HT1212 iPhone is disabled even when connecting to the iTunes
i tried to enter the passcode couple of time but they were wrong since the passcode was wrong. now i have remembered the correct passcode but the iphone is still disabled. it remains disabled even though i have connected it to the iTunes which i always synchronize.

Once you have Recovered your Device...
Re-Sync your Content or Restore from the most recent Backup...

Display has no backlight or dark screen
Toggle the ringer switch to see if the unit vibrates. If it does, it could be that iPhone is getting power, but is not displaying any image.
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
While connected to the iPhone charger, try to reset the iPhone.
If the low-battery screen appears, charge the iPhone.

Possibly faulty charger. The supplied Apple Charger is covered by the iPhone Warranty. Make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send iPhone and Charger to Apple for resolution.

when connecting to the itunes store i get a mess: (itunes has stopped working) all i can do is close the peogram. i was on the phoine with apple today over 2 hrs still cant fix it. unistalled it 3x and in the proper order. reset all internet connection to default setting, turned off virus programs ect. Even the tech at apple by remote access couldnt fix it. use microsoft fix it also no good....\
I am having the same problem now also. It happened after I updated my version. I have NEVER had this problem before as a windows user and have had iTunes for 5 years. So, I would have to say it is an Apple problem. I have not changed anything on my computer. I still have Internet Explorer and I have not even updated windows. The only thing I updated was iTunes. Now, I am not getting any response from Apple and if you call you have to pay for support. What a joke. An iPod costs $400 you would think that after paying that much you would at least get some type of help. This will now be the last time I ever by anything apple.

my iPhone fell on the floor yesterday; now it will ony operate when connected to the PC - then it works fine. If I disconnect it from the PC, the screen reverts to black with the apple logo, eventually completely black; iPhone is unresponsive until reconnected to PC. Any ideas anyone?
You broke it.
It's time to find yourself a competent 3rd party repair shop or just buy a new phone. I believe you can get an out of warranty replacement from Apple for $149 (not absolutely positive they still offer them for the 3G), but given the age of the phone and the cost, a new one might make more sense. -

Why is there an error when connecting to the Itunes store?
When I try to connect to my Itunes, it says there is an error and to try back later? I have never had an issue with this and am unsure what to do to fix it. Also, when I try to download the newest version of Itunes it says it can't find the file with the Itunes "installationpackage.msi"? I have never had any issues connecting to my Itunes store or downloading a newer version..

Error when connecting to the itunes store
Okay so everytime i try to get into the itunes store i get the message, "Itunes could not connect to the itunes store. The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again." I've had iTunes for 2 years and have never encountered this problem. Its been doing this for 2 weeks now. Please help!

Video playback is always low quality on my iPhone 6 plus, even when connected to wifi
I Have Searched and couldn't find any answers. Everytime I play any video from any source the playback quality is terribly low. 240p would be my guess if not lower. It happens when connected to wifi or lte. It won't buffer to eventually stream in hd or 480p even. I've tried a restore, tried downloading a third party YouTube app and still no luck. The only succes that I've d is when streaming from twitch, I will get hd quality. Please help. Thanks!
I also happen to have T-Mobile, but the problem happened on WiFi as well as you mentioned and therefore didn't seem to be related to carrier.
I expect your videos are playing normally again like mine since yesterday morning. I guess it had something to do with the video codecs/standards being used by major video service providers like you thought, but I found it curious that so many different video sources beyond YouTube caused me the same problem during that time. I did find that Daily Motion worked fine when the other services weren't working, so I knew it had to be service (and what standards they were using) specific.
Still, how were there not tons and tons of other people experiencing this!? I had it happen on both my 6+ and my iPhone 4. Maybe there were other factors specific to my area/connection (outside of connection speed which was always fine) that resulted in it, but still... -
No Internet even when connected to the WiFi or 4G (iPhone)
Hi everyone,
I have been having an Internet-related problem on my iPhone 5S for a while now.
It started out with seemingly random Internet disconnection even when there is a perfectly good cellular (4G) or WiFi signal shown on my device. For instance, no emails or messages (like Whatsapp or iMessage) are being pushed to my device, or when I try to search something on the mobile browser, it shows that there is no Internet.
One thing I noticed is that when I do a search on a mobile browser, it seems to load for a long time (more than 10 seconds), only to return a 'No Internet' message.
The only resolve to this matter is to restart my device. I would get connected to Internet with no problems whatsoever (until I encounter the problem again).
I tried doing a reset of network settings, and also a reset of the entire settings. I even went on to do a restore as new (without restoring from a backup). This did not eradicate the problem.
I have already had several appointments at the Apple Genius Bar because of this problem. They didn't seem to know the cause of the problem, nor to resolve it; I got the device exchanged in the end. However the new device I obtained started having this problem as well.
Maybe this is another bug that iOS 8 has? I never had this problem before updating to iOS 8.

i pod 3 rd generation
was left in the car for like 4 hrs, seems that the temperature was high
ever since it stopped working unless connected to power source wall mounted
when connected to PC it just shows the apple logo on the display
itunes can not read the ipod of course

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I Am trying to turn on my MacBook Pro laptop, but when I do, it starts to turn on for a few seconds then shuts off again. It has around 80% charge and even if the power chord is connected it won't turn on. Need some help because I am out of the US right now and there are not a Mac store or anything that I could go to.
HAve you tried using a different power chord? If the power chord is not the issue, it could be the power supply inside your mac.

Place the iPod in recovery mode after the firmware download is complete and then restore using the instructions in the article. Sometimes recovery mode timeouts and returns to disabled before the firmware download is complete.
