HT1311 badge app store assenti e non mi notifica aggiornamenti

Buongiorno a tutti. Da 2 mesi l'app store non vimi visualizza gli aggiornamenti, solo se apro l'applicazione gli aggiornamenti si vedono. Come faccio? Il ripristino non risolve il problema

Since I could not wait for other indications, I took the liberty to re-install to version 10.6.7.
I wanted to point out that in the previous version I've had a similar problem, but it was enough to uninstall and reinstall the application to return to a normal situation.
This time also uninstalled the application, the problem is not deleted
siccome non sono riuscito ad aspettare altre indicazioni,mi sono preso la libertà di reinstallare alla versione 10.6.7.
Volevo segnalare che anche nella precedente versione mi era capitato un problema analogo,ma mi era bastato disintallare e reinstallare l'applicazione per tornare ad una situazione normale.
Questa volta anche disintallando l'applicazione il problema non viene eliminato

    My App Store Icon has a Badge showing that there are 8 Updates available.  When I open up the App Store and go to Updates, the screen is blank.  This is the first time I've experienced this and I don't find any other discussions in the Apple Communities.  This is only happening on my iPad 4.  My iPhone 5 is working perfectly. 

    It seems Apple is having some issues at their end. There have been hundreds of posts on the forum with the same problem.

    I am a die hard apple fan and flew to NYC to buy the iPad. Unfortunately I can not access the Ipad App store with my swiss or belgian apple ID - as the swiss and belgian itunes stores don't support the iPad....yet? Does anybody know when these stores will be upgraded - or what a workaround might be for me so I can at least download the free apps???? at the moment my iPod Touch is more usefull than the ipad as at least I can use apps on that....

    You can definitely do this. I'm a Canadian and for years I've had a US iTunes account for getting the free apps and some US-only apps. This weekend, I also bought an iPad, and in order to get some paid iPad apps, I simply bought an iTunes gift card.
    I used iTunes, logged into my US itunes account, then redeemed the gift card.
    Voila! I downloaded and paid for Keynote and am now running it on my iPad.
    I can browse the US store from my Mac or from the iPad or iPhone/iTouch.
    Back home, you simply use your iTunes program, log into the iTunes US store and shop away. You can then log out, and log back in with your country's iTunes account and continue to use it normally.
    When you sync your iPad/iPhone/iPod, all accounts that have been logged into and downloaded apps from on that computer will sync to your device(s).
    Here's how you do it:
    1. Open a new account in the US iTunes store
    2. Supply US address & zip code -- you can find any number of valid addresses in the US. Personally, I used a relative's address but you can use anything.
    3. Supply an email address -- did you know you can simply add a "+US" to your existing email from most servers? Check to see if it works. eg. [email protected] can also be [email protected] This allows you to keep the email addresses separate for logins yet all will come into the same address.
    4. Once set up you can download free apps at will. Buy and redeem an iTunes card to purchase apps. iTunes will keep track of your credit.
    5. You just need to log into the US iTunes store occasionally to download the updates (you'll still see the update badge showing some number if you've updated all your apps from your home, but there are US apps needing an update).

    Yes, you must have a credit card issued in the US with a billing address
    in the US to purchase an iPad to be delivered in the US. Also, purchase
    would be from Apple.com and not the app store which sells only apps and
    no hardware. If your bank has a branch in Miami or is affiliated with a bank
    in Miami, you may be able to arrange a direct transfer of funds to one of
    the Apple stores in Miami but that is beyond the scope of this help forum
    and left as an exercise for you or your dad.

  • App store says there is one update but none need updating

    I just upgraded to Yosemite and under my Apple menu, the App Store shows there is one update needing to be done but when I open the App Store, it shows none need updating.
    This is a week-old MacBook Pro with 2.8Ghz i5, 8GB, and 512 SSD.

    Next time that happens while on WiFi, turn WiFi off in settings, wait about 30 seconds or so, then turn WiFi back on. Sometimes you have to do this two or three times, but this fixes that issue as well.

    After establishing the Credit Card account, you can remove the credit card information by editing your payment info, choosing "None".
    Note: You won't find "None" if you have not purchase anything with the Credit Card.

    At the very biginning, I used iTunes store on iPod to apply for new account,
    but it didn't let me select which card I 'm using (aka Vise, Mastercard...) on touch screen, so I searched online for solutions and found it on http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534
    I thought I could solve the problem by instead applying on APP store and choosing "None" of the bank listed like the page instructed me to. But regrettably, it didn't let me interact with that bank selecting part again, though on the guide page sample pictures show it can be done. On my iPod that part just wouldn't react unlike what was shown on guide page.
    BTW, my iPod Touch is 2nd Generation and its IOS Simplified-Chinese version (I wonder if the problem lies between either 2 of the cases), Does anyone know what's the issue here?

  • I can't download Pages from Mac App Store

    I have been having some trouble in dowloading Page from Mac App Store.
    I had dowloaded and used before, but recently I reinstalled the Mac OS.
    When the download reachs amost 10MB, it restarts a few times and gives me the message: "Pages failed to download. Use the Purchases page to try again."
    I tried both two following methods:
    1 - open $TMPDIR/../C* and deleted com.apple.appstore
    2 - Quit App Store.
    Open Terminal.
    Execute this: defaults write com.apple.appstore ShowDebugMenu -bool true
    Launch App Store.
    At the Menu bar, there should be a "Debug".
    Click on that and press "Reset Application"
    Restart App Store.
    But none of them worked for me.
    Can anyone help me?

    Please test after taking each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes.
    Step 1
    Rebuild the Spotlight index. If you try to search now from the magnifying-glass icon in the top right corner of the display, there will be an indication that indexing is in progress.
    Step 2
    Unlock the Network preference pane, if necessary, by clicking the lock icon in the lower left corner and entering your password. Cllck Advanced, open the DNS tab, and change the server addresses to the following:
    8.8.8.8
    8.8.4.4
    That's Google DNS. Click OK, then Apply.

    As Numbers bought from App Store isn't exactly the same than the one delivered in the iWork package, some of my scripts don't apply.
    They try to extract datas from resources stored in the folder :
    <startupVolume>:Library:Application Support:iWork '09:
    which doesn't exist with the app from the App Store.
    As no user was fair enough to give its alternate location in the App Store application, I can't build a new version of my scripts.
    If one of you bought it from the store, it's easy to get the relevant info.
    Ctrl click the Numbers.app icon to get the contextual menu item "Show Package Contents".
    You will get a folder named "Contents", open it an search the folder entitled "FrameWorks".
    It may be directly in "Contents" as it was in Numbers '08 or in the folder "Resources".
    Knowing this location, I will be able to enhance my scripts.

    I own iWork 09 which I downloaded to upgrade 08 before the App Store existed. None of the apps show as installed in the App store. I tried to download them so I could receive the updates, and download to the other Mac's I own. The App store said that they were already installed and to use Software Update to update. Software update shows them to be the most recent versions which match the versions on the App store.
    How do I get the App store versions, especially if I am willing to pay for them, again.

    I am in the same situation. Before the Mac App Store, the way to get iWork was to download a 30-day trial version, and then purchase a license/registration key from apple.com.
    I recently had to reinstall on a new computer and I had to go through this procedure:
    Find the page to download the iWork trial.
    Download and install iWork manually.
    Log in to my apple.com store account.
    Find the registration key in my purchase history.
    I asked Apple about the possibility of transferring my license key to the Mac App Store, since both accounts are under the same Apple ID. This is the response, for everyone's information:
    I understand that you are looking for the possibility of transferring a software purchase from the Apple Store Online to the App Store in iTunes in exchange it in a form of an app.
    Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer those purchases from two different store. Although it shares the same account name, purchases are separate and is being supported by different groups.
    You may want to try to contact the Apple ON Line Store and inquire about their return policies, so you can repurchase the software thru the App Store in iTunes.
