Ok I have a Question guys how do I back up or sync or save all my apps Data and documents inside of the aps in iTunes? for example how do I make sure my game data in a Game App saves in iTunes or a Music App music save in iTunes with all the songs in the app?

I have a mackbook pro and an iMac if I buy a time capsule 2tb airport, I can use it with time machine and what would be the best way to use it.
There is no particular setup required for TM.. both computers will create their own backup sparsebundle which is like a virtual disk.. Pondini explains the whole thing if you read the reference I gave you.
and how to use time capsule airport whit other external hd to use my old lacie airport with the new time capsule
Up to you.. you can plug the external drive into the TC and enjoy really slow file transfers or you can plug it into your computer and use it as external drive.. which is faster than the TC.. and TM can include it in the backup.
Again everything is explained in the reference.. you are not reading it.

Hello, I have a question regarding the sharing on iMovie. I have just recently purchased an Elgato Gaming Capture HD and I then finished my recording with that and put it into imovie. I worked long and hard on the project and when I go click the share feature on iMovie all the noral options pop up and when I actually click where I want to share it to nothing at all happens. If you know what is wrong/ what I am doing wrong please let me know.

Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Erase the hard drive:
    1.    Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
    2.    After DU loads select your startup volume (usually Macintosh HD) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
    3.    Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Erase button and wait until the process has completed.
    4.    Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion: Select Reinstall Lion and click on the Install button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

When I convert from 60>23.98 in the Gopro app, it works fine.

Remoting requires that you have a back server technology to talk to. What remoting does is give you the ability to call functions that are on your webserver technology natively in flash.
for example you have a .NET deployed DLL in a webapplication that has a function called getUsers(string username, string password)
You could create a remoting object to your server gateway and call that function directly
RemotingService.getUsers(myname, mypassword);
Then you could create an authentication movie for your site that is flash based and can talk to your database.

Yes, I using Firefox Aurora and I seen what Firefox can do it. And I see, that Firefox too can synchronize tabs, but sync do not work when using "tabs mode", so that it confused me.
