Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

My project in imovie says source unavailable after I moved the events to the backup drive. It is connected and shows up in the events library. I can see the pictures but they won't play without the source. What do I do.
I moved it because I did not have room on my hard drive to import my latest video. I take videos my grandkids basketball games then edit them as projects. I don't have room to move the whole events library back to my hard drive. Can I move part of it at a time.
I filled up my 1 TB back up drive so got a 3TB to move my video projects to. Do I have to move both the i photo videos and the projects to the 3 TB drive together some how. When can I delete them off the hard drive .
I moved all the i photo library to the 3 TB drive and deleted them out of i photo. That is 87 GB which I don't have room for on my hard drive.
I think when I use the export movie to my hard drive it works but will I still be able to edit it later if I want. Is it best to do quick time or i tunes if I use the export feature. -

You need to authorize the new computer that youre working with. First hover over the store button at the top of the screen and then select the authorize this computer button then a popup will appear where you have to put in your Apple ID and Password. Hopefully this works for you

What can be done about my i-sight built-in camera suddenly producing only over-exposed video, no matter what the lighting situation is and no matter whether opened through i-chat or skype. Is this the end for this camera? It's been fine up to now.

I tried restoring iPad1 to prepare it to sell, encountered error during the restore. iTunes dispalyed a message that there had been an error. My iPad1 is just showing the image to connect to iTunes, even after i try restarting the iPad1. I've also restarted my PC and iTunes will not recognize the iPad1.
iTunes is and will recognize my new iPad3 just fine.
How do I get my iPad1 to come back to life?
Thanks!No luck. The article says to press and hold the home button, then plug in the usb cable. When i do that, I still just have the connect to itunes image on the iPad, and iTunes is not recognizing the iPad.

I bought this Iphone 3gs 8 gb from the market last year here in UK and the device was working fine until y'day when it asked for update and install latest version.
I did and the result it got hanged.
Now it is displaying on main screen: Iphone and in slidebar: configure
After that I ask for conutry, Wi-fi details and then goes to activate, then it says
" your iphone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting your iPhone to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a few minutes.
If this problem persists, contact Apple support at www.apple.com/support"
I did it several times all possible way but no result.
My phone was unlocked for any sim card.
Please suggest me what should I do.

I have a sync key, have installed Firefox 28, but it won't recognize my account?
Ok. Firefox was my main browser on my old laptop, but I ended up having to wipe it's hard drive a few weeks back.
Before I wiped the hard drive I saved a recovery key. It did not say that I needed an account, just the key, so that is literally all I have. I did not have a firefox account back then. (Note: I'm pretty sure I didn't have an account at least, because when I searched for an account on Firefox with the only two emails that I use it couldn't find an account under either.)
Now that I'm trying to recover my old data, I've read that I have to download a pre-29 version of Fireox, so I got Firefox 28 mobile, but the damn thing insists that I need a Firefox account ALONG WITH the recovery key to gather the old data. It won't recognize my new account info (that I just made when I downloaded the newest version of Firefox before realizing it wouldn't be able to sync), so now here I am. With a seemingly useless sync key, a useless sync account, and all of my old bookmarks and passwords lost to the ages.
Is there anything I can do, or should I just give up?hello, for the old sync system in firefox 28 and below you also had to sign up with a mail address and password originally - to connect firefox to the old account you would need to have all those three pieces (mail, password & recovery key) available to you unfortunately...

Help! itunes won't recognize ipod the second time
Hey,
So, itunes wouldn't recognize my ipod and the ipod didn't show up in itunes, so i uninstalled itunes and plugged in the ipod again. Then it worked! I synched the ipod and unplugged it. A day later i wanted to synch it again, but itunes didn't respond to the ipod being connected to the computer. So i uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked again, but as last time, it wouldn't show up in itunes the second time i tried to connect the ipod.
What is up with that!!?
I shouldn't be necessary to uninstall itunes everytime i wanna synch

Thanks for replying to my problem. After posting I noted the "More Like This" box on the right of the screen. The top topic was "Restore old dual screen functionality" and turned out to be the the same question with a surprising answer - in the "Mission Control" dialogue, NOT the "Displays" dialogue. There are five tick boxes at the top of the Mission Control screen and the last of them is "Displays have separate spaces" and this box was ticked through the loading of the Mavericks op. system (presumably). Unticking this box, as advised, restored the 'extended' mode and all is now well.

You can't delete photos from Photostream without resetting it at iCloud.com, also you can't have 1,200 photos in Photostream.
Have you tried turning Photostream off and on again. -

Connect the device to the computer with which you normally sync and open iTunes.
Note: If iTunes asks you to enter the passcode, try another computer that you have synced with. Otherwise, go to "If you have never synced your device with iTunes, or you do not have access to a computer" section below.
If the device is still disabled, or if iTunes does not automatically sync your device, sync the device with iTunes.
When the backup and sync is complete, restore your device.
When iOS Setup Assistant asks to set up your device, choose "Restore from iTunes backup".
Select your device in iTunes and choose the most recent backup of your device.
