hi this just started latley i started deleting messages from mail box would delete about 7/8 junk messages then they all come back,even tried deleting 4/5 then going into trash folder and edit all but they all come back to inbox any any answers? did soft reset no luck

Do a Hard reset - Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

If you are using Apple's Mail app 6.5 is the latest version irrespective of what a previous poster says. It does sound though that you are using a gmail account online via a web browser. Please confirm and fill in missing information.

I was having some weird issues like this until I deleted my email account and reset it up as IMAP instead of POP. It's worked beautifully since then.

Try logging into your email provider's web interface on a computer. Mark some of those emails as spam - this will vary based on provider, and I do not know how Videotron does it.
Delete the others. Hopefully, they have some spam filter and will begin to learn those emails are just junk.

The backup only includes those photos in your iPod's Camera Roll album. If you backed up your iPod to iCloud and then restore from that backup the Camera Roll photos will also be restored.

HT1277 How to delete/remove mail accounts. After I restart mail they all come back.

I would like to remove mail accounts on my Mac. I press"-" and account is gone, however as soon as I start mail again it shows back. Is there a way to remove it so it wouldn't come back?

in the text box that opens. A Finder window will open with a file selected. Press the key combination command-I to open the Info window. In the Sharing & Permissions section of that window, do you have read & write access? Is the file locked? What is its modification date?

Websites will not clear, even when I try to clear history, and restart.. They ALL come back dozens of them. This is making Firefoc useless. Why?

Anyone know how to delete emails from trash folder?

I have hada Droid phone for about 6 months. When I delete emails from my inbox it goes to a "trash" file (similiar to trash file in Outlook). It is getting full. Any idea how to delete from trash folder. My wife also bought the same phone but she does not have a trash file. No one at our verizon store can answer my question as to how to delete from trash folder and don't seem to know how I have a trash folder on my email account.

What type of account did you set-up on the iPad, POP, IMAP, the items on your iPad could have downloaded off the server or you will need wait awhile for the message to update to the iPad.

I just updated to new software, this was my first mistake, at first contacts were not there and my pics, and it deleted all my messages, after alot of research i got all this back, but now cant text, getting error "sms box is full"

I am soooooooooooo confused now. Ok, if you are having problems with Yahoo Mail and Gmail but you do not use Apple's Mail you need to do the following:
1 - Post in Yahoo's Mail forums and/or contact their tech support.
2 - Post in Gmails forums and/or contact their tech support.
Neither of the above are Apple's products.
