After working perfectly for two years my iTouch has suddenly stopped connecting to my Hub although my desktop computer still connects. I have tried everything I can think of, including suggestions off Google/You Tube but nothing makes any difference. Any ideas. Surely it is not fit for the scrap heap after two years, but is clearly no use as it is.

Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tend to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Entered different ways into Adobe, no help. Thought about my keyboard (wireless of course) might be doing it, but in other web-sites and in WORD - no problems.
I use WINDOWS 8.1. Also doubled checked my up-date status. Is there a chance that this is a continuing problem that is still being encountered from the last major Adobe up-date? Use Adobe for years with never a problem until the latest up-date. Parting thought, maybe just my batteries in my keyboard are getting low, or a really low threshold virus of some sort, no idea. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes i've tried all of that. I've turned it all the way on and off and erased all of my music and put it back on and nothing works. And with the breaking up CDs and putting into compilation categories i have already fixed all of that stuff. It's fine it just doesn't show up in the list of artists. I can find the album in the songs category and the albums category it's just it doesn't show tha name of the artist. All of the other albums that i downloaded before i updated my itunes to th most recent update are fine. It's just the two that i downloaded afterwards. Thanks for trying though.

After having no internet for over 24hrs, my IPad has completely shut down. I have tried everything I can think of, including a reset but think that was a really bad move!! Any ideas for how to get my pad back? Simple words please..I am not a pro AT ALL.

My internet was down for over 24hrs after a storm. During that time, my IPad completely shut down and I can't get it going again. I studied the manual but couldn't find a similar topic. I reset it and now it is totally goofed up.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

A lot of people have been unable to access Yahoo e-mail on their iPhones or iPads. My wife’s iPad was not downloading Yahoo mail, although her iPhone was. Both used IOS 8.2. We tried deleting the account several times and troubleshooting all of the other settings. The problem appears to have been that allowing the IOS to automatically create the account on the iPad resulted in the wrong settings for the incoming server. The following procedure, pieced together from two websites, fixed the problem for us. So far, so good.

I am using my ipad to transfer some mp3s over to my ipad. some go over, most do not. I even had trouble with videos syncing over. I am running version 6.13. I have plenty of space left but they just wont get on there. This is what happens. I take a video I have and make an mp3 out of it sometimes, sometimes its just plain mp3s. I do the conversion and it comes out fine but it goes to my computer itunes and not on my ipad. no they are already in mp3 format I just tried that home sharing today because I couldnt find any other reason why they werent syncing. here is an example of a sync I just tried. I made an mp4 concert into an mp3 it came out perfect on my computer.. then I tried to sync it to my ipad with no luck, other than it going on my computer, it did not show up anywhere on my ipad in any area of the music sections etc playlists, songs, albums etc. Its just not there but remains on my computer. thats why I tried the home share today to see if that would help. Either I am really missing something or there is something wrong with this ipad. However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

How do I transfer my bookmarks from one computer to another. I have tried everything I can think of.

I just got a new Dell laptop and downloaded Firefox before I transferred files using Microsoft's Easy Transfer program. Everything transferred fine except my bookmarks and the toolbar. They didn't go into Internet Explorer either.

Right, excuse the babbling but I want to make sure I have all
the details down here. I also don't know that much about computers,

I am currently running XP on an Advent laptop which, for some
reason or other, has decided that it doesn't want to run flash
(Java etc is also a problem). I have tried the Internet Options
settings (ie putting Java and Active X on enable or prompt etc) and
all that seemed to do was every time I go onto YouTube type
websites, it would download various things OVER and OVER again. I
also can't see any flash on things like MSN or other junk that
teenagers tend to download (Zwinkies or cursor sites etc) I managed
to get over this by downloading Firefox, which has sorted my
website problem, but I am now in a predicament. I STILL can't see
and winks and stuff on MSN and I have just had some .SWF files sent
me to check but, as they aren't on the internet, I cannot use
Firefox to see them. I would also like to view them when I am on
the move, with NO internet connection.
I have tried downloading various stand-alone Flash players
but the same problem still occurs.
