You'll need to copy the music from the old iPod back to iTunes first before you can transfer it to your new iPod. Found it, but gets to the same point - loading ipod databases, each time saying it stopped working. Tried starting up itunes first like it suggested but no luck, any suggestions please!

i have a PC and i had itunes on it with lots of songs. A technician fixed my computer and deleted my itunes on the way. Iv'e reinstalled an itunes programm, how can i transfer the songs from my ipod touch onto the itunes? I'm afraid that if i'll sync the two, the songs from my ipod touch will be deleted since the itunes on my computer is empty
Transfer iTunes purchases by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
- Transfer othre music by using a third-party program like one of those discussed here:
Copy music
- Retain app data and other information, connect the iPod to yur computer and make a backup by right clciking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
- Restore the iPod from that backup
Note that the Backup that iTunes makes does not include synced media like apps and music. -

A few years ago I had copied my iTunes, ver:9.0.?, from my old laptop tom my external hard drive. The music on it was already loaded onto my other devices. My old computer crashed andI bought a new one, put iTunes on it and kept it updated. The problem is I forgot to keep the iTunes on my ecternal hatd drive updated. I tried to open the external hard drive iTunes but received a error with something to the effect that there was a newwerversion of iTune. I was hoping to either put the external Itunes music on my device. How can I go about that now?

You import them as you would from any digital camera. Use iphoto, photoshop, camera and scanner wizard, etc. -

How can we transfer the accruals posted from one rebate recipient to another in SAP.
we have like 20 invoices posted in SAP for one rebate recipient. but now the salesman has changed the territory and is replaced with another. starting May1st we need to pay the accruals to the new salesman instead of old salesman. Please advice.

PradeepIdeally, still you need to pay the rebate to the same salesman since accruals is nothing but value accumulated in the past and the salesman is suppose to reap the benefits.

Note t transfer iTunes purchases you have to know the account ID and password for the account that purchased them. Also, if you did not purchase the music, you are not entitled to use the music. -
My old computer has broken and I had not backed up my Itunes. I now have the hard drive from my old computer (windows 7) but cannot transfer the music. How can I transfer the music from my old hard drive to the new laptop (windows 8)?
Copy the entire iTunes folder from \Users\<User>\Music on the old drive into your music folder on the new computer.

Hello, thank you for your prompt answer. I did have an idea that Home sharing might be the answer but could not quite figure out how to do it. I have enabled home sharing in my iTunes account, put in username and password, clicked on creat etc. But the homs sharing icon doew not appear in the left side of iTunes. So I got stuck.
