Hello, my name is Ed. I'm with all my Ipod, I have (4) they all keep freezing up on me when I play my devices. But my Ipod Touch I don't have this problem. On my classic I'll hold down menu botton on the wheel. But thing happen, I'm tired of letting battery go dead and recharge it, just to freeze up again. I made it work one time by holding down the menu button. That's about it. I need help.

Holding down the center/select button and the menu button will reboot your ipod. See if that helps. Also, I'd recommend something else- I had nothing but trouble with my ipod classic until I spent $20 to get Mac OS Mountain Lion. It did what you said and sometimes wouldnt play, or wouldnt power on...
Try rebooting your ipod and let me know what happens and maybe in the future obtain Mountain Lion to aide your ipod in functionality.

If it is asking for the screen-lock passcode then:
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

The problem I'm addressing here is some widgets, including some Firefox widgets and isolated widgets (such as buttons and pull-down selectors) in some websites stop working. In Firefox, the Menu button (the three stacked dashes icon) stops working. And the Download arrow sometimes stops working also. Sometimes, sub-items such as Print stop working. For some pull-downs, the up and down arrow keys might still work even though I might now be able to select with the mouse. Closing and reopening Firefox usually restores some functionality. However, I usually have to reboot the PC to restore all functions which stopped working. Then I am good for usually a few hours again. Another annoyance, which others have addressed, is the eventual appearance of Chinese-looking characters on the tab labels bar across the top. Restarting Firefox gets rid of these for the time being. I have Apple TV version 7.4.2. We read in a blog that in order to reset our Apple TV we should press the menu button and the select big button at the same time which we did. Now when we attempt to turn on the apple tv box it with the remote we get a white light and sometimes we can get the menu screen but the remote will not let us move now will it allow us to turn the apple tv on or off. If we just leave it alone, the white light eventually goes away. I did unplug the apple tv and we removed the batteries and reinstalled them from the remote and that did not make any difference. Please advise.

If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore.

Problem with the Menu Button in the dashboard

This is my first post to SAP Forum.
I have developed a Dashboard in ALV and i have used some buttons for the further processes on the ALV.
I have used a Menu Button and Declared it in Handle_Menu_Button method of the Class and in the implementation i have given one option in the menu. The Program is Syntactically Correct the Only thing is that when it executes and when i click on the Menu Button First time it Refreshes itself and shows nothing but when i click on the second time it shows me the Menu.
Why it is So??? Please Help Me Out.

the click of BACK button triggers PAI and (to the best of my knowledge) you might have called the ALV screen number without any checks ( may be) so it is again taking to the ALV.
try using

So I have corporate email on my device and I used to have to use the menu button in order to access differnt functions within the app but with this S5, the menu button is now a multitasking button and it won't allow me to use my app (Touchdown for Android). When I click on the "menu" button in the boxes on my MSN home page, nothing happens.

my.msn.com home page has multiple boxs (stock quotes, MSNBC stories, weather, etc.) that can be customized by clicking on a "menu" button in each box, or closed by clicking on an "x" in each box. When I move my mouse over these button, they are highlighted but when I click, nothing happens.

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.

and it gives you a step by step on adding your account. However don't use the server port number they give you because it does not work. I followed the same steps without changing the number and it worked.
The problem I have is that I can not see the folders I created on my Verizon email account, when I open it on my iPad. I have called Verizon & gone to the Apple store and neither had an answer except to say it was the other's problem.

and try a reset of your NVRAM. I see "NVRM read error" in your error listing near the top ...
If that doesn't help, try the Apple Hardware Test, which is on your original DVD that came with the Mac or can be run from the Recovery Disk (for a newer Mac).
Before taking your Mac in for service if none of the above works, try booting into safe mode to see if that helps. If it works ok in safe mode, you may have some incompatible software installed.

Over the past week the Mac mail app on my iPad 2 has become locked in vertical orientation and only in the orientation such that the bottom is orientated toward the menu button. Any advice? This is the only app that seems to have been affected.

Try closing the Mail app via the taskbar and see if it rotates when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work also do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
