Do you have any geographical restrictions? I cannot get Netflix as it is not supported where I live so basically get the same problem as you. If you can get netflix on your computer then it is not an issue. This is what I get when I open the netflix web page.

Can you please fix this problem, it's been active for over a month, I haven't been receiving text about my data usage and it's ridiculous because I just now found out I went over with absolutely NO warning and now I can't even log in to see if I had "send text messages about data" enabled.
Two simple solutions.
First I don't know what browser you are using so in what ever browser you use, go into internet options and clear the cache and cookies from the browser. Turn off the computer and then turn it back on and you should be able to use the site.
Second change the browser to a different one and try http://www.verizonwireless.com and you should have access once again. a nice browser I like is Firefox http://www.mozilla.org or http://www.firefox.com if you have that one download Google Chrome http://www.google.com then click the download Chrome button.
I suspect my first suggestion will fix your situation.

Connect the iOS device to your computer and try to make a backup

Then restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Tip - You may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update. Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update.

Yes it would, possibly even brick it.
Have successfully connected my ipod nano with iTunes so looks like the device driver is working.
Can I use my ipod nano USB connector to check?
It is not much help to you, since the device that you need still not recognized.
Anyway looks like I may have to swallow the loss of data. Have set-up a call for tomorrow with Apple support so will wait until after this before doing the factory restore!

What version of the OS X are you running? Go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac and report the Version back here.

I've rented several movies over AppleTV, but can not download. I get a message "An error occurred loading this content. Try again later. " i've been trying for 3 days now... anyone with similar problem?
I have the same issue, to temporarily fix it go to Settings > General > Restart. When it restarts the movie should play. You have to do this for each movie for the most part.

Hi Jen. My daughter just compleated her nursing program and is now working as a full time nurse. Focus and study hard and soon you will be there too. Now to the problem at hand. I have the same problem. I gave up on it and satisfied myself with my iPod without the upgrade. Reason being I've read so many posts of people having problems after the upgrade. But I'm sure other factors are involved. Nevertheless here is the fix most say works to solve the problem: What ever virus protection you have installed on your computer, disable it. Then try to install the update. After that enable the protection. I had Kaspersky, and it does it's job well. The thinking is, the virus protection is blocking the upgrade. Hope this works. Charlie
