so some girl stole my phone by the time i found it it had been taken somewere to be cleaned out.it says disabled connect to itunes so i did...now when i plug it up it will not sync to itunes because its locked how do i unlock my phone??

The app store always gives you the option to use a previous version of the app IF it is available for your device.

Are you entering the passsword but the Join buttin is still inactive? Is so that means that you need mor charactors in the password.

Seems you have accidentally turned on VoiceOver. The process of turning it off is rather convoluted once it has been activated. Look in the Manual under Chapter 32: Accessability ....VoiceOver:

Yes it will, just sign out, then sign back in with the correct address.
