I need to know can I reset a passcode through itunes if i never synced to my computer
Quoting from the HT1212 article referenced at the top:
"If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. Refer to Updating and restoring iPhone, iPad and iPod touch software."

You can restore the iPad using recovery mode (most likely needed) on any computer. She will lose everything on the iPad though. Purchased content can be downloaded again as long as you use the same Apple ID that you bought it with.

You must have somehow restored your iPhone from an iPod Touch backup file.
To recover you should restore your iPhone from the last iPhone backup file you have or from the Cloud if you were using it. -

I am having trouble syncing my Iphone to the computer. Everytime I connect it....it says 'sync in progress' and on Itunes it says 'backing up in progress' but nothing really happens. It goes on forever...I end up disconnecting......please advise.
If you ever want to cut down on back up times eject your SIM card before starting...you should see the over all time go down a noticable amount.

I am triying to manually add files to my iphone and dont let me. When I check mark on manually manage box on itunes and then apply, itunes said that I already synced my iphone in other computer. I never had use another itunes to synced my iphone.

Hi, I have just tried to sync my iphone with my computer. I must have clicked the wrong thing, now all the songs i purchased through my phone from itunes were replaced with the itunes that was on my computer, which is nothing. Any ideas on how can i get them back onto my phone or computer? I can see them in the itunes store under purchases, but there are no options for me to download them again.

If you are using a Windows based computer, try disabling a/v software and turning off the Firewall.
Disable antivirus software
Turn-Windows-Firewall-on-or-off
