HT1212 disable start-up screen password on iphone 4s?

After installing ios7, I ended up with a password-lock on my start-up screen. I cannot figure out how to disable it. I would appriate any help I can get. Thank You.

Turn OFF Passcode...
Tap Settings > General > Passcode Lock

iPad,iPod,iPod Touch Recovery Mode
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

HT1212 I'm trying to restore my iPhone but it's saying it's disabled for 22,000,000 minutes!

I lost my iphone 4 about 2 months ago and the battery died before I could use Find My iphone. I thought I lost it competely so I got a new phone, and iphone 5 this time. After another three weeks of buying the new phone I found my old one just in a bookbag I forgot I'd used. I thought it would be cool now to use the old phone as just an ipod but when I turned it on (after a good charge) all it displayed was the word iphone and the apple logo. It wouldn't even let me put my passcode in. I took it to Best Buy today to find out what was wrong with it, but they didn't even know. They had to restart it twice and it finally came up with the red disabled warning. It says, "try again in 22,744,982 minutes. Ummmm, I'll be about 80 years old when I can log back into my iphone. Best Buy told me just to reset it on iTunes. But here I am and iTunes wants me to put in my security passcode in order to access my phone, which brings me back to the same warning.....This is a vicious loop, a Catch 22, and I don't know what to do now. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance.

Placing your device into recovery (DFU) mode:
Follow these steps to place your iOS device into recovery mode. If your iOS device is already in recovery mode, you can proceed immediately to step 6.

   2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds

IPhone 6 - Always go into Start Up Screen

I've had this several times.
I am in the middle of using the phone, it somehow just going into the Start Up Screen (White Background and Black Apply Logo Screen).
Seems like it just restarted itself, but it isn't. All my apps are still working and I didn't have to log in with a password which normally restarting does.
I restarted the phone myself, and the problem would stop for a while. After a few days, it will do it again.
Has anyone had this happen to them? Is there a way to fix it or is it just a bug?

Hello Michelle you are not the only 1 suffering from this problem. Many iPhone 6 users are going through the same thing. From the research that I have done it seems to be a problem with the NAND Flash that Apple has used in its 64gb and 128gb iPhone 6 models. They used a new TLC NAND Flash compared to the old MLC NAND Flash. The TLC is NAND Flash has more storage capacity but writes data slower and is more cost affective while the MLC NAND Flash stores less data but writes faster. Now from what I have read there is a problem with the new TLC NAND flash making ur phone go to the home screen and boot with the apple logo. Many had assumed that maybe Apple was going to offer in house repairs to change out the flash or fix the problem through an IOS update. None have happened so far. You can try to restore your phone as the razmee has suggested above or try taking you phone back to the apple store and see what they can do for you. Good Luck with everything.

System Pref'>Users and Groups>Unlocked it with password>Guest User is OFF>Allow guests to log into this computer is NOT CHECKED,
however I still have that GUEST USER selection on the login screen.

IPhone 3g Stuck On Start-Up Screen. This Is Horrible. Need Help!

Today in class I was downloading apps and my iPhone crashed and restated but when it restarted it will not go past the start-up screen. This is really making me mad because I gave it a 8 hour charge during the night and it finally ran out of battery life at about 3 and I thought "hey maybe when I get home i'll charge it and it will work again. Nope. I read many articles on here about this issue, but none really helped me. I've tried to restart it like over 50 times, and when I plug it up to itunes it freezes itunes and when I unplug it from the computer it unfreezes this. This really makes me mad because I spend 300 dollars on a phone I thought was amazing. Yeah its amazing but, it has ALOT of problems. So many that i've got to the point where I kind of want to return it to the store. I love it but if I can't fix it...I don't know what I will do. Please Help Anybody! If I restore it will I lose my phone numbers and everything? Will I be able to restore it?

I'm going onto my 3rd iPhone 3G.
The first had screen issue that would go black and other bugs.
The second worked fine until my provider called me for my new serial number.
They told me to key in a #??# code that brought up my serial number, however when I tried to charged the phone right after it was dead.
I can plug it in and it will charge, and go to a the apple logo screen and that's it. It does not appear in iTunes so I can't restore. I've forced shut down 50+ times and it will quit but on restart it will never pass the apple logo. When I plug it into my Dell it give me an error message the the iPhone cannot be used because of an error there are come numbers but I did not write them down.
So I'm now waiting over a week to get the third phone.
I'm a little ticked and scared, what is this happens when my warranty is expired. I love the phone but the quality is not Apple's best.

I remotely Login SAP at home and I want to edit the screen by screen painter. But the system pop-up a message : password is router string,cannot start graphical screen painter. But at office I can start the screen painter and edit the screen.
