2/ Face time call coming
3/ Pick up by Mac Pro.
No issue found.
Scenario2:
1/ Mac Pro. Iphone4s connected to my home wifi
2/ Face time call coming
3/ Pick up by Iphone4s.
4/ call auto drop off within 1 min chatting
5/ Wifi signal on both iphone4s and Mac Pro were found gone
6/ Reset router ( always show “cannot join XX network” unless reset router at least 1 time)
7/ Wifi signal will available after 5 ~10mins,
8/ Face time via iphone4S again, almost no problem….
Suppose it is a compatibility issue of iphone4s and TP-link router?
I already suffered the iphone4S face time drop off issue for more than 2 week… Hope it can be fixed soon….I agree with @sabretooth. The connection status showing 100Mbps is only the local Ethernet network speed and since your router uses the Wireless-G technology, then you can get a maximum of 54Mbps for the wireless network speed. This network speed is significant when communicating within the local network of the router but it is still the 10Mbps internet subscription speed that is used when sending and receiving data or information through the internet.
It seems you’re experiencing a dropping connection and it would be better to isolate the issue before buying another router. Connect a computer wired directly to your Arris modem and observe the connection. If connection is good then it will give you a hint that it’s a possible router issue. You can then press and hold the reset button on the router for 30 seconds, power cycle, reconfigure the internet connection and check if the problem persists. -

I have full signal and have wifi but I'm can't send messages or receive them. I can't make phone calls either. it picks and chooses when I can receive them and make calls. It only works everytime I turn my phone off.Try turning on Airplane mode for a little bit (20-30 seconds) and turn it back off. see if that doesn't allow you to re-connect.
In my current project my office receives no signal at all. I have to do this almost every time I leave the office in order to get a signal. -

I have the same problem; tried a phone restore, both restoring data and setting up as new phone with factory settings, reset all settings, re-boot, remove apostrophe, put in fridge, you name it!
I think there's quite a few iphone 4s users with the same problem!
I called Apple they said it's a hardware problem, but it has worked for nearly two years; they say go to the Apple store and they can provide a replacement phone for approx. £150!
I've been into the O2 shop where I bought it and they knew the problem exactly; said they had sent a few phones off for repair and had them back awith a report they cannot fix it because it's a software problem!
An assistant in the shop had the same issues; logic says it's a software problem and hopefully Apple will fix it with a patch but at the moment they seem to be avoiding everyones comments!

I was in the middle of installing the new update using the wifi at a local restaurant when I lost the wifi signal and my iPhone shut down, and now I can't get into the phone. I only get the iTunes logo with the cable pic. What are my options now?
Your only option is to connect your iPhone to your computer via USB (as the diagram indicates) and restore using iTunes.

Hello my friend just bought an iphone 5 and he is able to imessage me but I can't imessage him with my iPhone 4S, when ever I try it only sends a text message and I Checked and we both have wifi/ service and both have osi7 interface?
I think your problem is the fact that your friend is not registered through iMessage, just text messages. I would look around and check out how to set up iMessage on iPhones.

Generally speaking, the iPad backup process is a disaster recovery process, not an archive process. Typically, when creating a new backup, the old one is erased.
If you go to iTunes' Preferences (under the leftmost heading in iTunes' menu on your computer) and then choose "Devices", do you see the specific backup you want to restore listed there? If so, you can restore it. If not, I don't believe you can. -

Iphone 5S have wifi issue afetr upgraded to IOS 8. Does Apple know about this?? Its really frustrating the signal is weak.

If I look at google, I will find that people reporting problems with every version of iOS. And accounts of being abducted by aliens. Just because you are having a WiFi issue does not necessarily mean the issue is with iOS 8 (correlation does not prove causality). Until you've done proper trouble shooting (or had Apple do it for you if you don't feel equipped), it's almost impossible to say why you are having a problem.

Look for it.
Change your iTunes (Apple ID) password along with any other password that was stored in the iPod. If any passwords are associated with credit cards, contact the CC company and get your card replaced (with a new number). If any passwords are associated with a bank or any other savings institution, contact them also and discuss approprate action with them.
The "Find my..." function is pretty much useless if the device is in the hands of a thief. All that is necessary is for the thief to connect to any computer with iTunes and "Restore as new."
The only real protection you have is with the personal information on the device rather than the physical device itself. This requires action before the device is lost/stolen. If the device has significant personal information, it should have a strong 8-digit (or longer) password AND be configured for automatic wipe in the event of ten consecutive incorrect password entries. -

Usually it's because you are not making internet connection via wifi. Open Safari and see if it connects.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
