i brought my i phone 4 its almost complete 1 years and last month there was some problem in my phone like its was shurt down and some time the colours lines coming in the phone screen and some time screen become blue and now when i start the phone the apple sing coming after that itune picture with charge plugh coming on the screen pls help me how and in my phone details showing

So... the iTunes logo and USB cable image is the recovery mode image on the iPhone... you have to restore it using iTunes at that point.
As far as your screen having colored lines going across it and the screen turning blue, that's an issue that may require service from Apple.
Try restoring the device as new and seeing if the issue is corrected.

I just experienced this exact same issue with my early 2011 15" macbook pro. Since like a month after purchasing it I had issues with the screen randomly going dark on me. I sent it in for repair inder waranty they replaced the gpu and logic board but I continued to have the same issues with the screen randomly going black sometimes I would need to reboot it in order to get the screen to go back on but it happened so infrequently and I used the computer for school so disnt find the time to resend it in to apple. Just last night the screen started to display the blue screen with black verticle lines on it. I called apple and explained to them the issues that had been ongoing since I purchased the laptop but they said because I was now outside of warantee that any repairs at thia point wouldn't be covered. Fml so glad I spent 2200 on this future proof macbook pro what a joke my sister purchased a toshiba laptop for 300 4 years ago and it still running like a champ. I loved my macbook but at the price I paid I expect it to last longer than 2 years before leaving me high and dry. *** apple??

If the new version has an uninstaller run it first. Othewise with Mac OS drag the app to the trash and empty the trash. Do an install if a dialog box asks if you want to replace or keep files with similar names choose replace. -

Following a software update, I can no longer access/authorise music purchased via iTunes from my old Apple ID, which I have not used for 8 years, and no longer have password. Any ideas how I can re-access/recover that music?

Unless you have a backup from which you can restore, yes you will lose all of your data and settings.
You should be able to sync your content back to the iPad if you have been syncing with iTunes all along. If you don't sync with iTunes, you can download much of your paid content again for free as long as you use the same Apple ID. This explains downloading past purchases.

My dad has the original software and i can't install the program because my dad is in the US and I'm in the Philippines. Now, I asked the serial number of his adobe lightroom. How can I download the software using the serial number? thanks.
If you just need a copy of the software, then download the trial copy of Lr available from Adobe. On entering your serial number it will then become a full copy.

Hello, I purchased Adobe as a download a few years ago and installed in on a Mac Pro. I would like to uninstall it on that mac and install it on a new Mac Pro. Any idea how I can do that?
Just download, install, and activate using your serial number. You are allowed to have the software installed and activated on two machines. If you do not wish to retain the original installation as a backup you can deactivate it by opening one of the programs and choosing Help -> Deactivate.

If you need your serial number you should be able to find it in your Adobe account online if you registered the software when you first installed it. -
My version of Lightroom 6 is still showing trial version after Serial Number has been Installed.

Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:
