HT1296 The videos from the new beyonce album won't sync to my iPhone.

When I sync the Beyonce album to my iPhone it only puts the music on it but not the videos and I have ample space on my iPhone. How do I solve this?

Under the sync options in itunes for music, check off sync music videos

Here are the steps that show you how to delete videos from your iPhone. Also, there is a new feature in iOS 7 that shows you all your purchases made with your Apple ID. To disable this feature go to Settings > Videos, then turn off Show All Videos.
Delete a video. Tap Edit in the upper right of your collection. To delete an individual episode of a series, swipe left on the episode in the Episodes list. Deleting a video (other than a rented movie) from iPhone doesn’t delete it from the iTunes library on your computer, and you can sync the video back to iPhone later. If you don’t want to sync the video back to iPhone, set iTunes to not sync the video. See Sync with iTunes.

I got a new computer a while back and finally got around to trying to set it all up on the new computer, so I deauthorised the old, authorised the new but my iPhone won't sync properly. It allows me to backup and update the phone but no media functionality? Can anyone help?

All my music are listed in the iTunes library, but won't sync with my iPhone

Maybe it's because I bought a new Notebook and had to copy the music library-file unto the new iTunes-? Anyway, the phone cannot recognize the files listed in iTunes. And about syncing - all my entries in the phone book are listed three or four times. No problems with pictures and videos, though. Anyone?

Copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.

New laptop, iTunes won't sync music onto iPhone 4

I recently got a new laptop (acer) and I wanted to put my music from my phone onto it. I downloaded and installed iTunes, the only songs I had on it were what I brought from iTunes. So I transfered everything from my phone (iPhone 4) onto it. Problem #1. It only transfered the music I had brught from iTunes. No cds I had put onto iTunes transfered. So using a USB, I transferred all of the music I had on my iMac to my my laptop - I put it in the iTunes Media/Music folder of my documents. It didn't go into iTunes, until I dragged it directly from the folder and placed it in iTunes. That was that problem solved. I tried syncing my music and none it it would play. It was all grey writing and had a pink square next to the song name. Nothing worked, excpet for the songs I had brought directly from iTunes. Not even albums I had recently brought and put into my itunes would work.. That was problem #2. Thing is though, after I synced the music onto my, I got a notification on iTunes saying that there were 23 errors and some songs could not be found. These songs were the songs that I brought from iTunes, and could actually play from my phone.
I've tried updating both iTunes and my phone software, turning my phone on and off, deleteing and reinstalling iTunes. Everything I can thinnk of but nothing will work. I really just want to play my music from my phone... It'll play in iTunes, but just not from my phone.
Please help!

this is happening to me as well. I have tried every single "fix" out there that I can find.
I have restored my phone from backups.
I have uninstalled itunes and reinstalled it on my comp
I have restore to factory settings and started from scratch
literally nothing is working.

I upgraded the mobile me ical, it syncs with my mac and on the web, however, it won't sync with my iphone. I've adjusted all the settings correctly, moblie me and calendar sync is turned on.

when it show a cloud to the right then it's not on your device
it mean that it's tied to y our iCloud account and can be redownloaded should you wish to
if you buy other music from iTunes and don't want it on the iOS device anymore because you transferred to your computer
and wish to add other music then that too will show with the cloud it mean that should you wish you can get it downloaded again free
it's pretty much the same deal in app store app where you can click on purchases and access all apps tied to your appleID

The new Jewel album problems!?

I just downloadeed the NEW Jewel album "Goodbye Alice In Wonderland" and the interactive booklet does not work at all. Is anyone else having this problem???? The booklet does not even load up, it appears in my iTunes library as a video, it has the little video icon next to its title

Mine isn't working either. I emailed customer service and got their 1 song credit. When I emailed them back saying I appreciated that, it wouldn't help since the booklet itself is an album only download. I think it's been corrected since the preorder because the icon and wording has changed. During the preorder it said includes two movies, and the booklet had the movie icon. Now it says 1 movie and 1 booklet, and the booklet icon has changed to the normal pdf booklet icon. Customer support said they had escalated my issue, and would email me when the problem had been resolved. Looks to me like the problem is fixed, but I've never heard back from them. Has anyone else gotten theirs to work?

On your Windows computer, go to the iTunes Store. On the right column of the iTunes Store under QUICK LINKS, you'll see an option called Purchased. Click on that and you'll see all items that are tied to your iTunes Store account. You should see the U2 album there and you can download it from the cloud. You'll now have a copy stored on your Windows computer.

You need to update the software. This is a very old version that will not work with the current OS. Did you purchase the software from the App Store? If do sign in with the Apple ID used to buy it. Go to the Purchases page and find the software.

It doesn't sound like you "changed" your Apple ID, sounds like you created a new one. Bad idea. All content bought with an Apple ID is forever tied to that ID. The ID that bought the content is the only ID that can update the content. Apple does not merge IDs not does Apple transfer content from one ID to another.

I can't find the new U2 album in Music on any of my devices, i.e. iphone or ipad

I can't find the new U2 album in Music App on any of my devices. Is anyone else having trouble?

None of the above worked for me. I finally went to iTunes Store app / more / purchased. Under recent purchases you will find the new U2 album. Tap on one of the songs and the album will open to its page and there you will finally see the download button to download all tracks at once.
