I forgot I four digit passcode on one of my iPhones need to figure out how to clear Pascode
The phone is not totally disabled yet just keeps saying entered passcode I know if I enter it more then 10 times it will disable my device
I need to know what to do to on lock my other iPhone

Pandora says storage not enabled, but it is!

Help! My flash player appears to work for every site but Pandora.
It says that "local storage is not enabled" but when I go to global settings everything appears to be in order. I even made the settings as liberal as possible (always allow; unlimited storage space) and still nothing. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled flash a million times. Again, nothing.
Please note that this is true in Explorer AND Firefox. I even installed Opera and I have the same problem. So this isn't an issue with my browser, it's defintely with flash.
Also note that I do not have any firewall or security issues that I can see.

Shockwave Flash Object is listed in Add-Ons manager and it is enabled. The version is 10.3.181.14.

The files in the Flash folder are:

You need to follow the instructions in the article you reference, restore using the recovery mode as described in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212 which should also make iTunes see the iPad.

If it has been Disabled after entering the wrong passcode - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212.
Unfortunately, you must restore it in iTunes on your computer. There is no way to retrieve a forgotten pass lock code.
You will need to Restore your device from the same computer that you most recently synced to. See - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414.

Follow these instructions to remotely remove Find My iPhone from your device:
Make sure the device is powered on and connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network. Then follow these steps:
Sign in to iCloud account at www.icloud.com/find.
Click All Devices to open a list of devices linked to your account, then select the device to be removed.
Click the Erase button to erase all content and settings from the device. When prompted, don't enter a phone number or message. Click Next until the device is erased.
When the erase is complete, click "Remove from Account" to remove the device from the account.
After the device is erased and removed from the account, you can proceed with the device setup process.

If you forgot your passcode, restore the phone from backup on the last computer your phone was synced with... this will remove the passcode. If you do not have access to the last computer the phone was synced with, you will have to force the phone into recovery mode & restore as a new device.

If you are unable to restore your iPhone with iTunes without having to enter the passcode, you will not be able to update your iPhone's backup. You will need to place the iPhone into recovery mode in order to restore the iPhone with iTunes and you can restore from the most recent backup available.

If it's saying what is on screen then you probably have VoiceOver (one of the accessibility features) 'on'. Try triple-clicking the home button and see if that turns it off, and if it does you can then change what a triple-click does via Settings > General > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut (or Triple-Click Home depending upon the iOS version on your iPad).
If that doesn't turn it off then you can either turn it off directly on the iPad (you need to use a tap-to-select and then double-tap to activate/type process and 3 fingered scrolling) to go into Settings > General > Accessibility and turn VoiceOver 'off', or you should be able to do it by connecting to your computer's iTunes (after typing in your passcode via the tap/double-tap process) : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5018

I did the same thing and my phone has been frozen for the past half hour. I am ****** as something so simple has now totally screwed up my phone. I have powered it off, plugged it into itunes to restore, and nothing works.
It keeps asking me to connect and restore via itunes which starts a process of updating or restoring and continues like it's ground hog's day. NEVER ENDING but NEVER fixed.

If you don't have a backup then you won't be able to restore your content to it, but you might be able to re-download some/all of your purchases via the Purchases tabs in the iTunes and App Store apps, and the ibookstore in the iBooks app
