HT1212 How do you reset an unsynced iPad?
I set my iPad up but did not sync to a computer or connect it to an apple id. In the process of setting it up, I set a password, which with pure genius, I forgot. I have succeeded in permanently locking myself out. Is there a way to reset the whole iPad? Or do I need to take it to an Apple store?
You will need to connect it to a computer to unlock and reset it. If it's never been synced to a computer, then (from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212) :
If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.

Restore, if iTunes will let you. Everything except the password will be restored. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. Be forewarned that it takes a long time. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. Also, if you have IOS-7, read this. -

You cannot. The sleep/wake button is essential to this operation. You can try letting the battery run out on the device and see if it will restart once you connect it to the charger. If it does, then you can try the support document again that you linked to the forum with.

I am very confused. When I wanna to update my apps in app store, it shows the account which is my iPhone one is not my iPad one. how can I reset to my iPad account?
And I am very confused by your query. Your iTunes account is the same on all devices - unless of course you have multiple accounts to begin with.
If you do have another Apple ID that you use for the iPad purchases, you can sign out of the account that is on the iPad in Settings>Store.

Settings, general, erase all content and settings.
if the person has iOS7 on that device and it's activation locked then you'll need the apple ID of the previous owner to fully wipe it. So if you can't wipe it you'll need that previous owner to give you their apple ID or to unlock it for you.
If you can't contact them or if they can't unlock it, try to get your money back because without that info you can't fully erase that ipad, and it's unfortunately possible that the device they sold you wasn't theirs to sell. -
How do you send pics from iPad?
How do you send pics from iPad? I've tried to use the photos icon at the bottom, select the pics, and enter the email address. Problem is they never show up in the email. Any thoughts? I've also tried Pages app and a few others with the same result.
I discussed the problem with Melissa at Apple. We tried reset, then we found about 50 attempts to email pics from Photos, stuck in Outbox. Deleted all of them, and we were able to send pic from Photos. Next day the problem was back, and emptying Outbox does not fix. Have not tried renewing account yet, worried about losing Inbox stuff.
