HT1212 Ipod is disabled and locked. I am not seeing where I can enter a code. What should I do?
I have an iPod touch and it is locked and disabled. How do you unlock it so a code can be put in and unlock the iPod?

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Cannot download new U2 album. Says purchased on my account but no evidence anywhere and I definitely did not purchase it. Can anyone help with what is going on?
It was given free to everyone on tuesday as part of the iPhone 5 event/announcement, so it will show as purchased in the store.
If this is on your iPhone then either turn Settings > iTunes & App Store > Music (under 'show all') 'on' - it should then show in the Music app with a cloud icon against it for downloading.
Or go to the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app, select Music, and it might then show under 'Various' - when downloaded it should correctly be under U2 in Music.
If you are using your computer's iTunes then you should be able to download it into your library by ticking the 'show iTunes in the Cloud purchases' tick box on the Store tab in Edit > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac) - it should then show in the Music part of your library with a cloud icon against it for downloading (downloading the booklet for it this way may not work, you may get a 'corrupt file' message when trying to open it).
Or go to the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage and you should be able to download it from there.
A third option on a computer is to sign out of your account (Store > Sign Out menu option), find the album in the store and then click on its free 'price' button - you should then be prompted to sign back in and the album should download. -

I have followed the instructions provided on the Adobe.com/go/getserial site several times. I have created an Adobe account and have signed in. I have found the redemption code in the box I bought at Staples or Best Buy (don't remember which or maybe it was at Apple). I am never given a screen on which I can enter that code to get my serial number. What am I doing wrong?
John, let me explain. I recently purchased Adobe Premier Elements from
Staple or Best Buy. When I tried to install it, I was told that I needed
to go to an Adobe web site to get a serial number. There was a piece of
paper in the box that I had purchased that contained a redemption code. As
I went through the process on the Adobe site, I was told that I would be
shown a screen on which I would list that redemption code. Once I had
entered that code, I would be given the serial number required to finish
the installation of the Premier Elements code on my Mac desktop. I went
through the process several times and was never given a screen on which I
could enter the redemption code so I am unable to complete the installation
because I have no serial number.
Please let me hear from you. I spent over $120 for the code and will take
it back to the retailer if I cannot finish the install. This should not be
this hard.

I'm having problems on the Lightroom CC App,as it seem's that when I open the Develop heading at the top of the screen,there is message that comes,which says this section is disabled and I need to renew my membership.My membership is up to date regarding payments etc.I use the student/ teacher version of the CC as I'm a student.Can anybody please advise what the problems seem's to be and what can i do to access the develop and other facilities on Lightroom?

Ps Is this a common problem on the Student/teaching version of CC?This is an indication that Lightroom is not connected to your subscription. Verify that your are logged into the Creative Cloud desktop app, or try logging out and back in again to refresh your subscription information: Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app.
Also, verify that your student subscription is still current and active. -
Iphone 5s update ios8 new feature is recent contacts from texts and calls "multitasking" show up in circle at top pf home screen. I don not have this feature. Why? what should I do? I wondered if I should try to update the ios8 again. What do you think? I have a terrible time in settings with all aspects. I could easily have something else turned off or on mistakenly.

In order to locate a lost iPod Touch:
You have to have an iCloud account
You have to have set up 'Find My iPod' on it before losing it
It has to be on, not wiped, and able to connect to a network.
If any of these conditions is not met then it is not possible to locate it. -
I've followed the instructions on the flash website, but i can't even get the flash file to download. the file that i get is supposed to be asociated with FF, that's why im contacting you guys. is there other way i can manually allow adobe to install flash without using their website directly?
I had that problem myself and was forced to download the installer for "other browsers" using Internet Explorer at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ . After I did that it installed correctly. You can also try downloading the FULL installers for flash at http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html . Just make sure that all browser windows are closed before you run either of these.

I rented a movie last night on my Apple TV through the iTunes Store. I received a notice asking me to enter my security code from my debit card. I did that, however I never received any confirmation regarding the movie. It charged my iTunes account, and 15 hours later, the movie is still nowhere to be found on my Apple TV. I do not know how Firefox search results were made to be displayed in tiny letters which are difficult to read on my computer. I have tried to use settings to change the display but cannot make the letters bigger. I also have tried resetting Firefox to default and it is not helping. I have tried computer settings and nothing has worked.
