HT1304 ITunes Music Video Gone

I can't seem to fine the Music Video playback anywhere. I have the most recent version (10.6.3) and I get the audio fine, but no video feed. The Video Playback option, under the view menu, is grayed out and unavailable. I have selected for video to play in the visualizer, but this dosn't work either. Additionally, the menu options I see are different than the ones in the Apple Support article. I don't know if thats because the articile is from 2009, or because my software is acting up.

Nevermind. Just found our that it was because I had multiple speakers selected. Seems like there should be a warning, error, or something for that.

Sadly not many of the videos currently on the store (UK) interest me. I did however copy a Jet single - Are You Gonna Be My Girl, when iTunes had free videos. The video looks great converted and load on my iPod. This is probably a really dumb question, but where have all of the free music videos gone?

ITunes Music Videos Skipping in Windows 8.1

About three iTunes updates ago, I began to have chronic problems with my iTunes music videos crashing on both of my Windows XP computers. I stopped purchasing altogether. I just bought a new computer with Windows 8.1. The iTunes videos play, but the quality is not great. I can hear little skips in almost every video, like an old vinyl LP with a few scratches. The same videos play beautifully on my iPod, and I've played music DVDs on my new computer with good results. I am so disappointed that this new computer didn't completely resolve this problem with iTunes videos. Any ideas without a lot of hoop jumping?

Replying to my own post to add that it is not just the sound that skips, but the picture. It seems very random.

Are these music videos located under Videos on your iPod? Do it play other regular movies (if you have any on the device)?

it is still in my documents and stuff but not on my actual itunes =(...it has also erased all my purchased music aswell does anyone know the resolution to this dilemma somebody help me i will die without my ipod music ='(

check the itunes folder location. preferences>advanced>general.
just you know check if it's pointing in the right direction.
I think your purchased music should still be in your music folder.

My itune music videos will not play through my soundlink air

Why do my itune music videos not play through my Bose Soundlink Air? My downloaded music plays fine. Also my music videos play through my iTouch its just through my Mac computer they won't.

Itunes music video rotation

Ever since we got the ISO 7 and up update. I haven't been able to rotate my ITunes Music Videos. Is there a way to fix it or do we have to wait till there is a software fix coming up? I didn't buy music videos on ITunes to see them in a small format, and if I rotate I get a collage of album covers that is not as user friendly as the last swipe mode it use to have. Please don't confuse this with the rotation lock on the phone, that works fine. This has only to do with the ITunes Music Videos on the IPhone. Thank you.

I haven't seen anyone be able to use iTunes videos in a Keynote presentation. Not sure if the problem is on the QuickTime side or on the Keynote side (Keynote hasn't been updated in awhile but QuickTime's been updated several times).

Airplay only streaming audio portion from iTunes music videos

ip5, ipad2 & 3 all current f/w & Apple TV2 :
Just all working correctly a little over a month or so ago. Now, can only get audio portion from music videos when Itunes Match is turned ON. Downloading music videos to local device & turning off Match on said device allows for proper a/v playback. Other: going into itunes/purchases and clicking on any purchased video will properly play to ATV2. Videos played via safari, youtube, other apps, also play just fine.
I've rest all devices, including router, nothing. Also restored AV2 & ipad3 just to make sure that the most recent firmware update to all devices was not the cause; result still the same. Friend attempted to play a music video they had on their iphone4/ipad2 and they too couldn't play a purchased iTunes Music Video properly.
Airplay is turned on on all devices.
Do people think this is a bug in the backend of Match or other? any help would be great, thank you.

What you want to do is, unfortunately, not possible. If you want to listen to just the audio for those songs you'll have to buy the audio tracks.

I have just turned on my computer, then itunes.
What I found was nothing. I store all my files on an external hard drive and wasn't connected when I first loaded it up.
I have tried loading up itunes with the hard drive and even my playlists and videos have gone.
How can I reload all the tracks without manually putting all my music, videos, photos and podcasts?

Visit the store, log in and download again, what you can get. Apps are no problem, even videos.
Regarding music, this is not since ever that you can download music again. So if there are older purchases, like from 5 years ago, you can't simply download them again from the store.
In this case, contact iTunes support saying you lost all music purchases from before a certain date and kindly asking if they would make that available for download for you and most probably they will. The store keeps your purchase history, so they can verify.
After all or at least most of the stuff is ack on HDD again - make a backup! And later, regularly make backups again. Remember it.

Everything in iTunes Music Library GONE!!!

I opened iTunes and there was nothing. Luckily I have what I want on my iPod, but why did it do that? I logged into another computer to the iTunes Music Store and didnt log off. Is that why? Also, my videos are gone. It looks like my iTunes has never been used before. I'm still signed in and my phone is still recognized, but other than that it's like my entire iTunes was erased when my CD was imported.

All my iTunes music is gone!

It was all there yesterday.... :O I haven't done anything bizarre with the computer at all. I shut it down yday and opened 2d and for some reason EVERYTHING in my itunes is missing - presumed dead.
Does anyone know why this might have happened and, more importantly, if it's possible to find my music again?!

All my music/videos and Purchases have literally dissapeared from itunes folder and hard drive. It was there half an hour ago and all that happened is:
I forgot my password. It is even more serious because I was already signed in and downloading a video and was only asked for my password when i wanted to view my account whilst the download was taking place (Itunes must have remembered my password and logged me in automatically because I did not sign in to download the song but it was happening). Anyway...i went through the password reset procedure and returned to itunes to find an empty area where all my music/podcasts/purchases/videos should be.
(I have not plugged my ipod today in at this stage)
So I look in the music files for my music and it has all gone!! everything!!
I then looked at the empty itunes and it said there are two downloads pending. one was a video i had already downloaded successfully into itunes last week and one was the video i was downloading today when the problem ocurred.
so next I went into my account and looked at purchase history and it does not show any purchases other than the one that was downloading today. This is despite me purchasing 3 songs and videos since Christmas??
All my other history and account information is still there.
I tried importing the itunes library file left in the my music folder but was told I had no privilages.
Next I rebooted PC but no change
Next i plugged in my ipod and it came up with the ipod was synced to a different itunes library do i want to sync and replace. I said no
I removed ipod quickly
So I still have all songs/videos and podcasts on my ipod but an empty music folder on my hard drive and an empty itunes library that thinks it does not belong to my ipod.
That is a massive amount of corruption to my PC in a space of 30 mins. could you please explain what you have done to my itunes and more importantly the mechanism that allows your program to enter my hard drive and delete all the music in front of my eyes??. Can i restore the library using the files on my ipod and what has happened to my purchases in the 'my account section of itunes'
This is obviously very serious and VERY urgent as it touches on hacking my PC unless i have missed something???
Couild someone please get back to me ASAP with ideas/help

How do I play iTunes Music Videos on my PC

I bought a music video on my iPad and want to play it on my Laptop.
I can't find anywhere on iTunes on my Laptop where that option comes up. I can search the same music video on the iTunes store on my laptop and it comes up for sale again.
I used to play them on my PC all the time, but haven't tried it in a year. Did the support for this get removed from iTunes for some reason?

Not sure if anyone else is having issues, but I've had more problems since I upgraded to iOS 8 and all the subsequent versions of 8 than I've ever experienced upgrading Windows on a PC, since they came out with Windows ME. Certain features in a bunch of apps stopped working, video playback freezes all the time (this is on an iPad 4), and stuff that I have just bought, regularly comes up telling me that I haven't purchased it, even though I have a receipt for it.
HELP! I really wish I could roll back to iOS7.X, even 8.1 really, really *****!

This is for the people at Apple: The iPhone is fantastic and has changed my life, but please work on
enabling iPhone users to view continuous music videos like iPod users can.
