U just sent me a email and it wasent helpful! Why cant i get the new update for iso 7? I have the i phone 4s! Inhave the same phone has my boyfriend and son and they both got the updates and not me! Please be helpful this time??

your iphone is definitely supported for the update, is it not showing up in Settings / General / Software Update?
if not, try plugging your phone into itunes and do the update there.

No, if I used the version of Firefox that I had then not only did I have the problem that I described but also it crashed regularly.
As I said, the latest version does not appear to have these problems so with any luck I will be able to say that the upgrade has resolved the issues but it is too soon to be sure.

Please try the following steps,
1) Visit the My Apple ID website at:
http://appleid.apple.com
2) If the site is not displayed in your preferred language, click the Change Language link in the upper-right corner, type the name of your language in the field that appears, then click the Save button.
3) Click the "Manage your account" link.
4) Type your iTunes Store account name (which is your Apple ID) in the Apple ID field, type your password in the password field, then click the Sign In button.
5) Click "Addresses" in the column on the left. If you have multiple shipping addresses, remove any out-of-date or duplicate addresses by clicking Delete. Also, make sure the state or province field is filled out correctly for each address. To edit an address, click Edit. Why cant i get the aged film effect to work properly?

Whenever i use this effect, it ends up washing out the entire clip with whatever color the title text is. This is very annoying. Is there any way i can get around this?

Try deleting the effect and closing iMovie. Then re-launch imovie and re-do the effect. Does that help?

2. Go to App Store and select a free app

Why cant I get itunes update to work in windows 8?
I tried running the new itunes installer since it couldn't update itunes, then I tried the installer with
compatability checked. The older version worked fine till an update came out and now nothing works
(sync /app updates/ photo uploads)- it does still play music on the computer.
My son had older (windows 7) computer but if I sync there it tells me I'm wiped and stuck with his music.
I'm really hating itunes and ready to trash the phone etc. Im due for upgrade anyway.
With all these stupid upgrades why hasn't this issue been addressed. 8 has been out for awhile now.
Has anyone been able to fix this issue? Please share how!

You will need iTunes 9.2.1 at minimum to access the iTunes Store. Earlier versions will not work.

but it would be best to upgrade to Mac OS X 10.5 or 10.6, since it's probable that eventually the iTunes Store will no longer support iTunes 9.x. and newer versions of iTunes will not run on Mac OS X 10.4.

because you do not have a 3rd generation device. The OS Version says so , otherwise you would be at 4.3.5 minimum and also Itunes is also always correct in determining if you have the latest OS ( if not it fetches the newest from Apple's Servers ) . And because a 2nd generation iPod stops at 4.2.1 you can't get the newest OS, because your device is old. Buy a new iPod , they have iOS5 preinstalled.
