I forgot my iphone password and my phone is disabled after I entered wrong passcode.What can I do to unlock it
Connect to the computer you usually sync to in recovery mode and restore the device, you'll get the option to set a new password for the lockscreen during this process:

You are absolutely WRONG. Apple bears no responsibility in this at all. YOU purchased a STOLEN phone. You are guilty of receiving stolen property at best. Hopefully you had it backed up on icloud on or your computer. Try doing a restore by putting your phone in recovery mode then restoring your back up.

There are multiple slots to enter more than one email address on that page.
You must know the email address or you won't be able to recover any of the Apple IDs you have previously created. -
My on and off button is not working anymore and my iphone fell again today so the numbers 7,8,9 not working and so i cant enter my password to access my iphone. Pls, what can i do about this to access and change my password?
Changing your password won't help. It is a touchscreen so if 7,8,9 are not working then that part of the screen will not work if you were to get it unlocked.

I have a iphone 5 and I can login with my apple id to purchase music. However, when I try to login into icloud using the very same username and password that I use in the apple store it does not work to enter icloud, so what what gives???
I could do that, however when I select the icloud button (or whatever the heck it is) I am asked to enter the apple id and password. So if you are suppose to create another one for icloud you'd think it would give you the option at this point which would be logical.

I just update to iOS 7 on my iPhone 4s. The calendars on my iPhone are not keeping the information on the days that should be marked. The info is there in my iCloud on my computer, just not on my phone. Has anyone else had the same problem and what can I do about it? Is it at bug in the iOS 7 update?
What do you mean by "on the days that should be marked"? Are you calendar events displayed on the wrong days?

Hi, just bought my daughter an Iphone 4s and I can't get it to let her on youtube, Facebook etc., keeps saying no internet connection. My husband and I have 3G smartphones and we can get on them on ours, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Also, my other daughter has the same phone and has no trouble getting on these sites either. Do you have a wi-fi network in your home ? If you do then you should be able to connect your phone to it via Settings > Wi-Fi on your phone - that should show any networks that are available, and tapping on the network that you want to use (and typing in its password if it's password protected) should connect the phone to it. If you don't have a wi-fi network then yes, you will need wifi router in your home, which is connected to the internet (e.g. via your phone line) to be able to back up your phone to iCloud.
