I am trying to access my pictures off of my old iphone, it says disabled and i don't remember my password. If I restore the device will i lose my pictures because that is what i am trying to avoid? I originally had my phone set up with itunes through the at&t store here locally so the odds of them having that same computer are probably pretty slim.... Any other options?

It's too late. If you had been syncing your phone with that computer prior to the screen failing, it wouldn't be asking you for a passcode...

iTunes has a nasty habit of deleting the previous backup every time it does a backup. If you really have an old backup intact, there is a way to restore from it. I forget the procedure, but I'm sure you can Google it. It's a good idea to manually go into your backup directory and manually copy it over to a new name once in a while. That way iTunes won't touch it, and you can use it in an emergency such as yours.

On the computer you should be able to go to the network properites. Go to the TCP part and unchec the line that says obtaind DNS automatically and check the one that says use the following. Add the 8.8.8.8 and Google other 8.8.4.4.

How did the passcode get on the phone to begin with, if you "only got it yesterday"? Regardless, to remove it, you'll have to force the phone into recovery mode, as described here, & restore it:

If you have an iTunes backup that includes the photos you may be able to extract them from the backup using a 3rd party utility such as http://www.wideanglesoftware.com/ibackupextractor/

You need to wait until you have access to your computer, or restore the iPhone on another computer and lose all existing data on the iPhone temporarily unless you have an iCloud backup.

Hi all I have never sync my ipad before to itunes.I have now disabled my ipad as I changed the password and accidentally entered the password to many times incorrectly.
If I restore my device will I lose all my photos or will it backup the Ipad before the restore process starts, so I can restore my photo's later?

All content will be removed, it won't be backed up first - and you may need to put the iPad into recovery mode in order to be able to reset it : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808
