HT1212 my ipad is disabled, how can i solve this problem while I don't remember the pascode

I have made many attempts to unlock my ipad. I couldn't remember my passcode.
please help ad the website solution deosn't help.

Is restoring  'Factory Settings' the answer?

    The only option is to put your iPad into recovery mode and then use iTunes to restore it. If you have a back up in iTunes or iCloud, you can put the at backup back on and it will not bring the passcode back unless it is encrypted.

    Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
    Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to shut down.
    While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
    Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
    iTunes will alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then restore the device.

    From looking at the specifications of your camera (SJCam 4000), we know already what video compression your camera is using. It is H.264.
    A H.264.mov file should be supported by Premiere Elements 11. On what computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 11 running?
    Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer? And, are you running QuickTime and Premiere Elements 11 from a
    User Account with administrative privileges? Please go to Premiere Elements 11 Publish+Share/Computer/QuickTime to confirm that you find
    presets there for the QuickTime choice there.
    What are the properties of these H.264.mov files - is it 1080p30 (1920 x 1080p30)  or something else? Do you know if this camera is recording with a variable or
    a constant frame rate?
    Please review and consider and then we will decide what next.

    Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
    Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
    If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it

    1. What version of the Mac OS are you running (Apple > About this Mac)?
    2. What version of the iOS are you running (Settings > About)?
    3. Do you use MobileMe/ iCloud or another server based sync solution like Google or Yahoo?
    4. Do other changes to synced information like Address Book content sync successfully back and forth?
    Based on your description it sounds like you have a 1 way sync issue.  Events sync fine between the iOS devices and fine from the computer to the iOS devices but not from the iOS devices to the computer.

    Backup your computer and iOS devices before doing anything else:

    Standard troubleshooting...
    1. Try a Restart by pressing the sleep/lock button until you see the slider.  Slide to power off.  Restart by pressing the sleep/lock button until you see the Apple logo.
    2. Try a Reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
    3. Remove apps from Recently Used list...
    - From any Home Screen, double tap the home button to bring up the Recents List
    - Swipe up on the app preview card to remove it from the list
    - Press the home button when done.
    4. If still a problem restore with your backup.
    5. If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it.
    6. If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue.

    If you are saying, that you published the book to  the iBooks review team and cannot be seem in the store.
    Use your iTunes Connect account > Manage your Books to check on its status. It takes time so you need to allow a few days.
    If its a problems viewing on your iPad Follow  the above advice and another option is is export your  book, open iBooks on your  Mac and drag the  book into  iBooks.
    You can iTunes > add to libray and sync to your iPad.

    If you are trying to activate an iPad or iPhone and it is asking for the original owners Apple ID and password, you have encountered the Activation Lock. No must contact the original owner to get permission to use the device. If you cannot contact the original owner return the device to where you bought it and get a refund.     IF the iPad is working ok but is signed in to another users Apple ID use the Settings app to sign out of the old ID and sign in to your Apple ID.
    Settings > itunes and App Store > tap on the applie ID and sign out > sign in with your Apple ID.
    you should then be able to download or purchase apps using your Apple ID.
