ADilsonBasic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If you need warranty replacement or support from Apple, you must bring the device back to the US. Warranty and support are only valid in the country of origin. -

iPhone 5s won't turn on after this update. Battery was at 98%, tried holding sleep & home button while plugged in, no good. Any ideas?
P.S. I just noticed; when I hold the power and home button at the same time while it's plugged in as if I was going to restart it, my computer acts as if I'd plugged it in again (it makes the USB notification sound, itunes opens up again, I get the same "your iphone is in recovery mode" message, etc.), but that's the only response I've been able to get from pressing anything on the iphone. thanks again.

You need to contact "epost." The issue is not an Apple issue....the epost software needs, I assume, to be updated.

I have an iphone 4g and i am having problems with it locking up at times. It will lock up and give me a blank screen. When I took it to my local AT&T store they advised me to update it. I am using the version 4.3.3 and I have tried to sync to Itunes, but have been unsuccessful. I have not been able to update it at all. When I plug in my phone to the computer, it will not sync at all. Any suggestions?

What type of troubleshooting were we able to do with you? I want to make sure that we can get some sort of resolution for this problem.
It is quite possible the battery door may get your phone in working order again. I'm not sure if the store has it in stock, but it is available in our warehouse for $14.99 which can be ordered via customer service.

If you can't remember the Passcode, if possible, restore the device from the computer it was last synced with by placing the device in recovery mode.

If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be presen -
It's what it says in the question above; after downloading the newest update from apple my Iphone 4 goes into a state where i must resync it with my computer to continue use. While syncing, about 2/3 of the way done, it says there was an error with the sync, and all of the memory will be erased. Without my approval, it erased the memory, and now it is in the same "must sync" state as when I first bought it, about one week ago. I tried syncing on so far two computers, and they both failed, with the same error. No error code or anything like that is given.
Help please!!Place your phone in DFU mode (search google for instructions) and restore as new.
If this doesn't work, you'll need to bring your phone into Apple. -

So you have business contacts that were lost... do you not have these on a Database in some shape or form? Sounds like you need to invest in a RAID1 backup setup for your computer so you dont have this issue in the future.
As for repairing your problem, sounds like you are going to need to start from scratch at this point or if the data is still on your phone look into a program that can take the information from the phone onto iTunes. -
I like the new iOS 7 for iphone... But i think it's not a good idea to allow switch the iphone on flight mode when it is locked.. What happens if your iphone is stolen or lost? You couldn't be able to locate it using find my iphone... Can i remove this from the bottom menu?
And have your phone set to require a passcode before it can be accessed.
