classic. If a video is in HD only, it won't play on iPod so you can't sync it to iPod.
There is a command in iTunes to convert the video. Select video on the iTunes library list. Go up to Menu Bar. Under Advanced, select Create iPod or iPhone Version. After converting completes (which can take some time), try syncing that version to your iPod. NOTE: Some videos in iTunes may not allow conversion due to copy protection (DRM). -
