You can not do so. It is permanently removed from all iPhones sold in UAE and KSA. This is a requirement of the goverenments there. Apple has no choice in the matter.

If you didn't make an in-app purchase within the app then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
You may also want to turn off in-app purchases via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off'

I have installed Jdeveloper 10.1.3.1.0 and Oracle database Express edition 10g on the same machine.I want to connect to the database from Jdeveloper but i get the message "The Network Adapter could not establish the connection" , when i test the connection. The listener is running and am able to connect to database using SQL Plus.
I have tried various methods like giving the ipaddress and giving the URL, looking at the JDBC configuration wizard given in the documentation , but of no use .. can anyone please suggest me how to connect??

What different listener? One single listener, using the default name of LISTENER and the default port of 1521, is quite capable of -- indeed, was designed to -- service multiple database instances of multiple versions running from multiple oracle homes.
What "first databases in the emca .... create setting"? Each database is configured for dbcontrol completely separate, apart and independent from any others. If you are configuring multiple databases on the same server, it makes no difference which one you configure first, and the only effect the configuration of that database will have on any others will be in the port oracle selects to use for the dbconsole.

Sure wish I was more patient. What I ended up doing was temporarily reactivating the phone since I knew it worked after I initially stopped using it. I downloaded the apps I wanted then I turned it off and reactivated my iphone. All appears to be well but I will file your instructions away for possible future reference. Thanks a bunch!

See if this works to bypass the activation screen: On the Welcome screen with the 'touch the Android to begin' icon, tap each of the four corners of the screen, starting with the top left, i.e.:- Tap the top left corner of the screen, then- Tap the top right corner of the screen, then- Tap the bottom right corner of the screen (just above the grey bar), then- Tap the bottom left corner of the screen (just above the grey bar) Wait a few seconds and you should see the home screen

Go into itunes and delete the app then sync.
Or if you just want it off of the iphone and not out of itunes, then uncheck the app in the applications tab in itunes.
Or hold down an icon until they all "wiggle" then hit the 'x" in the corner. The app will come back when you sync unless you delete it from itunes or deselect it under applications tab.
