If you're not a developer then you really should not have upgraded.
I'm unsure how you can fix this as you have already done a back-up on iOS 7 and apple don't support firmware downgrades. -

I try to update the software of an Iphone or Ipad with the Itunes of the MacBook Pro. It downloads the software but at the end always the comment shows up that the download failed and i should try again. Any ideas, I already updated the iTunes software.

Since you are in Egypt, your phone is unlocked. If they told you not to upgrade it then it is not officially unlocked. Nothing you can do will allow you to upgrade this phone. Sorry.

No iPhone records voicemail messages. Visual voicemail is simply an interface to the carriers voicemail servers.
Contact the carrier to troubleshoot the issue with their voicemail. -
Hi all! I was updating the software on i pad to ios6, update was interrupted(apple update server is unavailable...). iTunes Diagnostics shows that "secure link to I tunes store failed". I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Can anybody help please?

The problem is I can only update the software on one of the three iPhones – the primary phone I used to setup the iTunes acct. What is the best solution to manage these devices for software updates, apps? This is probably a common problem with families wanting to share apps and music without realizing the issues created by this approach. As it stands today... the first (primary) iPhone associated with the iTune acct has been updated with the latest software version 5.1.1 and sync'd up with all the apps, music, etc from the one iTune acct, while the other two iPhones are still running on the original software version 4.0.2 and are experiencing problems now. I was advised by AT&T back in January that it would be necessary to setup separate iTunes accts for the second and third iPhones in order to receive system updates. The problem would be how to keep all the apps, etc from being deleted off the second and third phones that were originally loaded from the one iTunes acct. Since this AT&T advice was prior to iCloud coming out, would iCloud be a better solution or at least part of the solution? I really don't yet understand how iCloud works. I just updated the software on my iphone 4 and prior to updating I could double click and start the camera without logging in, now I can't. How do I fix?
Nothing to fix...things have changed...slide the camera icon up now..no more double tap.

I have 2 apple ID one for Egypt and other for USA , now I try to update the software but I get a message said that this software download with other ID, then I logout and sign with second ID but i got the same message again ... Now I can not sign in more

RegardsI have also noticed the same "problem". I do not fully understand the impact of using the same ID on multiple computers and devices if I want to keep them all in sync.

I updated the software as required for the iPad and now I can no longer delete photos from the app in the photo section. I had been able to do it but now there are multiple photos of the same pic and I can't remove any of them. What is wrong?
Photos in the Camera Roll or in the Imported Images album can be deleted within the album. One the album and select the icon with the curved arrow. Then tap on the photo or photos you want to delete to select them. Finally tap delete.
For photos in other albums you delete them by moving them out of the albums they were in on your computer. If you're using a Mac open iTunes on your Mac and move the photos out of the album then go through the sync process with your iPad.
If you're using a pc then move the photos out of the folders they are in and go through the sync process. -
Why can't I update the software on my ipod touch?
I have iOS 2.2 on my iPod Touch first generation and I can't update it. It says that iTunes cannot connect to the software updater driver of the iPod.I've tried everything I could think of and before and bring it to the Apple store for service or repair is there any other options or possibilities somehow to update the software on the iPod doing it by myself without going to the Apple store?
P.S. It shows me: An unknown error has occured (-1)

You are right, but how could i send it to Apple? when the phone company first replaced my iphone they had in stock alots of iphones and they just sent mine back to Apple and gave me a new one, so all i did is to give them my phone, but now how could i sent it to Apple? and i cant send it by myself, and the store wont do that, its a lost for them.. so sending it to Apple wasnt an option from the begining.
and for the record, i dont think the store where i bought it is an authorized shop.. its just a store who boughts phone's from Apple in a low price and sells it in much more money.. -
I had to update the software on my iphone 4 so I could get icloud and backup everything on my phone, so I can go this morning and get an iphone 5, but when I did it did a restore and took everything off my phone, like aps, pictures and music. They are in the itunes library, but I dont know how to get them back on my phone. It only allows me to sync with my phone, which is empty???
Can anyone help me?If the information is in iTunes on the computer you have synced with in the past another sync, being sure you select the items you want on the iphone, should copy those things back to the iPhone.
